Detailed Description
This application acquires the base temperature of compressor when detecting the refrigerant emergence and leaking, compares the base temperature and the highest allowable operating temperature of base of compressor, can judge whether the fault reason is the non-operational jam trouble, and the maintenance personal of being convenient for can be according to fault reason quick maintenance, resumes the normal use of air conditioner, promotes user satisfaction.
For a better understanding of the above technical solutions, exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. While exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the present disclosure may be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the disclosure to those skilled in the art.
In order to better understand the technical solution, the technical solution will be described in detail with reference to the drawings and the specific embodiments.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a refrigerant leakage fault processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the method for processing refrigerant leakage fault according to the embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps:
s1: and judging whether a refrigerant leakage fault occurs.
In an example of the present invention, the determining of the refrigerant leakage may include installing a temperature sensor at a predetermined position or a predetermined device on the refrigerant circulation line, and determining whether the refrigerant leakage occurs according to whether a temperature collected by the temperature sensor exceeds a predetermined temperature range.
In another example of the present invention, the method for determining leakage of the refrigerant may further include setting a neural network model, inputting current operating parameters of the air conditioner and environmental information of an environment where the air conditioner is located into the neural network model to calculate a remaining amount of the refrigerant, and determining whether the refrigerant leaks according to the remaining amount of the refrigerant.
It should be noted that, although the above examples provide two ways of detecting whether the refrigerant leaks, the present application is not limited to the specific way of detecting whether the refrigerant leaks, and any way that can accurately detect whether the refrigerant leaks may be adopted.
S2: and if the refrigerant leakage fault occurs, further judging whether the temperature of the base of the compressor is higher than the maximum allowable operation temperature of the base.
Specifically, the leakage fault of the refrigerant includes an inoperable blocking fault in a refrigerant circulation pipeline, and when the inoperable blocking fault occurs, the air conditioner is continuously operated to increase the temperature of the coil, and finally the coil is burnt out to increase the temperature of the base of the compressor to exceed the maximum allowable operating temperature of the base. Therefore, when a refrigerant leakage fault occurs, the temperature of the base of the compressor needs to be acquired, and whether the temperature of the base of the compressor is higher than the maximum allowable operating temperature of the base is judged. The mode of obtaining the base temperature of the compressor comprises the steps of arranging a temperature sensor on the base, and collecting the base temperature of the compressor through the temperature sensor.
S3: and if the base temperature of the compressor is higher than the maximum allowable base operating temperature, controlling the air conditioner to stop and judging as an inoperable blocking fault.
This application acquires the base temperature of compressor when the refrigerant takes place to leak, compares the base temperature and the highest allowable operating temperature of base of compressor, can judge whether the fault reason is the non-operational jam trouble, and the maintenance personal of being convenient for can be according to fault reason quick maintenance, resumes the normal use of air conditioner, promotes user satisfaction.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the method for processing the refrigerant leakage fault further includes: when the refrigerant leakage fault is judged to occur, adding 1 to the leakage fault frequency; judging whether the leakage fault frequency is greater than a preset threshold value or not; and if the air quantity is larger than the preset threshold value, controlling the air conditioner to stop.
Specifically, a threshold is preset to determine whether the refrigerant is excessive at this time. The threshold value is set according to the specific structure and performance of the air conditioner. In the initial state, the number of leak failures is 0. And adding 1 to the leakage fault frequency every time a refrigerant leakage fault is detected. When the failure frequency is larger than the preset threshold value, the air conditioner is considered to have an inoperable blocking failure when the leakage failure of the refrigerant is excessive, the air conditioner cannot effectively refrigerate/heat, and the air conditioner needs to be stopped to wait for maintenance of a professional.
In an embodiment of the present invention, after step S2, the method further includes: if the temperature of the base of the compressor is less than or equal to the maximum allowable operation temperature of the base, further acquiring the actual output capacity value of the air conditioner, and acquiring the required output capacity value of the air conditioner; and if the actual output capacity value is less than A% of the required output capacity value, controlling the air conditioner to stop, and judging as an inoperable blockage fault. Wherein A is a set proportion value, and 0< A < 100.
Specifically, a proportional system a for determining whether an inoperable blocking fault has occurred is set. And when the temperature of the base of the compressor is less than or equal to the maximum allowable operation temperature of the base, if the actual output capacity value is less than A% of the required output capacity value, the corresponding capacity which cannot be output by the air conditioner according to the conditions set by the user is represented. For example, for a fixed square meter of room, the user activates the air conditioner to cool. The air conditioner provides the corresponding required refrigerating capacity according to the square meters of the air conditioner and the current indoor temperature. And if the fact that the actual refrigerating capacity provided by the air conditioner is smaller than A% of the required refrigerating capacity is detected, the output capacity of the air conditioner is too low, the air conditioner is controlled to stop at the moment, and the non-operational blocking fault is judged.
In one embodiment of the present invention, after the step of obtaining the actual output capacity value of the air conditioner and obtaining the required output capacity value of the air conditioner, the method further comprises:
and if the actual output capacity value is greater than A% of the required output capacity value, reducing the rotation frequency of the compressor. Wherein. The purpose of reducing the rotational frequency of the compressor is to reduce the temperature of the coil and thus the temperature of the base. In one embodiment of the present invention, the magnitude of the reduced rotational frequency of the compressor is proportional to the difference between the base temperature of the compressor and the maximum allowable discharge temperature, and the magnitude of the reduced rotational frequency of the compressor is set according to the difference between the base temperature of the compressor and the maximum allowable discharge temperature.
