The core functions of the quick-change assembly are as follows: when the connecting plate is fixed at the bottom of the working device (namely an auxiliary part), the mounting column falls into four mounting holes on the quick-change platform, the clamping rings on the two sides are extruded out by the gravity and the wedge effect of the mounting column (the cylindrical heads of the mounting column are pressed on the inclined planes of the clamping rings), the mounting column can fall into the accommodating recess of the mounting column, and when the clamping rings meet clamping grooves on the mounting column, the clamping rings stretch into the clamping grooves due to the spring force, and the bottom surfaces of the clamping rings and the inner bottom surfaces of the clamping grooves are flat (without the wedge effect), so that the mounting column is firmly clamped and can not withdraw, the whole process is rapid and reliable after the mounting of the working device is completed, and the rapid mounting is realized.
When the working device is to be withdrawn, only the hand wheel at the bottom of the quick-change platform is required to be manually rotated, and the pull rod is driven by the central escapement screw rod and the screw rod nut to pull the transmission chain consisting of the dowel bar, the fork bar, the poking pin, the guide bar, the guide seat and the clamp, so that the inner clamp moves towards the center, the outer clamp moves outwards and also drives the dowel bar to move, the tail end of the dowel bar is provided with a hinge, the fork bar and the dowel bar are connected together by virtue of the hinge, but a pin roll fixed with the shell of the quick-change platform is also plugged in the long groove at the center of the fork bar, and the simultaneous opening and closing of the two clamps are realized.
The crank arm crane 102 is used for hoisting various working devices (accessories) fixedly connected with the connecting plates above the mounting table of the fixedly connected mounting seat, can also assist in executing certain municipal engineering works (such as the dispatching of roadside weights), and can cooperate with the working devices on the mechanical arm to complete certain complex works.
The water tank 103 can be used for spraying water or cleaning operation, can also be used for spraying pesticide on a roadside green belt and tall trees, contains the liquid medicine, has smaller volume than the water tank of a water spraying vehicle, is provided with a water inlet and outlet pipe, various pipe joints, a spray head and a spray gun along with the liquid medicine tank, wherein the spray gun can also be used as a working device to be installed on a quick-change platform, and can be lifted to a high altitude of a plurality of meters along with a plurality of mechanical arms, so that pesticide can be sprayed on tall trees conveniently. When the liquid medicine is not needed to be contained, the liquid medicine tank can be used as a container for containing various auxiliary tools or work pieces (on-site sundries). In addition, the medicine water tank can be divided into more than two small spaces for accommodating various liquids.
The engineering truck of the application can be used for repairing street lamps, pruning branches, rescuing people from high building fires, repairing electric wires and other high-altitude works, dragging damaged vehicles or illegal vehicles on roads, lifting heavy objects, shoveling roadside heavy objects (which can be considered and combined), cleaning road surfaces, cleaning guardrails (with water and preventing excessive loss of water), collecting garbage (roadside garbage cans, community garbage frames, community garbage stations, sewer garbage and the like), compressing and primarily treating, pruning roadside green belts, watering roadside plants, digging holes on roadside (planting trees and burying electric poles), snow shoveling and deicing, ditching and the like.

the quick-change assembly comprises a connecting plate fixedly connected with an accessory and a connecting seat fixedly connected with an engineering truck, wherein a plurality of mounting columns are convexly arranged on the bottom surface of the connecting plate, the connecting seat is of a box-type structure with an inner cavity, a plurality of mounting holes which are in one-to-one correspondence with the mounting columns are formed in an upper cover plate of the connecting seat, the bottoms of the mounting columns can downwards penetrate through the mounting holes and extend into the inner cavity of the connecting seat, the bottoms of the mounting columns are inclined surfaces or cambered surfaces, clamping grooves are concavely formed in the cylindrical surfaces of the mounting columns, the inner top surfaces of the clamping grooves are inclined surfaces of the inner bottoms of the outer high bottoms, and the inner bottom surfaces of the clamping grooves are planes;
the inner cavity of the connecting seat is also provided with a plurality of groups of clamp assemblies which are in one-to-one correspondence with the mounting holes, the clamp assemblies comprise guide seats, guide rods, clamps and springs, the guide seats are fixed with the upper cover plate of the connecting seat, the guide seats are provided with the guide holes, the axial leads of the guide holes are vertically intersected with the axial leads of the corresponding mounting holes, one end of each guide rod penetrates through each guide hole and is guided by the guide hole in a sliding way, the other end of each guide rod is fixedly connected with the corresponding clamp, the springs are sleeved on the guide rods and abut against the guide seats and the clamp, the inner cavity of the connecting seat is also provided with a plurality of mounting column accommodating body concave seats which are fixed on the bottom plate of the connecting seat and are in one-to-one correspondence with the mounting holes, the mounting column accommodating body concave seats are upwards aligned with concave cavities of the mounting holes, the clamp is arranged around the mounting holes and clamped between the upper cover plate of the connecting seat and the mounting column accommodating body concave seats, and the bottom surface of the clamp is in sliding fit with the upper cover plate of the connecting seat; the clamp is provided with a clamping part matched with the clamping groove of the mounting column, the top surface of the clamping part is provided with an inclined surface matched with the inner top surface of the clamping groove, the bottom surface of the clamping part is a plane, one end of the guide rod, which passes through the guide hole, is connected with a clamp adjusting device for adjusting the compression amount of the spring to enable the clamp to slide along the direction away from the mounting column so as to enable the clamp to deviate from the clamping groove of the mounting column, the clamp adjusting device comprises a linkage assembly, a central escapement screw rod, a screw nut, a pull rod and a hand wheel, the central escapement screw rod is arranged in an inner cavity of the connecting seat, the axial lead of the central escapement screw rod coincides with the symmetrical central axis of each mounting hole, the hand wheel is arranged at the bottom of the central escapement screw rod, the screw nut is rotatably arranged on the central escapement screw rod, and is connected with the linkage assembly through the pull rod, and the linkage assembly surrounds the periphery of the clamp assembly.

The urban and rural road multifunctional quick-change engineering vehicle according to claim 1, wherein the clamp comprises an inner clamp and an outer clamp which are symmetrically arranged at two lateral sides of the mounting column and can slide in opposite or opposite directions, and the inner clamp and the outer clamp are respectively correspondingly connected with a guide rod, a spring and a guide seat which enable the inner clamp and the outer clamp to slide in opposite directions and be clamped with the clamping groove or enable the inner clamp and the outer clamp to slide in opposite directions and be separated from the clamping groove.
