Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of sand blasting cleaning equipment, in particular to an oblique limiting roller and a sand blasting cleaning device, wherein the oblique limiting roller is used for obliquely conveying and limiting metal bands/plates in the sand blasting cleaning process, and the edges are the upper surface and the lower surface or the thickness of the metal bands/plates.
Background
In the existing high-pressure water jet sand blasting cleaning production line for metal strips (plates), high-concentration abrasive jet sprayed by a spray head is mainly used for descaling and derusting the surfaces of the metal strips (plates), and abrasive is splashed everywhere when sand blasting cleaning operation is carried out in a cleaning unit. At present, when cleaning the steel belt, the steel belt acid-free cleaning equipment for cleaning the steel belt not only adopts a horizontal conveying mode, but also adopts an oblique conveying mode along with the increase of the width specification of the steel belt. On the basis of increasingly mature and perfect high-pressure water jet sand blasting cleaning technology, the main cleaning units are connected in series to perform sand blasting cleaning on the upper surface and the lower surface of a metal belt (plate) twice, so that the cleaning efficiency and the cleaning speed are greatly improved, and the tension requirement on the belt in a metal belt high-pressure water jet sand blasting cleaning production line is increased during cleaning, so that when the upper surface of the steel belt is cleaned through sand blasting, the lower surface of the steel belt and a limiting supporting plate are scratched due to downward impact force, and then the lower surface scratch phenomenon of the steel belt is caused. In the same way, when the lower surface of the steel belt is cleaned by sand blasting, the upper surface of the steel belt is scratched by the limiting supporting plate due to upward impact force, so that the upper surface of the steel belt is scratched.
For solving the scratch phenomenon of the belt surface, for a metal belt (plate) material cleaning unit for oblique conveying, a commonly adopted solution is to additionally install a limiting roller on a limiting supporting plate so as to reduce or prevent the contact between the surface of a steel (plate) belt and the limiting supporting plate, thereby better solving the surface scratch phenomenon generated when the surface of the steel (plate) belt is subjected to sand blasting operation. On the other hand, due to the increase of the width specification and the increase of the thickness of the steel belt, more oblique belt limit rollers are additionally arranged on the side where the thickness of the steel belt is positioned in order to ensure the stability of the steel belt during oblique conveying. However, due to the existence of the scattering phenomenon of the abrasive materials around during sand blasting cleaning, the oblique limiting roller used for oblique conveying, whether the belt surface or the belt edge, has the problems of poor bearing tightness, easy blocking, short service life, frequent replacement and the like, thereby damaging the upper and lower surfaces or the belt edge of the steel belt to influence the subsequent cold rolling and other processes.
Whether the metal strip is cleaned by utilizing a metal strip high-pressure water jet sand blasting cleaning production line or a metal sheet is cleaned, the problem of limiting rollers on the surface or the edge of the strip during oblique conveying always prevents the improvement of the efficiency of the steel (plate) strip acid-free cleaning equipment and the further popularization of the equipment.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problems of overcoming the defect of sand prevention/steel shot capability of the conventional oblique limiting roller in a sand blasting cleaning unit, and providing the oblique limiting roller for conveying metal strips or plates with abrasive materials such as sand prevention/steel shot and the like and the sand blasting cleaning device, wherein a bearing is not easy to be blocked, and the service life is long.
In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme provided by the invention is as follows:
the utility model provides a spacing running roller of slant for strap or panel is carried, includes back shaft, bearing and running roller, and the running roller is radially located on the back shaft through the bearing of installing at its both ends, is equipped with between back shaft and running roller lower extreme and blocks the abrasive material and make it slow down, and make abrasive material throw away with the help of centrifugal force effect the bending channel.
Further, the roller cover is closely covered on the upper end face of the roller, and the upper end of the roller is completely sealed.
Further, the bending channel is formed by combining a convex rib arranged on the supporting shaft and a groove arranged on the roller.
Further, the back shaft is provided with first bead and the second bead of its top along circumference, forms first recess between first bead and the second bead, is equipped with the second recess near the inboard of centre bore at the running roller lower extreme, and first recess and second recess are crisscross to detain mutually and form the passageway of buckling.
Further, the bending channel is S-shaped.
Further, the boundary of the bending channel comprises a plurality of inclined planes for reducing the rebound speed of the abrasive.
Further, the inclined plane comprises a supporting shaft inclined plane on the supporting shaft and a roller inclined plane on the roller, and the supporting shaft inclined plane and the supporting shaft center line OI 1 The included angle is an acute angle, and the inclined plane of the roller and the center line OI of the roller 2 The included angle is an acute angle.
Further, the inclined surface of the supporting shaft comprises a 1 st inclined surface and a 3 rd inclined surface which form the side wall of the first groove, and a 5 th inclined surface which forms the upper side surface of the second convex rib; the roller inclined plane comprises a 2 nd inclined plane and a 4 th inclined plane which form the side wall of the second groove.
Further, the oblique limiting roller is an oblique belt surface limiting roller without a limiting groove or an oblique belt edge limiting roller with a limiting groove.
The invention also provides a sand blasting cleaning device which comprises a limiting roller for conveying the metal belt or the plate, wherein the limiting roller adopts the inclined limiting roller.
The sand prevention sealing effect of the oblique limiting roller is mainly realized by a plurality of rebound deceleration surfaces formed by mutually staggering a plurality of inclined planes (the inclined planes at the lower end of the roller and the inclined planes at the lower side of the supporting shaft) on the bending channel, so that the speed of sand/steel shots after rebound for many times is reduced, and the bearing can be protected from being directly hit by the sand/steel shots moving at high speed. The form that the inclined plane from the top down inclines makes the sand/steel shot that gets into from the upside gap be convenient for throw away from the gap under the effect of centrifugal force, has reduced sand/steel shot and has piled up in the bearing outside gap to prevent bearing and sealing ring receive the wearing and tearing of sand/steel shot, thereby realize the sand control effect to the spacing running roller bearing of slant, reduce the dead phenomenon of bearing card, guarantee the normal use of the spacing running roller of slant, prolong its life.
The oblique limiting roller comprises an oblique belt surface limiting roller without limiting grooves and an oblique belt edge limiting roller with limiting grooves, and can be used for limiting each side surface during oblique conveying of metal belt (plate) materials and limiting corresponding side surfaces during horizontal or vertical conveying of the metal belt (plate) materials. The oblique belt surface limiting roller can be used for limiting two side surfaces of the width of the metal belt (plate) when the metal belt (plate) is vertically conveyed, and the oblique belt edge limiting roller can be used for limiting two side surfaces of the thickness of the metal belt (plate) when the metal belt (plate) is horizontally conveyed.
The oblique limiting roller for conveying the metal belt/plate has the advantages of simple and compact structure, low cost, difficult blocking of the bearing when used in a sand blasting cleaning unit, simple replacement and long service life.
