本发明涉及一种低压外气囊刚性自锁气弹簧,包括启动杆,活塞杆、活塞、针阀、缸筒、导向套、直骨架油封、隔离套、气囊、尾堵、钢针;所述缸筒的一端由尾堵和钢针密封,另一端安装活塞;所述活塞与活塞杆固连,活塞杆与缸筒之间由内向外依次设置隔离套、直骨架油封和导向套;所述活塞中滑配合连接有针阀,针阀穿过活塞的中心伸入至活塞杆内;所述活塞杆为空心杆体,内部安装有启动杆,启动杆对应针阀设置;所述缸筒内充装有液压油,尾端安装有外置气囊,气囊通过高压管与缸筒连接,管路上安装单向阀,气囊内充装有惰性气体。

技术领域
本发明涉及气弹簧领域,具体涉及一种低压外气囊刚性自锁气弹簧。
背景技术
气弹簧是利用液压油作为传力介质,以压缩惰性气体作为弹性部件,实现支撑、减震等功能。被广泛使用在航空、汽车、医疗器械领域,家具、制造业、工业自动化控制等领域。目前常用的气弹簧大部分以油气混合居多,气弹簧长期使用,其中的气体会有损损耗,不方便更换;而且损伤不挡易造成缸体的***。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种低压外气囊刚性自锁气弹簧。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种低压外气囊刚性自锁气弹簧,包括启动杆,活塞杆、活塞、针阀、缸筒、导向套、直骨架油封、隔离套、气囊、尾堵、钢针;所述缸筒的一端由尾堵和钢针密封,另一端安装活塞;所述活塞与活塞杆固连,活塞杆与缸筒之间由内向外依次设置隔离套、直骨架油封和导向套;所述活塞中滑配合连接有针阀,针阀穿过活塞的中心伸入至活塞杆内;所述活塞杆为空心杆体,内部安装有启动杆,启动杆对应针阀设置;所述缸筒内充装有液压油,尾端安装有外置气囊,气囊通过高压管与缸筒连接,管路上安装单向阀,气囊内充装有惰性气体。
所述缸筒、活塞杆的端口均设置收口。
所述针阀和活塞杆的接触处设有密封圈。
所述针阀与活塞之间设置垫片。
所述活塞上开设溢流孔,活塞以及活塞杆与隔离套之间留有间隙。
所述气囊安装有两个高压管,一个为进气管,一个为回气管,进气管和回气管上分别安装单向阀。
使用时,按压启动杆,推动针阀打开,液压油由无杆腔进入有杆腔,活塞和活塞杆在压力作用下沿缸筒移动,惰性气体受到挤压,部分由进气管进入气囊;松开启动杆,针阀闭合,气弹簧锁定;当外面荷载小于惰性气体的压强,按动启动杆,针阀打开,惰性气体由回气管进入缸筒,活塞杆和活塞在压力的作用下外伸复位。
本发明的有益效果是:外置气囊的设置方便对惰性气体的压强进行调节,减少气压对缸筒的破坏;当气囊损坏方便更换;并且能够有效防止缸筒***,增加其安全性;适当增加了活塞的压缩行程。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种低压外气囊刚性自锁气弹簧,包括启动杆1,活塞杆2、活塞3、针阀4、缸筒5、导向套6、直骨架油封7、隔离套8、气囊9、尾堵10、钢针11;所述缸筒5的一端由尾堵10和钢针11密封,另一端安装活塞3;所述活塞3与活塞杆2固连,活塞杆2与缸筒5之间由内向外依次设置隔离套8、直骨架油封7和导向套6;所述活塞3中滑配合连接有针阀4,针阀4穿过活塞3的中心伸入至活塞杆2内;所述活塞杆2为空心杆体,内部安装有启动杆1,启动杆1对应针阀4设置;所述缸筒5内充装有液压油,尾端安装有外置气囊9,气囊9通过高压管12与缸筒5连接,管路上安装单向阀13,气囊9内充装有惰性气体。
所述缸筒5、活塞杆2的端口均设置收口。
所述针阀4和活塞杆2的接触处设有密封圈。
所述针阀4与活塞3之间设置垫片。
所述活塞3上开设溢流孔,活塞3以及活塞杆2与隔离套8之间留有间隙。
所述气囊9安装有两个高压管12,一个为进气管12-1,一个为回气管12-2,进气管12-1和回气管12-2上分别安装单向阀13。
使用时,按压启动杆1,推动针阀4打开,液压油由无杆腔进入有杆腔,活塞3和活塞杆2在压力作用下沿缸筒5移动,惰性气体受到挤压,部分由进气管12-1的单向阀13进入气囊9,此时回气管12-2的单向阀13处于闭合状态;松开启动杆1,针阀4闭合,气弹簧锁定;当外面荷载小于惰性气体的压强,按动启动杆1,针阀4打开,惰性气体由回气管12-2的单向阀13进入缸筒5,此时进气管12-1的单向阀13处于闭合状态;活塞杆2和活塞3在压力的作用下外伸复位。

1.一种低压外气囊刚性自锁气弹簧,其特征在于,包括启动杆,活塞杆、活塞、针阀、缸筒、导向套、直骨架油封、隔离套、气囊、尾堵、钢针;所述缸筒的一端由尾堵和钢针密封,另一端安装活塞;所述活塞与活塞杆固连,活塞杆与缸筒之间由内向外依次设置隔离套、直骨架油封和导向套;所述活塞中滑配合连接有针阀,针阀穿过活塞的中心伸入至活塞杆内;所述活塞杆为空心杆体,内部安装有启动杆,启动杆对应针阀设置;所述缸筒内充装有液压油,尾端安装有外置气囊,气囊通过高压管与缸筒连接,管路上安装单向阀,气囊内充装有惰性气体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种低压外气囊刚性自锁气弹簧,其特征在于,所述缸筒、活塞杆的端口均设置收口。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种低压外气囊刚性自锁气弹簧,其特征在于,所述针阀和活塞杆的接触处设有密封圈。
