Detailed Description
The technical scheme of the invention is further described in detail through the drawings and the embodiments.
Fig. 1 is an exploded view of a child safety seat according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 2 to 6, the child safety seat support of the present embodiment includes: a base 1, an ISOFIX mechanism 2 and a support leg 3. The base 1 is intended to be arranged in a vehicle seat and to be used for stably supporting a child safety seat. Both the ISOFIX mechanism 2 and said support legs 3 are arranged on the base 1, the ISOFIX mechanism 2 being retractable with respect to said base 1 to connect the anchor points. The ISOFIX mechanism 2 can be extended from the base 1 to connect with an ISOFIX anchor point of the vehicle and can be retracted to a stowed position, while the support leg 3 can be folded rotatably relative to the base 1 to switch between the stowed position and a stable support position.
In order to solve the problem of misuse of user installation, the embodiment also comprises a misuse prevention association mechanism. This mechanism is capable of associating the telescopic state of the ISOFIX mechanism 2 with the support locking state of the support leg 3 such that the telescopic state of the ISOFIX mechanism 2 can be switched between the retracted position and the stable support position only when the support leg 3 is in the retracted state, and the ISOFIX mechanism 2 can be switched between the retracted position and the overhanging connection position only when the support leg 3 is in the support locking state. Through preventing misuse associated mechanism can avoid the user just to carry out the installation of ISOFIX interface when not adjusting the supporting leg to tight use position to the top, just can carry out the connection between ISOFIX mechanism and the ISOFIX anchor point when only the user normally rotates the supporting leg to stable supporting position, and then realized the stable installation of children's safety seat supporting seat to when the circumstances such as vehicle bump or tight turn lead to the speed of a motor vehicle to change by a wide margin, can avoid the supporting seat to lean on ground because of the supporting leg and swing by a wide margin or the problem of toppling.
In order to achieve the above-mentioned function of the anti-misuse association mechanism, the mechanism may specifically comprise a first driving structure and a second driving structure arranged inside the base 1. Wherein the first drive structure is capable of releasing the telescopic restriction of the ISOFIX mechanism 2 when the support leg 3 is in a stable support position. The second drive mechanism is capable of locking the support leg 3 when the ISOFIX mechanism 2 is moved from the stowed position so that the support leg 3 is in a support locked condition in the stable support position.
Referring to fig. 1-4, the first drive mechanism includes a first lever mechanism 4. The first end 43 of the first lever means 4 acts on said ISOFIX means 2 for restraining said ISOFIX means 2 in the storage position, the second end 44 of said first lever means 4 being able to interact with said support leg 3, when reaching the stable support position, exerting a force on the second end 44 of said first lever means 4, being transferred by leverage to the first end 43 of said first lever means 4 so that it releases the telescopic restraint of said ISOFIX means 2, so that said ISOFIX means 2 can be extended outwards from the storage position. Referring to fig. 2, the driving block 31 coupled to the first end 321 of the support leg 3 near the base 1 may press the second end 44 of the first lever mechanism 4 downward when the support leg 3 is rotated to the stable supporting position, and the driving block 31 is separated from the second end 44 of the first lever mechanism 4 when the support leg 3 is rotated to a position other than the stable supporting position (refer to fig. 4).
The rotation shaft 45 of the first lever mechanism 4 may be disposed in the base 1, and the first reset mechanism 41 (for example, a tension spring as shown in fig. 4, a compression spring or a torsion spring disposed between the rotation shaft 45 and the first lever mechanism 4, etc. may be employed in other embodiments) is further disposed on the first lever mechanism 4. The first return means 41 are able to make the first end 43 of the first lever means 4 act on the ISOFIX means 2 at all times, without the second end 44 of the first lever means 4 being acted upon by the force of the support leg 3. The first lever mechanism 4 is preferably provided as two sets of lever structures symmetrical with respect to the center line in the left-right direction, and the two sets of lever structures are connected by a connecting rod 42.
The ISOFIX mechanism 2 may specifically comprise an ISOFIX joint 21 and a telescopic rod 22 connected to said ISOFIX joint 21. The end of the telescopic rod 22 remote from the ISOFIX joint 21 can be restrained in the storage position by the blocking action of the first end 43 of the first lever mechanism 4. The limiting means is not limited to the blocking of the first end 43 of the first lever mechanism 4, but may take other forms, such as magnetic attraction or clamping. ISOFIX joint 21 can be directly connected to telescoping rod 22 or indirectly connected through intermediate piece 25 in FIG. 1.
Referring to fig. 2, the end of the telescopic rod 22 remote from the ISOFIX joint 21 is provided with an upwardly opening slot 24, and the first end 43 of the first lever mechanism 4 moves in the up-down direction under the leverage. When the supporting leg 3 does not act on the first lever mechanism 4, the first reset mechanism 41 can enable the first end 43 of the first lever mechanism 4 to be clamped downwards into the clamping groove 24, so that the telescopic limit of the telescopic rod 22 is realized. When the support leg 3 acts on the first lever mechanism 4, the first end 43 of the first lever mechanism 4 is caused to leave the catching groove 24 in the upward direction by leverage to release the expansion and contraction restriction of the expansion and contraction rod 22. Furthermore, the ISOFIX mechanism 2 may further comprise a telescopic rod positioning tab 23, wherein the telescopic rod positioning tab 23 is fixed in the base 1 and is used for providing a telescopic guiding function for the telescopic rod 22.
