Description

本发明涉及一种超声密封设备,它包括一个与交流电源相连的驱动单元和一个角状物。
常规的超声密封设备一般包括一个转换器、一个提升器以及一个角状物。在转换器内电振动转换成机械振动,提升器用于对***进行机械固定并提升振动幅度。在角状物中,幅度进一步提升,同时,角状物还提供期望的密封表面。但这些常规的、经试验证明有用的超声密封设备存在结构相当庞大的缺点。对于某些实际的应用场合,希望得到体积相当小的超声密封设备。
在从事对物品进行一次性使用型的包装的包装工业中,通常用热塑性或纯热塑性材料密封叠层。这些密封一般是通过加热实现的,或者在叠层包括铝箔时是使用感应加热实现的。人们期望能够使用超声密封,因为这种方法不要求叠层中含有金属箔。但常规的超声密封设备过于庞大。
已经生产出小型的超声密封设备。但它们是旋转对称的,并且只能进行点密封。在包装工业的上述应用中,希望能实现一定长度的横向密封,即长而窄的密封。
本发明的一个目的是提供一种超声密封设备,它的尺寸和常规设备相比明显减小,并且能进行长而窄的密封接合。
按照本发明能够实现这一目的和其它目的,在本发明引言中所述类型的设备具有如下的特征:该设备包括一个或多个反应体,反应体和角状物一起构成了一个半波长度。
本发明的优选实施例进一步具有在所附的从属权利要求中所提出的特征。
下面参照附图详细描述本发明设备的一个优选实施例,其中:
图1是表示超声密封设备的简图;
图2表示本发明设备的一个实施例;
图3表示本发明设备的另一个实施例;
图4表示本发明设备的又一个实施例;以及
图5表示设备幅度的原理。
为了能在装填机器中进行超声密封,必须要有一种小型密封设备,它要能在整个密封表面保持均匀的振动幅度,从而才能沿整个横向接缝或接合部获得平滑可靠的密封。
图1表示按本发明的超声密封设备的原理,该设备具有小型紧凑的结构尺寸,其设计构思使沿整个密封表面进行均匀有效密封成为可能。该设备包括一个能产生振动的常规类型的驱动单元1。按优选实施例,驱动单元1包括多个压电陶瓷板2,板2设置在多个导电金属片3之间。后者最好用镍或铍铜制造。驱动单元1还包括一个平衡重物4,并且用紧固栓10将整个机构安装在该设备上。
另外,还可以使用磁致伸缩型的驱动单元1。将驱动单元1连接到交流电源上(未示出)。
驱动单元1下方的平面构成该设备的节点平面5。在这里对该***进行的效的结构固定,略微倾斜的边缘6同时用作固定边缘,从而可以对该设备进行固定。设备的固定应该是可以弹性伸缩的,以便对节点平面中的某些残余振动进行补偿。
在节点平面5的下方设置一个角状物7,在角状物7中将要发生幅度提升。角状物7为该设备提供一个期望的密封表面8。角状物7的形状应该是朝向密封表面8逐渐变细。例如可通过下述方法获得这一形状:从它的位于节点平面5的最大表面开始,经弯曲的侧面11至密封表面8让角状物7逐渐变小(如图4所示)。另外,这一结构形状可以做成类似指数变化的,即指数图形或悬索曲面形。为了能在包装坯料上实现期望的横向密封,密封表面8最好是长而窄的。可以为密封表面8提供一个或多个沟槽,在这些沟槽上对材料进行实际的加热。另外,还可以为支承表面(未示出)提供沟槽,而密封表面8是光滑的。另一种替代的办法是将密封表面8分成两个较窄的、相互隔开又相互平行的密封表面8。与固定边缘6类似,角状物7用轻金属或其合金(最好是铝)制造,但也可以使用其它金属(如钛)。
该设备还包括包围驱动单元的反应块状物即所谓反应体9。这些反应体9同样用轻金属制造,最好用铝,使得角状物7、固定边缘6和反应体9组成一个均匀块状体。此外,这些部分也可分别制作并随后再组装在一起。反应体9可以具有不同的形状,但应尽可能大,因此在按图2的优选实施例中,这些反应体9具有一个面对驱动单元1的缓慢变圆的表面。反应体9可以有一个如图3所示的指数图形的构形,同样有一个面对驱动单元1的圆面,反应体9或者可以有如图4所示的弯曲的侧面12。还可以将反应体9设计成全部或部分包围驱动单元1的完全连续的块状体。
通过以适当方式组合角状物7的结构形状和反应体9的设计,本发明获得了一个尽可能纯的共振频率,不受频率腔附近来自其它共振频率的各种频率成分的干扰。
按图1-3所示的上述超声密封设备实现了与密封表面8的长度对应的长而窄的密封。当要求密封表面8较长时,可将按本发明的多个超声密封设备相互连接起来以得到一个组合长度。此外,还可以制造出较长的设备,然后需在设备的角状物7中开些狭缝以便对发生的横向振动进行补偿。但较长的角状物7在密封表面8上给出的幅度更加不均匀,可能使密封不均匀。
当经驱动单元1将按本发明的设备连接到交流电源(未示出)时,压电陶瓷板2将供电电压转换成机械应力,该应力为角状物7供应能量,角状物7在这种情况下开始振动。当角状物7开始振动时,产生反向作用力(反向振动),该反向作用力被反应体9吸收。在这种情况下,在这些振动之间产生节点平面5,节点平面5原则上包括设备的固定边缘6。
图5表示出该设备的幅度。该设备构成半波共振器,具有中心定位的节点平面5,在平面5幅度是0。从而设备的整个长度应是波长的一半。确定设备的尺寸,使对于设备中的每一点都能产生一个公用的节点平面5。还必须将反应体9设计成不会产生任何不希望有的振动。
从以上说明清晰可见,本发明实现了一种超声密封设备,该设备是一个小型紧凑的单元,能够进行长而窄的均匀密封。
本发明不限于上述说明和附图中所表示的内容,在不偏离所附权利要求书的构思和范围的条件下,许多改进都是可以想像得到的。

Claims (15)

1、一种超声密封设备,包括一个与交流电源相连的驱动单元(1)和一个角状物(7),其特征在于,该设备还包括一个或多个反应体(9),这些反应体(9)和角状物(7)一起构成一个半波长度。
2、如权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,驱动单元(1)包括压电陶瓷板(2)。
3、如权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,该驱动单元(1)是一个磁致伸缩型单元。
4、如权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,角状物7有一个长而窄的密封表面(8)。
