Abstract

本发明适用于塑料管元件的连接***或连结***的工业,该管元件被理解为管、管道或管段。更特别地,本发明可应用于可电焊型连接件领域,能够用于温度控制***、加热、卫生热水和冷水设施以及饮用水、灌溉水、气体分配***和工业设施中。
本发明允许设计可在现场直接使用和连接的通用管段,从而提供更安全和更可靠的连接或连结、节省超过50%的劳动力、允许执行设施的预组装(即,不进行永久性焊接),可以根据设施的设计预先制造管段并且能够在不需要熟练劳动力的情况下实施最终组装。
背景技术
目前已知通过不同技术来连结塑料管元件。
这些连结中的一个是所谓的热熔插接式连结,其中管和配件通过热熔连结。管的外部和配件的内部用基质加热,所述基质的温度通过熔焊机被调节到所用塑料的熔化温度。然后从基质中移除元件并使得它们彼此联接。问题在于这种连结仅适用于20-125mm之间的特定直径范围,此外还需要调节熔焊机温度、进行熔焊机和基质的维护和修复、需要中等成本的焊接设备和在工作台上进行焊接。此外,连结仰焊段的焊缝也很复杂。
另一方面,对于介于63-250mm之间的中等直径,通常使用这样的可电焊接的连结,这种连结也是通过热熔合而完成的,而其中,熔化温度通过嵌入电焊接配件中的电阻而达到。配件的焊接连接器的端子连接到电焊单元的电缆,并且由机器产生的电流通过焦耳效应加热电阻。使用的电流是低压电流(24﹣40V)。因此,配件的内表面与管的外表面焊接在一起。当该过程结束时,确保该过程已被适当地执行的部件的熔融指示器将启动(come up)。然而,这种连结方法非常慢,特别是由于制备管所需的操作,整个焊接过程需要20到30分钟,此外还要求很高的精度和熟练的劳动力来适当地准备要连结的管段,除了设置特殊的非直的部分(例如弯头部或T形部分)的情况之外,还包括刮除锈等,这使得现场实施变得昂贵,在不经常需要所述部件的情况下,现场实施变得更加昂贵。换句话说,配件成本高,而配件的范围有限。此外,为了防止在管和配件之间发生公差差异,需要进行如上所述的全面的管准备。

因此,需要提供一种简单、成本有效且易于安装的连接装置,该连接装置允许可电焊的连接,该连接可用于塑料管元件***中所需的任何类型的连结。
发明内容
本发明涉及一种如权利要求1所述的用于塑料管元件的可电焊的连接装置。本发明的装置不能用于热熔连结。
本发明提出的装置包括:
﹣具有至少一个端部的至少一个管元件;
﹣至少一个塑料连接元件,其通过所述至少一个端部连接到所述至少一个管元件的外表面。
本发明设想的是,连接元件是塑料配件,其尤其构造为联接器或弯头、T形旁路件或任何其他连接元件,例如连杆端(stubend)、旁路件(bypass)或异径管(reducer)。
根据本发明,管元件的至少一端包括电阻丝,该电阻丝形成为缠绕在管元件自身的外表面上的可电焊的金属线圈。
电阻丝沿着平行于管元件的母线的方向缠绕在管元件的端部自身和特定距离处之间。该装置还包括至少一个夹具,该夹具外部固定或紧固到管元件上并位于电阻丝上或紧接在所述电阻丝之后。
当电流通过导电线时,通过焦耳效应产生热量的任何导电线被认为是电阻丝,所述电阻丝能够是由单个元件形成的线,例如开口铜线,或者根据合金性质产生特定电阻的材料合金。在开口铜线的情况下,它是导电元件,所述导电元件提供对电流通过的特定阻力并因此在电流通过期间产生热量,因此根据本发明,所述开口铜线在概念上被认为是电阻丝。
可以理解的是在电焊过程结束后,即,一旦完成焊接,就可以正确地进行连接。显然,连接元件和管元件可以在进行焊接之前简单地进行连结,因此两个元件都经预组装。
可以通过将电阻丝嵌入管元件的外表面中或者通过将电阻丝沉积在所述外表面上来将电阻丝布置在管元件的表面上。
本发明具有若干优点。
一方面,考虑到技术方面,本发明允许在不必进行永久组装的情况下预先组装类似于组装玩具的设施,而无需焊接。确保管和配件之间的精确调节。将加热元件结合在管中为焊接提供了更大的压力和安全性。上述操作允许焊接不同厚度的管而不会减少安装部分。此外,进行上述操作不受大气因素的限制,并且允许设置多种配件。最后,在本发明的情况下,管元件自身被加热,而不是如在现有技术的可电焊接的连结中那样加热配件。
从经济的观点来看,除了构成有效和可持续的解决方案之外,本发明实现了安装时间的减少、不需要熟练的劳动力、允许提供经济的配件范围并且具有低成本的所需设备和工具。考虑到整个装置可以离开工厂并且尺寸适于进行现场装配,而不需要进行现场切割,也不造成进行现场切割所带来的后续浪费,管的浪费被防止。
