Description

Device and method for eliminating interference of external vibration on photoacoustic cell
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of anti-interference devices, in particular to a device and a method for eliminating interference of external vibration on a photoacoustic cell.
Background
The photoacoustic effect is that a monochromatic light beam with adjustable intensity is irradiated on a sample sealed in a photoacoustic cell, the sample absorbs light energy and is excited in a mode of releasing thermal energy, and the released thermal energy enables the sample and surrounding media to generate periodic heating according to the modulation frequency of the light, so that the media generate periodic pressure fluctuation. Such pressure fluctuations may be detected by a sound sensitive element, such as a sensitive microphone or piezo ceramic microphone, and amplified to obtain a photoacoustic signal.
The photoacoustic spectroscopy technology is a novel spectral analysis detection technology based on the photoacoustic effect. The photoacoustic spectroscopy technique does not directly measure the spectrum itself, but acquires spectral information by detecting an acoustic wave thermally excited by a substance after absorbing radiation.
The photoacoustic spectrometer based on the photoacoustic spectroscopy technology is suitable for measuring low-concentration samples. The photoacoustic cell is used as a core component in a photoacoustic spectrometer, and is a container for a gas sample and a carrier of an acoustic sensing element. In the working and running process of the photoacoustic spectrometer, external vibration can generate sound waves, the sound waves can interfere and influence detection signals in the photoacoustic cell, and particularly the sound waves with the same frequency as the detection signals have more influence on detection results.
