技术领域
本发明涉及电性连接器技术,特别是一种具具可调整安装高度及方位的电性连接器。
背景技术
于现今生活上由于3C电子产品的普及,各式电子装置间需要传输控制指令、数据、多媒体数据、以及电力,而完成这些动作则需透过连接器(connector)来达成,市面上常见的连接器以万用串行总线(Universal Serial Bus)最为普遍。一般而言,USB type-A是应用最为广泛,也是最为普及的USB接口;USB micro-B是较为小型之USB接口,主要应用于智能型行动装置和平板计算机等可携式设备,近年来USB开发组织更进一步开发出TYPE-C万用串行总线的接口,规范1.0由USB开发者论坛(USB-IF)发布,并于2014年8月完成。
TYPE-C万用串行总线连接器是一种新型式、体积小、传输速度迅速的万用串行总线(Universal Serial Bus),是一种新式的串接传输接口可以支持多种新标准包括USB3.1及USB电源输送。其尺寸大小只有0.33英吋×0.1英吋(8.4mm×2.6mm),为一种具有24只接脚的USB连接器可以传输数据及电力,外观上最大特点在于其上下端完全一致,具有独特的水平对称(horizontally symmetrical)结构的双向(reversible)连接器,与Micro USB相比这意味着用户不必再区分USB正反面,两个方向都可以***。TYPE-C万用串行总线连接器提供四个电力/接地(power/ground)对、两组差分信号对(differential pairs)用于非高速(non-SuperSpeed)数据传输、四组差分信号对(differential pairs)用于高速(SuperSpeed)数据总线、两只用于边带(sideband)的接脚、一正5V电源用于启动传输线、以及一配置接脚(configuration pin)用于传输线方向侦测及专用双相标记代码(biphasemark code)配置信道。TYPE-C万用串行总线连接器具有其他特性例如,通过USB PowerDelivery技术,可用于3C产品充电;增进的抗电磁干扰与射频干扰(RFI mitigation)特性;支援1万次拔插;支援显示接口(Display Port),可外接高画质屏幕与音质喇叭。将会适用于生活、信息、家电等不同生活领域的产品,尤其电源的连接器接口也会开始转换。
但是由于连接器先天制程上的限制,以至于连接器的高度将会被受限,一旦客户有外观上连接器的位置要求时,将无法配合其原始设计,或者需要更复杂的结构来克服。而且因为TYPE-C万用串行总线的认证是采取一物一料,TYPE-C万用串行总线任何变动都会产生认证费用。
因此为解决上述技术问题,实在有必要发展具有能针对各种不同电子产品于设计时要求连接器能调整高度、摆放位置或方向之电性连接器。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具可调整安装高度及方位的电性连接器。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种具可调整安装高度及方位的电性连接器,包括:一第一电路板;一绝缘基座,具有复数个连接端子电性的连接至第一电路板;一TYPE-C万用串行总线连接器,设置于绝缘机座上,具有一开口及24个连接端子;及一第二电路板,具有24个接点以及复数个转接接点用于电性连接TYPE-C万用串行总线连接器与绝缘基座,其中绝缘基座相对于第一电路板的高度可调整,使得TYPE-C万用串行总线连接器相对于第一电路板的高度亦为可调整,设置于绝缘机座上的TYPE-C万用串行总线连接器的开口与第一电路板平面之法线的相对方位透过绝缘基座上复数个连接端子的配置方式使相对方位为可调整。
所述第一电路板为印刷电路板集成(PCBA;printed circuit board assembly)。
所述上述第二电路板为印刷电路板集成(PCBA;printed circuit boardassembly)。
所述第二电路板更包含一连接线路电性的连接24个接点与复数个转接接点,用以将TYPE-C万用串行总线连接器通过24个连接端子输出的讯号整合并通过复数个转接接点输出。
所述TYPE-C万用串行总线连接器的开口与第二电路板平面之法线的方位可以是平行或垂直。
所述TYPE-C万用串行总线连接器更包含一具有复数个卡接簧片的外罩。
所述第二电路板更包含复数个卡接簧片相对应的卡槽,用以榫接第二电路板与TYPE-C万用串行总线连接器。
所述绝缘基座更包含:一开口用以容置TYPE-C万用串行总线连接器;及复数个连接端子,连接端子两端突出于绝缘基座之表面。

