本发明公开了一种LED汽车近光灯***,包括三个灯组单元,所述三个灯组单元结构相同,均包括椭球形反光罩、LED灯源、基板、遮光板及透镜,所述LED灯源设置在基板上,且位于椭球形反光罩的焦点上,所述椭球形反光罩与基板以按扣连接方式形成一体,所述遮光板安装在基板上,并高于基板,所述椭球形反光罩开口的前方机械固定透镜。本发明的反射器结构简单,为旋转椭球面,便于加工。

技术领域
本发明涉及LED领域,具体涉及一种LED汽车近光灯***。
背景技术
LED作为清洁、环保、节能的***光源,随着制作技术也发展成熟,应用越来越广泛,近些年来,更是进入了照明领域。
LED光源相比传统光源来说,优势明显:(1)LED发光效率高,能将更多的电能转化为光能;(2)LED体积小,容易设计出结构紧凑的、占用空间小的产品;(3)LED的寿命长,人们不用频繁更换光源;(4)LED的响应快,半导体光源响应时间是在纳秒时间量级。
车辆驾驶者夜间驾驶的舒适性和行车安全与汽车前照灯息息相关。有研究表示,在发生的所有交通事故中,夜间交通事故占据了接近50%的高比例,因此汽车灯是汽车非常重要的组成部分。汽车近光灯是当车辆在夜间行进时,用于近距离照明的灯具。根据GB25991-2010汽车用LED前照灯国家标准对汽车前照灯的要求,对光照度、光通量及光强分布都有很高的要求,在指定的区间内有明显的截止线。而实际应用中,光强分布需要符合国家标准,必须有清晰的截止线,光效要求尽可能高。在光照强度最大的区间必须出现明暗清晰的分界线,用成像投射的光学结构的话,光阑是肯定需要的,而光阑的出现,光效必然会降低。目前LED近光灯的光效,基本在50%左右。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术存在的缺点与不足,本发明提供一种LED汽车近光灯***。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种LED汽车近光灯***,包括三个灯组单元,所述三个灯组单元结构相同,均包括椭球形反光罩、LED灯源、基板、遮光板及透镜,所述LED灯源设置在基板上,且位于椭球形反光罩的焦点上,所述椭球型反光罩与基板以按扣连接方式形成一体,所述遮光板安装在基板上,并高于基板,所述椭球形反光罩开口的前方设置透镜。
所述LED光源的法线与光轴的夹角43-49度。
所述遮光板形状为梯形,所述梯形的左上角为165度。
所述遮光板高于基板5mm。
所述透镜为球面透镜。
所述三个灯组单元为一字型排列或品字形排列。
所述遮光板距离LED光源的距离20mm。
所述透镜设置在椭球形反光罩开口正前方38.5mm处。
本发明的有益效果:
(1)本发明的反射器结构简单,为旋转椭球面,便于加工;
(2)采用了简单的球面透镜,将光束分配到需要的照明区域;
(3)体积小,总结构大小为15.9cm*5.3cm,节省空间,方便其他装置的安装;
(4)采用三个灯组单元组合的方式,有效地避免了光源的热堆积效应;
(5)遮光板在光源一侧设有倾斜的高反射平面,平面是使得反射光线汇聚在原光源位置,倾斜是光线汇聚点等效发生在光源偏下方的位置,从而使得这部分光线经过椭球反光面后完全通过遮光板到达照明区。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例及附图,对本发明作进一步地详细说明,但本发明的实施方式不限于此。
实施例
如图1-图3所示,一种LED汽车近光灯***,包括三个灯组单元,所述三个灯组单元结构相同,均包括椭球形反光罩1、LED灯源2、基板3、遮光板4及透镜5,所述LED灯源设置在基板上,且位于椭球型反光罩的焦点上,所述椭球型反光罩与基板以按扣连接方式形成一体,所述遮光板安装在基板上,本实施例遮光板恰好位于基板的边缘,并高于基板,所述椭球型反光罩开口的前方38.5mm机械固定投射透镜。
其中反射镜椭球面的数学方程为开口直径为53mm;LED的发光面积为1.5mm*1.5mm,距离反光面10.5mm,其法线与光轴的夹角大小为a=48.6度,使得椭球反射面都够收集到LED所发出的全部光线。
遮光板跟基板相接,高出底板5mm,中线右侧边呈向下15度,距离光源20mm;透镜的第一面距离遮光板38.5mm,曲率半径为-196mm,第二面曲率半径为-20mm,厚度为7mm;测试屏幕与近光灯***相距25m,且与遮光板相对于透镜成物像关系。遮光板形状为一个梯形,其左上角为165度。
所述三个灯组单元的排列方式可以一字型,品字形或者其他任意方式排列。
所述透镜材料为高透光率的亚克力。
上述实施例为本发明较佳的实施方式,但本发明的实施方式并不受所述实施例的限制,其他的任何未背离本发明的精神实质与原理下所作的改变、修饰、替代、组合、简化,均应为等效的置换方式,都包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种LED汽车近光灯***,其特征在于,包括三个灯组单元,所述三个灯组单元结构相同,均包括椭球形反光罩、LED灯源、基板、遮光板及透镜,所述LED灯源设置在基板上,且位于椭球形反光罩的焦点上,所述椭球型反光罩与基板以按扣连接方式形成一体,所述遮光板安装在基板上,并高于基板,所述椭球形反光罩开口的前方设置透镜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED汽车近光灯***,其特征在于,所述LED光源的法线与光轴的夹角43-49度。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED汽车近光灯***,其特征在于,所述遮光板形状为梯形,所述梯形的左上角为165度。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED汽车近光灯***,其特征在于,所述遮光板高于基板5mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED汽车近光灯***,其特征在于,所述透镜为球面透镜。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED汽车近光灯***,其特征在于,所述三个灯组单元为一字型排列或品字形排列。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED汽车近光灯***,其特征在于,所述遮光板距离LED光源的距离20mm。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED汽车近光灯***,其特征在于,所述透镜设置在椭球形反光罩开口正前方38.5mm处。
