Abstract

本发明公开了一种车用木醇汽油及其制备方法,其特征在于该车用木醇汽油以重量百分比为木醇16.0‑70.0%、汽油26.0‑80.0%、添加剂1.5‑3.5%组成。其添加剂以重量百分比为异丙醇8.0‑30.0%、丙酮、1.0‑20.0%、正戊烷17.0‑45.0%、S‑807.0‑20.0%、油酸10.0‑35.0%、邻苯二甲酸二甲酯1.0‑15.0%、苯并三氮唑0.1‑10.0%、烷基胺T5340.1‑10.0%组成。本发明在常温常压下操作,工艺流程简单,原料丰富、易得,生产成本低。不需要对现汽车的发动机等其它部件进行改造或更新,奌火性能好,易发动。储存使用中不分层,稳定性好,燃烧效果好。

一种车用木醇汽油及其配制方法
技术领域
发明涉及一种合成汽油,特别是一种车用木醇汽油及其配制方法。
背景技术
随着中国经济的快速增长、能源消耗的加大以及国际石油价格的不稳定,能源的短缺直接危及我国经济的可持续发展和国家能源战略安全,我国进口原油及成品油已超过消费总量的60%。今后我国石油对外依存度将继续上升。另一方面我国目前有丰富的煤炭资源,大部分煤炭是直接燃烧,能源利用率低,污染物排放严重,煤炭消费结构极为不合理。进入新世纪来国家鼓励煤制醇项目,目前煤制甲醇产能近一亿吨,由于没能解决好甲醇的利用问题,大量的产能没有释放出来,据不完全统计甲醇的消费量仅仅为30%左右。
同时随着经济的快速发展,尤其是机动车保有量的高速增长,导致我市城市污染日趋严重,空气污染指数优良天数明显减少,可吸入污染物占主要污染物的比例越来越大,近年来我市雾霾非常严重,给人民的正常生活造成了极大的困扰,PM2.5的控制显得非常紧迫。而机动车尾气排放是PM2.5的主要来源之一。因此,无论是出于能源安全考虑,还是出于节能减排的目的,发展替代能源,清洁能源、可再生能源已成为当务之急。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种用木醇、汽油、添加剂等合成的汽油,木醇参入量大,储存使用中不分层,可最大限度地减少汽车尾气污染,对汽车发动机无不良影响,燃烧效果好,可降低生产成本,在常温常压条件下合成的高标号车用木醇汽油。
本发明的内容是:一种合成车用木醇汽油,其特征之处是组成(重量%)为:
木醇 16.0-70.0%
汽油 26.0-80.0%
添加剂 1.5-3.5%
本发明所述的木醇是含量≥98%的木醇。
本发明所述的汽油是70号至120号汽油。
本发明所述的汽油可以是直馏汽油或凝析汽油或拨头汽油。
本发明所述的添加剂是由下述组份构成(重量%):
车用木醇汽油的制造方法,以重量百分比计,由以下步骤制取的:
在常温常压条件下,将木醇、汽油、添加剂置于各自容器中,按照所述各组份按比例取量混合均匀即完成,密封存放;其中添加剂亦在常温常压条件下,将丙醇、异丙醇、正戊烷、S-80、油酸、邻苯二甲酸二甲酯、苯并三氮唑、烷基胺T534按照所述各组份按比例取量混合均匀后,再过滤即可。
本发明所述的木醇是本燃料的主燃剂,辛烷值一般高于汽油,蒸发热大,气化膨胀系数大,热利用率高;汽油作为奌火剂与主燃剂;添加剂主要由助溶剂(丙酮、异丙醇)、稳定剂(S-80、油酸)、抗腐剂(苯并三氮唑)、抗氧剂(烷基胺T534)、防橡胶溶胀剂(邻苯二甲酸二甲酯)等组成。组份中加入正戊烷后促进燃料完全燃烧,减少发动机排出的黑烟,实现污染防治、洁净能源、清洁环境的目的;加入S-80、油酸可以进一步促进各原料的互溶,解决了燃料的分层和起油团的问题。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下特奌:
1、本发明的车用木醇汽油在常温常压下操作,工艺流程简单,工艺过程可连续生产。
2、本发明的车用木醇汽油原料丰富、易得,生产成本低。
3、本发明的车用木醇汽油在使用时不需要对现汽车的发动机等其它部件进行改造或更新,奌火性能好,易发动。
4、本发明的车用木醇汽油中的木醇参入量大,具有较高的抗爆性和良好的蒸发性,储存使用中不分层,稳定性好,燃烧效果好。
5、本发明的车用木醇汽油可减少环境污染,汽车尾气排放少污染,在操作人员的大气环境中,木醇浓度低于我国居民区大气环境允许的平均浓度值,对人体健康不会产生不良影响。
6、本发明的车用木醇汽油具有节油效果。

配制时,只需在常温常压条件下,将含量≥98%的木醇、89号汽油、添加剂按上述各实施例配比量投入容器中混合均匀即完成;其添加剂亦在常温常压条件下,按照上述各实施例添加剂配比量混合均匀后,再过滤即可。
注:木醇是甲醇的俗称。

1.车用木醇汽油是由木醇、汽油、添加剂合成的,其特征在于该车用木醇汽油以重量百分比为木醇16.0-70.0%、汽油26.0-80.0%、添加剂1.5-3.5%组成。
2.根椐权利1所述的车用木醇汽油,其特征在于所述的木醇是含量≥98%的木醇。
3.根椐权利1所述的车用木醇汽油,其特征在于所述的汽油是70号至120号汽油。