现有技术的***需要在管上进行在先处理,例如刮擦、清洁或机械加工,而本发明可以以套件的形式输送到现场,所述套件不需要针对电焊连接工艺进行任何准备操作。
为了获得该装置,夹具被制造成略小于管尺寸并且在炉中被加热,因此膨胀的夹具接合管并且当在管自身中收缩时被保持,优选地被保持在导线之后而不是在导线上,使得只有两条伸出导线穿过夹具。
根据优选实施例,夹具具有圆柱形内表面,通过该内表面,夹具连接到管元件。在任何情况下,任何执行支撑电阻丝的端部的功能并且又允许管元件止动或定位并且还促进管元件的保持、固定或抓持的元件可以用作夹具。
同样地,预期的是,与管元件的端部相距的特定距离限定的区域小于管元件自身的标称直径,其中电阻元件缠绕在所述区域中。优选地,对于63﹣160mm的管标称直径,所述距离至少为3﹣6cm,并且对于200﹣500mm的管标称直径,所述距离为6﹣15cm。优选地,所述距离是直径的25﹣50%,在任何情况下,出于安全原因,在管线末端留出0.5﹣1cm的无电阻丝区域,以为了防止在熔断时断路,并且易于制造。

可以通过将电阻丝(3)埋入管元件的表面、或者通过将电阻丝沉积在所述外表面上而将电阻丝布置在管元件的表面上。
在这个意义上,图9示出了电阻丝(3)的嵌入或沉积布置,电阻丝(3)的正向缠绕方向用实线表示,而虚线表示相同电阻丝(3)的向后或返回方向,因此,对应于在管元件(1)的端部处的连接部的整个区域被覆盖。
根据优选实施例,电阻丝(3)沿着平行于管元件(1)的母线的方向被缠绕在管元件(1)的端部和特定距离处之间。
如图1、2、3和4所示,该装置包括夹具(4),该夹具从外部固定在管元件(1)上并位于电阻丝(3)之后。夹具(4)用作电阻丝(3)的端部的支撑部,并且又允许管元件(1)的止动或定位,同样促进管元件的保持。
距管元件(1)的端部的距离限定了如下区域,在所述区域中缠绕有电阻元件(3),所述距离小于管元件(1)自身的标称直径,从而实现连接的最佳结果。
如图1、2、3和4所示,电阻丝(3)具有通过夹具(4)的两个端部并且所述两个端部从夹具(4)的两个孔(8)伸出。
夹具(4)又具有多个保持元件(5),这些保持元件用作止动件并用于保持连接元件(2)。保持元件(5)接触连接元件(2),从而相对于待由装置连接的管元件(1)正确地定位和定中所述连接元件。
根据图3至5中所示的本发明的一个实施例,夹具(4)包括至少一个腔(7)或凹陷部,优选地是多个径向分布的腔或凹陷部,如图5所示,独立的保持元件(5)可以装配到所述多个径向分布的腔和凹陷部。电阻丝(3)的两个端部穿过保持元件(5)中的一个,使得所述保持元件具有焊接连接部(11),如图1至5所示,所述焊接连接部又具有两个焊接端子。
在所述实施例中,保持元件(5)包括锚固凸缘(9),在本实施例中,锚固凸缘(9)通过夹持实施保持并且可以装配到位于连接元件(2)的至少一个端部处的环形锚固槽(10)中,根据为1型配合(诸如图1和图7中所示,连接元件被工厂焊接至管元件(1)并且仅需要在一个侧部上具有锚固槽(10))还是2型配合(诸如图3、6和8中所示,连接元件在现场通过两个侧部被放置就位,并且在两个侧部处均具有锚固槽(10))。
在图1和2所示的实施例中,保持元件(5)集成在夹具(4)自身中,从而与夹具形成单件,并且锚固凸缘(9)布置在保持元件(5)的端部处。
与必须在现场连接的侧部相对应,预期的是,连接元件(2)包括至少一个焊接指示件(12),当完成所述连接元件(2)和所述管元件(1)之间的焊接时,所述焊接指示件被激活,从而起到焊接验证元件的作用。
为了制造所述焊接指示件(12),根据连接元件(2)的尺寸和材料,钻出连接元件的厚度的可变百分比;当加热电阻丝(3)时,该区域中的压力增加,原因在于热塑性材料随温度升高而膨胀。焊接指示件(12)包括位于所述钻孔中的销或钉,所述销或钉在下方具有冠形部,如图1所示。因此,所述钻孔的尺寸被确定为使得当焊接被认为已经执行时,销或钉向上移动并从连接元件(2)的外表面伸出,使得操作者可以认为已经正确地实施了连接,即,所示销或钉是用作为焊接过程的指示件的元件。
预期的是,连接元件(2)包括内部环形突起(6),用作一个或两个管元件(1)的定位和对准止动,如图6、7和8所示。
最后,图10和11描绘了一实施例的变型,其中连接元件(2)与夹具(4)自身集成为单件,使得极短且可管理的配件可以在原位通过焊接或任何其他方式连结到标准管的任意一端。管元件(1)很短以至于它仅从对应于夹具(4)的端部伸出,管元件(1)的所述伸出端部是包括缠绕在管元件(1)自身的外表面上的电阻丝(3)的端部。管元件(1)不在相对侧部上伸出,所述相对侧部是执行连接元件(2)的功能的侧部,其用作半联接件。