为了提供一个具有可调整高度及方位的电性连接器,使其可以随意设置于不同摆放位置及方位,本发明利用一个具有可调整高度的基座(base)可以调整连接器的高度,而这个设计还可以转90度使连接器变成直立式安装。根据本发明之精神所提出的基座(base)或配适器(adapter),将可以使TYPE-C万用串行总线连接器随着3C电子产品之设计而可以装设于设计者所需求的随意摆放位置,将可避免更复杂的TYPE-C万用串行总线连接器设计,另外还具防水设计的考虑,提高整个设计的价值与实用性。
根据上述概念,参考图1A本发明提供一绝缘基座102使其可以容置一TYPE-C万用串行总线连接器于其开口所形成的空间内,基座102则可以透过突出于其上下表面的复数个接脚脚位102a电性的连接至一第一印刷电路板集成(PCBA;printed circuit boardassembly)101与第二印刷电路板集成104,TYPE-C万用串行总线连接器103上具有复数个端点接脚脚位103a(TYPE-C万用串行总线连接器为24个接脚)以及具有复数个卡接簧片103b的外罩分别透过相对应的复数个电性接点104b和复数个卡槽104c用以电性的连接及榫接至第二印刷电路板集成104上,其中第二印刷电路板集成104具有转换端子(transferterminal)的作用,其可以经由与基座上接脚脚位102a相对应的复数个转接接点104a电性的连接至第一印刷电路板集成101,其中所述第二电路板更包含一连接线路(未显示)用以电性的连接24个接点与复数个转接接点104a,用以将TYPE-C万用串行总线连接器103通过具有24个连接端子的复数个端点接脚脚位103a输出的讯号整合并通过所述复数个转接接点104a输出。因此,TYPE-C万用串行总线连接器103透过其作用并经由基座102上的复数个接脚脚位102a电性的连接至一第一印刷电路板集成101,使其可以电性的耦接至其他连接器,例如USB type-A连接器等。

图5显示本发明于一实施例中具有防水设计的电性连接器,图标中显示包含TYPE-C万用串行总线连接器503及第二印刷电路板集成504之绝缘基座502装设于第一印刷电路板集成501上,先来看连接器的USB埠的部分,USB埠本身就是密封设计,可能会漏水的地方就是跟机壳之间的接缝处,所以本发明于连接器的USB口上设计了一圈防水胶圈508来防尘防水,使其防尘防水等级能达到IP67(Ingress Protection 67),即防尘可以达到最高等级,防水于1米深的水中浸泡30分钟不受影响。
根据上述,本发明具有下列的优点:
一、提供具有能针对各种不同电子产品于设计时要求连接器能调整高度、摆放位置或方向之电性连接器;
二、可避免更复杂的TYPE-C万用串行总线连接器设计,另外还具防水设计的考虑,提高整个设计的价值与实用性。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明公开的技术范围内,可轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围的内。因此,本发明的保护范围应以所述权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (9)

1.一种具可调整安装高度及方位的电性连接器,其特征在于,包括:
一第一电路板;
一绝缘基座,具有一开口及复数个接脚脚位电性的连接至第一电路板,该复数个接脚脚位中的每一个接脚脚位的两端突出于绝缘基座的表面;
一TYPE-C万用串行总线连接器,具有一开口及复数个连接端子,容置于该绝缘基座的开口内;及
一第二电路板,具有复数个电性接点以及复数个转接接点用以电性连接TYPE-C万用串行总线连接器与绝缘基座,其中绝缘基座相对于第一电路板的高度通过调整绝缘基座自身的高度而使其为可调整,使得TYPE-C万用串行总线连接器相对于第一电路板的高度亦为可调整,设置于绝缘基座上的TYPE-C万用串行总线连接器的开口与第一电路板平面之法线的相对方位通过绝缘基座上复数个接脚脚位的配置方式使相对方位为可调整。
2.根据权利要求1所述具可调整安装高度及方位的电性连接器,其特征在于,所述第一电路板为印刷电路板集成。
3.根据权利要求1所述具可调整安装高度及方位的电性连接器,其特征在于,所述第二电路板为印刷电路板集成。
4.根据权利要求1所述具可调整安装高度及方位的电性连接器,其特征在于,所述第二电路板更包含一连接线路电性的连接复数个电性接点与复数个转接接点,用以将TYPE-C万用串行总线连接器通过复数个连接端子输出的讯号整合并通过复数个转接接点输出。
5.根据权利要求1所述具可调整安装高度及方位的电性连接器,其特征在于,所述TYPE-C万用串行总线连接器的开口与第二电路板平面之法线是平行或垂直关系。
6.根据权利要求1所述具可调整安装高度及方位的电性连接器,其特征在于,所述TYPE-C万用串行总线连接器更包含一具有复数个卡接簧片之外罩。
7.根据权利要求1所述具可调整安装高度及方位的电性连接器,其特征在于,所述第二电路板更包含复数个卡接簧片相对应的卡槽,用以榫接第二电路板与TYPE-C万用串行总线连接器。
8.根据权利要求1所述具可调整安装高度及方位的电性连接器,其特征在于,所述绝缘基座上的每一个连接端子两端可以分别突出于绝缘基座相对或相邻之两表面。
9.根据权利要求1所述具可调整安装高度及方位的电性连接器,其特征在于,所述TYPE-C万用串行总线连接器更包含一防尘防水胶圈,耦接于TYPE-C万用串行总线连接器与绝缘基座间之接合处,用于阻绝外界的水汽及尘埃进入TYPE-C万用串行总线连接器。
