Background
The shading adhesive tape is an adhesive tape commonly used in the backlight module, and has the effects of shading edge light and preventing edge light leakage on one hand; and on the other hand, functions as a display panel fixed thereto. In recent years, with the market demands of thinning and low power consumption of display devices, especially when the display panel is fixed by the light-shielding adhesive tape on the existing ultra-narrow frame, an assembler is required to ensure straight line attachment in the process of attaching the light-shielding adhesive tape, and seamless butt joint is required at the junction of each adhesive tape. The operation requirement is a difficult challenge for production workers, straight line adhesion and seamless butt joint are difficult to achieve, so that light leakage phenomena of different degrees occur at the junction of the adhesive tapes, poor display is caused, and foreign matter and dust enter the gap at the junction, so that poor display of a main picture is further caused.
Meanwhile, the designer must consider both the dimension required by the actual product and the error of the production worker during the operation at the beginning of the design. The whole size and the tolerance are difficult to grasp, if the size tolerance is too large, the junction is crossed when being attached, if the size tolerance is too small, gaps are formed in the junction, and the manipulation and operation habits of each production worker cannot be unified by 100%, so that a designer is difficult to give a size which meets the product performance and the operation of the production worker and does not have poor performance.