从图中可以看出,电阻丝(3)沿着平行于管元件(1)的母线的方向缠绕在管元件(1)的端部自身和特定距离处之间,该装置包括夹具(4),所述夹具与连接元件自身集成为一体并且从外部固定到管元件(1)并且位于电阻丝(3)上或紧接在所述电阻丝(3)之后。
显然,根据该制造方法,管元件(1)同样可以集成为单件,例如通过塑料注射,使得该单件部件集成夹具(4)、连接元件(2)和管元件(1),从而执行夹具(4)的功能,且所述夹具缠绕有电阻丝(3),该电阻丝又在相对侧结合连接元件(2),以用于通过在焊接之后的连结连接到所述连接元件所连接的另一管元件(1)的一个端部。
在所描绘的实施例中,根据安装需要,可以考虑将螺母(13)结合在夹具(4)自身中,该螺母用于将管保持在天花板和墙壁上。
基于本说明书和附图,本领域技术人员将能够理解的是,所描述的本发明的实施例可以在本发明的目的内以多种方式组合。已经根据本发明的几个优选实施例描述了本发明,但是对于本领域技术人员来说显而易见的是,在不超出要求保护的发明的目的的情况下,可以在所述优选实施例中引入多种变型。
Claims (12)
1.一种用于塑料管元件(1)的连接装置,其包括:
﹣至少一个管元件(1),其具有至少一个端部;和
﹣至少一个塑料连接元件(2),其通过所述至少一个端部连接到所述至少一个管元件(1)的外表面,
﹣其中所述管元件(1)的所述至少一个端部包括缠绕在所述管元件(1)自身的所述外表面上的电阻丝(3),
其特征在于,所述电阻丝(3)沿着平行于所述管元件(1)的母线的方向缠绕在所述管元件(1)的所述端部自身和特定距离处之间,所述连接装置包括至少一个夹具(4),所述夹具从外部固定到所述管元件(1)并位于所述电阻丝(3)上或紧接在所述电阻丝(3)之后。
2.根据权利要求1所述的连接装置,其中,距所述管元件(1)的所述端部的所述特定距离限定了所述电阻丝(3)被缠绕的区域,所述特定距离小于所述管元件(1)自身的标称直径。
3.根据权利要求1和2中任一项所述的连接装置,其中,所述电阻丝(3)具有穿过所述夹具(4)并从所述夹具伸出的两个端部。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的连接装置,其中,所述夹具(4)具有与所述连接元件(2)接触的至少一个保持元件(5),所述保持元件用于将所述连接元件相对于待要通过所述连接装置连接的所述管元件(1)正确地定位和定中。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的连接装置,其中,所述至少一个夹具(4)包括至少一个腔(7),独立的保持元件(5)能够装配到所述腔中,其中,所述电阻丝(3)的所述两个端部穿过所述至少一个保持元件(5)。
6.根据权利要求4和5中任一项所述的连接装置,其中,所述至少一个保持元件(5)包括锚固凸缘(9),所述锚固凸缘能够装配到位于所述连接元件(2)的至少一个端部的锚固槽(10)中。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的连接装置,其中至少一个塑料连接元件(2)包括至少一个焊接指示件(12),当完成所述连接元件(2)和所述管元件(1)之间的焊接时,所述焊接指示件被激活。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的连接装置,其中,连接元件(2)是联接器。
9.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的连接装置,其中,连接元件(2)是弯头。
10.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的连接装置,其中,所述连接元件(2)包括内部环形突起(6),所述内部环形突起用作一个或两个管元件(1)的止动部。
11.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的连接装置,其中,所述连接元件(2)与所述夹具(4)一体地集成为单件,其中所述管元件(1)仅从对应于所述夹具(4)的端部伸出,所述管元件(1)的所述端部是包括缠绕在所述管元件(1)自身的外表面上的所述电阻丝(3)的端部。
12.根据权利要求11所述的连接装置,其中,集成有所述夹具(4)和所述连接元件(2)的部件包括至少一个螺母(13),以用于支撑所述管元件(1)。
