(2)、按重量份将5份蒙脱土、10份无水乙醇混合均匀后投入30份溶液A中,搅拌后静置,干燥,煅烧得到改性蒙脱土,煅烧温度为500℃,煅烧时间为4h;
(3)、按重量份将10份甲基丙烯酸六氟丁酯、10份丙烯酸丁酯、10份甲基丙烯酸甲酯、2份改性蒙脱土、2份硅烷偶联剂KH792、2份过硫酸钾混合均匀后投入第一加工设备,向第一加工设备中充入CO2进行气体置换,然后将第一加工设备置于水浴中,继续充入CO2至第一加工设备中,至第一加工设备内部压力为10MPa,保持10h后保持后排出CO2得到物料B;
(4)、将物料B投入含二甲苯的第二加工设备中,升高第二加工设备温度至60℃,保温5min,冷却,取出得到物料C,接着先后用无水乙醇、去离子水清洗,烘干得到所述增强含氟树脂疏水材料。