After waiting for a second preset time (for example, several minutes), judging whether the current temperature of the base is lower than the target operation temperature of the base, and sometimes, after the rotating speed of the compressor is reduced, the temperature of the base of the compressor is excessively reduced due to the temperature hysteresis, and the temperature of the base of the compressor is too low to be beneficial to the operation of the air conditioner.
And if the current temperature of the base is lower than the target operation temperature of the base, increasing the rotation frequency of the compressor and acquiring the shell temperature of the compressor. The rotating frequency of the compressor is increased to increase the temperature of a base of the compressor, and the shell temperature of the compressor is obtained to detect whether the shell breaks down or not.
And if the shell temperature of the compressor exceeds a preset shell temperature alarm threshold value, indicating that the shell of the compressor is in fault, alarming and stopping increasing the rotation frequency of the compressor. Wherein the shell temperature alarm threshold is lower than the maximum allowable temperature value.
If the shell temperature of the compressor does not exceed the preset shell temperature alarm threshold value, the shell of the compressor is free of faults, and at the moment, the rotation frequency of the compressor is continuously increased until the base temperature of the compressor reaches the target operation temperature of the base.
After waiting for a first preset time (e.g., several minutes), it is further determined whether the current temperature of the base is less than the maximum allowable operating temperature of the base, and whether the difference between the current temperature of the base and the maximum allowable operating temperature of the base is less than a preset threshold.
And if the current temperature of the base is less than the maximum allowable operating temperature of the base, and the difference between the current temperature of the base and the maximum allowable operating temperature of the base is less than a preset threshold value, controlling the air conditioner to stop, and judging as an inoperable blocking fault. If the non-operational blockage fault does not occur in the refrigerant pipeline, the current temperature of the base can be obviously reduced after the preset time, so that the current temperature of the base at the preset time is smaller than the maximum allowable operating temperature of the base or the difference between the current temperature of the base and the maximum allowable operating temperature of the base is larger than the preset threshold.
In an embodiment of the present invention, after waiting for the preset time, the step of further determining whether the current temperature of the base is less than the maximum allowable operating temperature of the base, and whether a difference between the current temperature of the base and the maximum allowable operating temperature of the base is less than a preset threshold further includes:
if the current temperature of the base is higher than the maximum allowable operation temperature of the base or the difference between the current temperature of the base and the maximum allowable operation temperature of the base is higher than a preset threshold value, whether the actual output capacity value is higher than B% of the required output capacity value is further judged. Wherein 0< B < 100.
And if the actual output capacity value is greater than B% of the required output capacity value, judging that the throttling device is blocked and has a fault, and prompting the user. For example, the blockage of the throttling device is informed through a display screen on an air conditioner controller, and the user can carry out maintenance on a maintenance worker after receiving the prompt of the blockage of the throttling device. The maintenance personnel can inform the user that the solution of the blockage of the throttling device is solved by the customer, or the maintenance personnel prepares corresponding troubleshooting equipment for maintenance aiming at the fault of the blockage of the throttling device, so that the fault is solved quickly, and the satisfaction degree of the user is improved.
And if the actual output capacity value is less than or equal to B% of the required output capacity value, controlling the air conditioner to stop, and judging as an inoperable blocking fault. The user can then perform a warranty repair to the service personnel. Maintenance personnel prepare corresponding troubleshooting equipment for maintenance aiming at the non-operational blocking fault, rapidly solve the fault and improve the satisfaction degree of users.
The technical scheme in the embodiment of the application at least has the following technical effects or advantages:
1. when a refrigerant leakage fault occurs, whether an inoperable blocking fault occurs or not is judged according to the temperature of a base of a compressor, and the air conditioner is controlled to stop when the inoperable blocking fault occurs, so that the technical problem that the fault reason cannot be effectively judged when the refrigerant leaks is effectively solved, maintenance personnel can quickly maintain the air conditioner according to the fault reason, the normal use of the air conditioner is recovered, and the satisfaction degree of users is improved;
2. setting a refrigerant leakage frequency to judge whether the air conditioner can be recovered, and considering that the air conditioner has an inoperable blocking fault when the refrigerant leakage frequency is excessive, the air conditioner cannot effectively refrigerate/heat, needs to be shut down to wait for maintenance of a professional, and avoids the problem that the air conditioner cannot refrigerate/heat when being started, thereby wasting energy;
3. setting a capacity output ratio to accurately judge whether the current output capacity of the air conditioner is too low, thereby judging whether the blocking fault occurs due to the incapability of running;
4. when the difference between the actual output capacity value and the required output capacity of the air conditioner is within a certain range, the temperature of the coil is reduced by reducing the rotating frequency of the compressor, so that the temperature of the base is reduced, and whether the non-operational blocking fault occurs or the throttling device blocking fault occurs can be effectively judged by waiting for the base temperature of the compressor for a period of time and the highest allowable operating temperature of the base.
Based on the same inventive concept, the embodiment of the invention also provides the refrigerant leakage fault processing corresponding to the refrigerant leakage fault processing method.
