The lower door plate 8 is provided with a containing cavity 85, and when the lifting rod 91 descends to drive the elastic piece 94 and the pulley limiting block 95 to descend, the lifting rod 91, the elastic piece 94 and the pulley limiting block 95 can completely enter the containing cavity 85.
Preferably, the top surface of the lower door panel 8 is provided with a sensing switch for sensing whether the corresponding one side limiting plate 72 of the upper door panel 7 contacts with the top surface of the lower door panel 8.
Preferably, the lifting mechanism 82 is a cam 821 provided at the bottom of the support T-piece 81, and a motor 822 for driving the cam 821 to rotate; the lower door plate 8 is provided with a guide groove 86, and the supporting T-shaped piece 81 extends into the guide groove 86 and is abutted with the cam 821; the cam 821 is rotatable by a motor 822 to drive and support the T-piece 81 up and down.
Preferably, the latch 84 includes a latch body 841, a chuck 842 is disposed at the end of the latch body 841, a chute 843 is disposed on the latch body 841, and a guide block 87 matched with the chute 843 is disposed on the lower door panel 8 provided with the latch 84. The lower end of the lock tongue body 841 is provided with a second rack 844, and the second rack 844 is meshed with a second driving gear 845.
The working principle of the elevator is as follows:
the elevator is divided into three modes,
1. normal mode of operation. The motor 96 of the sliding limiting lock 9 drives the lifting rod 91 to ascend, so that the pulley limiting block 95 is arranged between the two pulleys 71 at the bottom of the upper door plate 7. Because the driving mechanism 10 of the conventional landing door 1 is arranged at the upper part of the landing door 1, when the driving mechanism drives the landing door 1 to open or close, the upper door plate 7 drives the lower door plate 8 to synchronously move through the sliding limit lock 9, and the running of the landing door 1 is not different from that of a common elevator.
2. Waterproof mode of operation. When the outside of the elevator is struck by heavy rain or water is accumulated on the ground, the elevator manager switches the elevator into a waterproof running mode through a control button arranged in an elevator control room. The motor 96 of the sliding limiting lock 9 drives the lifting rod 91 to descend, so that the pulley limiting block 95 is placed between the two pulleys 71 at the bottom of the upper door plate 7 and falls back into the accommodating cavity 85 of the lower door plate 8. The upper door panel 7 and the lower door panel 8 are capable of relative movement. In this mode, the lower door panel 8 remains closed permanently, and each time the car 2 is in place, the drive mechanism of the landing door 1 drives only the upper door panel 7 open, and the passenger must cross the closed lower door panel 8 into the car 2. The closed lower door panel 8 plays a role in retaining water, and prevents rainwater from entering the car 2 and the hoistway.
3. A wind-proof mode.
When an elevator encounters a typhoon attack, in the event that the elevator has been shut down, the relevant elevator manager switches the elevator into a windbreak mode via control buttons provided in the elevator control room. In this mode, the second drive gear 845 drives the second rack 844 to move, and the tongue 84 protrudes toward the catch 83. Preferably, the lock 83 may be electronic or mechanical, and can fix the chuck 842 on the lock tongue 84, and if mechanical, the lock tongue may be fixed by using an existing lock cylinder, and a tool such as a key may be required to unlock the lock tongue 84 at a later stage. After the lock tongue 84 is fixed, the two lower door panels 8 are reliably fixed by the strength of the lock tongue body 841. Then, the motor 822 drives the cam 821 to rotate, so that the supporting T-shaped member 81 descends, the upper door panel 7 and the lower door panel 8 are abutted against each other, and since the lower door panel 8 positioned at the lower part is reliably fixed, the upper door panel 7 with a larger windward side is not inclined due to wind pressure, and the single layer door 1 is prevented from being gradually damaged by wind pressure due to the fact that typhoons are blown to be inclined or are mutually opened. Further, the bottom of the supporting T-shaped member 81 may be slidably connected to the cam 821, so that when the cam 821 descends to cause the supporting T-shaped member 81 to descend, a downward pulling force can be provided for the supporting T-shaped member 81, so as to ensure that the upper door panel 7 abuts against the lower door panel 8.
While the foregoing is directed to the preferred embodiments of the present invention, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that changes and modifications may be made without departing from the principles of the invention, such changes and modifications are also intended to be within the scope of the invention.
