Description

Plant composition fermented raw pulp for balancing skin micro-ecology and preparation and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of cosmetics, and mainly relates to plant composition fermentation protoplasm for balancing skin micro-ecology, and preparation and application thereof.
Background
The skin is a natural barrier of the human body surface, a plurality of microorganisms exist, the skin micro-ecological balance keeps the stability of the skin environment, and the skin has important effect on the health of the body.
Under the condition of normal flora balance, a large amount of beneficial bacteria on the surface of the skin play a role in protecting the health of the skin. After growing at a specific part on the skin surface, the probiotics are in an advantage in nutrition competition, change the pH value of the environment or release antibiotics through self metabolism to inhibit the growth of harmful bacteria and foreign bacteria and generate biological antagonism on other flora. The probiotics can also absorb and utilize skin excreta such as inorganic salt, uric acid, urea and the like, balance the surface of the skin, resist the invasion of heavy metal ions to cells, retain water, moisturize and the like. When the skin is disturbed, the quantity of resident bacteria and/or transient bacteria of the skin is increased sharply, which causes the disturbance of the flora of the skin, thereby causing a series of skin problems such as vigorous secretion of skin grease, skin inflammation, acne, scurf and head itch, and the like.
If the skin care product can provide a nutrient component for the skin, promote the growth of beneficial bacteria of the skin and inhibit the reproduction of harmful bacteria of the skin, the pH value of the skin can be maintained, the balance of moisture and nutrients of the skin can be maintained, the sensitivity and the inflammation can be eliminated, and the barrier of the skin can be enhanced. Currently, actives for balancing the skin micro-ecology have been the focus of research in the cosmetic field.
Chinese patent CN201710604164.9 discloses a composition with the effects of maintaining and recovering skin microecology and a preparation method thereof, and is characterized by comprising the following components of stem natural juice, fresh fruit juice, specially selected sugar and isomalt, wherein the composition has the effects of resisting inflammation and promoting the generation of antibacterial peptide, and can maintain and recover the health of the skin microecology.
The Chinese invention patent CN201310469004.X discloses a composition capable of promoting skin microecological balance and a preparation method thereof, the composition takes skin prebiotics alpha-glucan oligosaccharide, fructooligosaccharide, beta-glucan, plant extract, yeast extract and natural antibacterial agent leuconostoc/radish root fermentation product filtrate as main components, the composition fundamentally regulates the skin microecological balance, maintains the skin health, and overcomes the defects that the traditional cosmetics/skin care products are not used for treating symptoms and root causes and are easy to generate side effects.
The invention provides a safe and effective plant composition fermentation raw stock for cosmetics from the aspect of skin micro-ecological balance, which conforms to the development trend of cosmetics and has wide application prospect and great market value.

Experimental data show that the nutrients in the plant composition fermentation raw pulp, the single plant fermentation raw pulp and the plant composition extracting solution can promote the growth of probiotics, pathogenic bacteria can not promote the growth of the probiotics, but the quantity of the pathogenic bacteria is gradually reduced due to the lack of food and nutrition, so that the effects of being selectively utilized by the probiotics and inhibiting the pathogenic bacteria are achieved; the plant composition fermentation raw pulp of the embodiment has better effects of promoting probiotics and inhibiting pathogenic bacteria than single plant fermentation raw pulp and plant composition extracting solution, and tests prove that other embodiments have similar effects.
Test example 3 irritation evaluation test
And evaluating the irritation of the fermentation liquor by adopting a rabbit erythrocyte hemolysis experiment. The specific operation is as follows: separately, 500. Mu.L of the sample prepared in example 1 and comparative examples 1-6 was placed in a 2mL centrifuge tube, 500. Mu.L of a 2% rabbit red blood cell (commercially available) suspension was added, gently shaken and mixed, incubated in a 37 ℃ incubator for 3 hours, centrifuged at 2000r/min for 3 minutes, the supernatant was extracted, the absorbance was measured at a wavelength of 414nm using physiological saline as a negative control and distilled water as a positive control, and the hemolysis was calculated according to the formula. The results are shown in Table 4.
TABLE 4 results of hemolysis
Figure DEST_PATH_IMAGE006A
The comparison of experimental results shows that the hemolysis ratio of the fermented protoplasm of the plant composition is much lower than that of the fermentation liquor of a single plant prepared by the proportion of 1-5, and the irritation of the fermentation liquor is obviously reduced after the composition. At the same time, the content of the plant composition is lower than that of the plant composition of the comparative example 6, which shows that the stimulating components in the plant composition are reduced after the fermentation treatment.
