Abstract
本发明公开了一种新型磁性功能纱线,包括纱线本体;纱线本体为包芯纱结构,包括芯纤维层、内包缠层和外包纤维层;芯纤维为无加捻的直芯结构,芯纤维层由多根加载永磁纳米颗粒的竹原纤维并股而成;内包缠层由碳纤维单丝螺旋包缠在芯纤维层外形成;碳纤维单丝的直径为1‑10μm;外包纤维层由外包纤维螺旋包缠在内包缠层外形成;外包纤维层的螺旋缠绕方向与内包缠层的相反。本发明具有磁性性能,吸湿、透气、质轻、永久保存磁性及耐洗涤性能好,能够增强人体血液中离子活性,加速血液循环、改善细胞新陈代,调整人体机体功能和提高抗病能力。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织领域,特别涉及一种新型磁性功能纱线。
背景技术
随着人们消费观念的改变以及生活品质的不断提高,人们对衣物等纺织品的功能要求日趋重视,人们日益追求同一纺织品尽可能地同时具备多种实用功能,以适应和改善生活环境、工作环境及自身的健康。而纱线是各种纺织品的基本材料,纱线的结构与功能直接影响纺织品的质量和性能。现有的纱线结构简单,功能单一,无法满足一些功能性服饰的生产需求。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种新型磁性功能纱线,采用永磁纳米颗粒与竹原纤维相结构,配合包芯纱结构,制造磁性功能纱线,解决了现有的纱线结构简单,功能单一,无法满足一些功能性服饰的生产需求的问题。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:一种新型磁性功能纱线,包括纱线本体;所述纱线本体为包芯纱结构,包括芯纤维层、内包缠层和外包纤维层;所述芯纤维为无加捻的直芯结构,所述芯纤维层由多根加载永磁纳米颗粒的竹原纤维并股而成;所述内包缠层由碳纤维单丝螺旋包缠在所述芯纤维层外形成;所述碳纤维单丝的直径为1-10μm;所述外包纤维层由外包纤维螺旋包缠在所述内包缠层外形成;所述外包纤维层的螺旋缠绕方向与所述内包缠层的相反。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述内包缠层包括500-2000根碳纤维单丝。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述外包纤维为竹桨粘胶短纤。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述外包纤维为涤纶短纤。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述竹原纤维呈蜂窝网孔结构,所述永磁纳米颗粒填充在所述竹原纤维的孔内。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述永磁纳米颗粒为FePt纳米颗粒。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,在所述纱线本体表面涂覆有耐磨涂层。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,在所述纱线本体浸渍涂覆有抗静电涂层。
通过上述技术方案,本发明技术方案的有益效果是:本发明结构合理,采用具有蜂窝网孔结构的竹原纤维,并在300-400℃使其进一步炭化,增强其多孔结构,然后通过浸渍在永磁纳米颗粒的分散液中,使分散液浸润竹原纤维,将永磁纳米颗粒加载到竹原纤维上,烘干,通过纺纱机,制成直芯结构的芯纤维层,使本发明带有磁性性能,具有吸湿、透气、质轻、永久保存磁性及耐洗涤的特点,能够增强人体血液中离子活性,加速血液循环、改善细胞新陈代,调整人体机体功能和提高抗病能力;同时还具有一定的防辐射性能,并且竹原纤维还具有良好的抗菌性能和抗紫外线性能;采用纤细的碳纤维单丝螺旋包缠在芯纤维层外,能够有效提高芯纤维层的耐洗涤性能和耐久性能,强度高,同时具有远红外性能和抗菌除臭性能;而外包纤维层能够有效提高本发明的触感,改善纱线本体的表面性能。

实施例
结合图1,本发明公开了一种新型磁性功能纱线,包括纱线本体。纱线本体为包芯纱结构,包括芯纤维层1、内包缠层2和外包纤维层3。芯纤维为无加捻的直芯结构,芯纤维层1由多根加载永磁纳米颗粒的竹原纤维并股而成。具体的,竹原纤维呈蜂窝网孔结构,永磁纳米颗粒填充在竹原纤维的孔内。优选的,永磁纳米颗粒为FePt纳米颗粒。内包缠层2由碳纤维单丝螺旋包缠在芯纤维层1外形成。碳纤维单丝的直径为1-10μm。具体的,内包缠层2包括500-2000根碳纤维单丝。外包纤维层3由外包纤维螺旋包缠在内包缠层2外形成。内包缠层2和芯纤维层1可以通过涡流纺工艺纺制而成,在通过静电纺工艺纺制外包纤维层3。外包纤维层3的螺旋缠绕方向与内包缠层2的相反。
为了提高本发明的抗紫外线性能和抗菌除臭性能,外包纤维为竹桨粘胶短纤。为了提高本发明的吸湿导湿性能,外包纤维为涤纶短纤。
为了提高本发明的耐磨性能,在纱线本体表面涂覆有耐磨涂层。
为了提高本发明的抗静电性能,在纱线本体浸渍涂覆有抗静电涂层。
