本发明是一种矿用挤压抗磨剂,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:硫化鲸鱼油5‑15%、硫化烯烃棉籽油1‑5%、硫化异丁烯1‑10%、二苄基二硫5‑15%、偏硼酸钾3‑9%、聚二甲硅氧烷2‑3%、油酰胺1‑5%、氯化石蜡11‑19%、抗氧防腐剂5‑7%、金属钝化剂3‑5%、防锈剂3‑5%、抗泡沫剂1‑5%、油性剂5‑10%、粘度指数改进剂1‑1.5%、破乳剂4‑5%、纳米金刚石2‑4%,此时齿轮油具有较强的极压抗磨性,且拥有较强的抗氧化性能。

技术领域
本发明是一种矿用挤压抗磨剂。
背景技术
在边界润滑中,当金属表面只承受中等负荷时,如有一种添加剂能被吸附在金属表面上或与金属表面剧烈磨损,这种添加剂称为抗磨添加剂,当金属表面承受很高的负荷时,大量的金属表面直接接触,产生大量的热,而抗磨剂形成的膜也被破坏,不再起保护金属表面的作用,如有一种添加剂能与金属表面起化学反应生成化学反应膜,起润滑作用,防止金属表面擦伤,甚至熔焊,通常把这种最苛刻的边界润滑叫做极压润滑,现有的极压抗磨剂中,器大多的挤压抗磨性能不理想,抗氧化性能不足。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供一种矿用挤压抗磨剂,具有较强的极压抗磨性,且拥有较强的抗氧化性能。
为了实现上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:一种齿轮油,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:硫化鲸鱼油5-15%、硫化烯烃棉籽油1-5%、硫化异丁烯1-10%、二苄基二硫5-15%、偏硼酸钾3-9%、聚二甲硅氧烷2-3%、油酰胺1-5%、氯化石蜡11-19%、抗氧防腐剂5-7%、金属钝化剂3-5%、防锈剂3-5%、抗泡沫剂1-5%、油性剂5-10%、粘度指数改进剂1-1.5%、破乳剂4-5%、纳米金刚石2-4%。
有益效果:通过本方法制备齿轮油为纯中药配方,具有较强的极压抗磨性,且拥有较强的抗氧化性能。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种矿用挤压抗磨剂,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:硫化鲸鱼油5%、硫化烯烃棉籽油1%、硫化异丁烯1%、二苄基二硫5%、偏硼酸钾3%、聚二甲硅氧烷2%、油酰胺1%、氯化石蜡11%、抗氧防腐剂5%、金属钝化剂3%、防锈剂3%、抗泡沫剂1%、油性剂5%、粘度指数改进剂1%、破乳剂4%、纳米金刚石2%,此时齿轮油具有较强的极压抗磨性,但是抗氧化性能较差。

一种矿用挤压抗磨剂,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:硫化鲸鱼油15%、硫化烯烃棉籽油5%、硫化异丁烯10%、二苄基二硫15%、偏硼酸钾9%、聚二甲硅氧烷3%、油酰胺5%、氯化石蜡19%、抗氧防腐剂7%、金属钝化剂5%、防锈剂5%、抗泡沫剂5%、油性剂10%、粘度指数改进剂1.5%、破乳剂5%、纳米金刚石4%,此时齿轮油具有较强的抗氧化性能,但是其极压抗磨性能较差。

一种矿用挤压抗磨剂,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:硫化鲸鱼油10%、硫化烯烃棉籽油3%、硫化异丁烯6%、二苄基二硫10%、偏硼酸钾6%、聚二甲硅氧烷2.3%、油酰胺1.5%、氯化石蜡11.9%、抗氧防腐剂5.7%、金属钝化剂3.5%、防锈剂3.5%、抗泡沫剂1.5%、油性剂8%、粘度指数改进剂1.28%、破乳剂4.5%、纳米金刚石2.4%,此时齿轮油具有较强的极压抗磨性,且拥有较强的抗氧化性能。

1.一种矿用挤压抗磨剂,其特征在于,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:硫化鲸鱼油5-15%、硫化烯烃棉籽油1-5%、硫化异丁烯1-10%、二苄基二硫5-15%、偏硼酸钾3-9%、聚二甲硅氧烷2-3%、油酰胺1-5%、氯化石蜡11-19%、抗氧防腐剂5-7%、金属钝化剂3-5%、防锈剂3-5%、抗泡沫剂1-5%、油性剂5-10%、粘度指数改进剂1-1.5%、破乳剂4-5%、纳米金刚石2-4%。