Referring to fig. 3, the support leg 3 includes a leg structure 32 and a driving member 31. The driving member 31 is connected to a first end 321 of the leg structure 32 on the side where the base 1 is mounted. A foot 33 may be provided at the other end of the leg structure 32. The driving member 31 is capable of applying a force to the second end 44 of the first lever mechanism 4 when the leg structure 32 reaches a stable supporting position. The outer contour of the driving member 31 may cooperate with the second end 44 of the first lever mechanism 4 and be capable of co-rotation with the leg structure 32. And the second driving structure can lock the driving member 31 when the ISOFIX mechanism 2 is moved from the storage position when the driving member 31 is in a state of applying force to the second end 44 of the first lever mechanism 4. The support leg 3 is switchable between a collapsed condition and a support locking condition, and when in the support locking condition, the internal angle between the support leg 3 and the base 1 is preferably 75 degrees, so as to meet relevant safety standards.
Referring to fig. 4, the second driving mechanism specifically includes a second lever mechanism 5 and a second return mechanism 51 provided on the second lever mechanism 5. A rotation shaft 54 of the second lever mechanism 5 may be provided in the base 1, and the second lever mechanism 5 may be rotatable about the rotation shaft 54. The first end 53 of the second lever mechanism 5 is capable of acting on the support leg 3, enabling the support leg 3 to be in a support locked state in a stable support position. The second end 52 of the second lever means 5 abuts said ISOFIX means 2 in the stowed position and is capable of being out of contact with said ISOFIX means 2 when said ISOFIX means 2 is out of the stowed position. Is transferred to the first end 53 of the second lever mechanism 5 by leverage under the force of the second return mechanism 51 so that the first end 53 of the second lever mechanism 5 locks the support leg 3.
The driving member 31 on the support leg 3 can apply a force to the first driving mechanism when the leg structure 32 reaches the stable support position to release the expansion restriction of the ISOFIX mechanism 2 by the first driving mechanism. At this point, when the user pulls the telescopic rod 22 of the ISOFIX mechanism 2 outwards, moving it away from the storage position, the first end 53 of the second lever mechanism 5 can lock the driving member 31. Referring to fig. 2, a blocking groove or other blocking structure may be provided on the driving member 31, and the first end 53 of the second lever mechanism 5 may be inserted into the blocking structure or groove on the driving member 31 to achieve a locking effect, and the driving member is locked, i.e. the support leg 3 cannot be rotated, so as to avoid that the support leg is out of a stable support position when the ISOFIX is connected in a non-detached state, thereby causing a safety risk.
When the end of the telescopic rod 22 far away from the ISOFIX joint 21 is in the storage position, the end can abut against the second end 52 of the second lever mechanism 5 in the storage position, under the abutting action, the second lever mechanism 5 can overcome the force application action of the second reset mechanism 51 to maintain the unlocked state of the supporting leg 3, and at the moment, the supporting leg can be normally rotated to realize the disassembly of the supporting seat.
The first end 53 of the second lever mechanism 5 can lock the driving member 31 when the telescopic rod 22 is out of the storage position, so as to ensure that the support leg does not deviate from the stable supporting position.
Referring to fig. 3 and 6, a rotation control lever 36 and a stop 6 may be provided between the driver 31 and the first end 321 of the leg structure 32. Both ends of the rotation control lever 36 are connected to the driving member 31 and the first end 321 of the leg structure 32, respectively, and the stopper 6 supports a part of the rotation control lever 36 and the driving member 31. By rotating the lever 36, a relatively fixed relationship between the driver 31 and the leg structure 32 is maintained, and the driver 31 is rotatable with the leg structure 32, while restricting rotation of the driver 31 also restricts rotation of the leg structure 32. The outer contour of the stopper 6 may be designed according to the outer contour of the driving member 31 and the rotation control lever 36 to maintain the connection and supporting relationship between the base 1 and the support leg 3.
Referring to fig. 5, a folding groove 11 may be formed on the lower surface of the base 1, and the support leg 3 may be rotatably inserted into the folding groove 11 of the base 1, so as to reduce the occupied space after folding, and make the bottom profile flatter, so as to facilitate placement. And the second end 322 of the supporting leg 3 for supporting the ground can be correspondingly provided with a folding locking mechanism, by means of which the locking and unlocking can be carried out in the folded position of the supporting leg 3. Fig. 5 shows a specific structural form of a folding locking mechanism, which comprises a concave part 34 mounted at the second end 322 of the supporting leg 3, wherein the concave part 34 can be engaged with a protruding structure 12 corresponding to the second end 322 of the supporting leg 3 on the folding groove 11, and a third reset mechanism 37 is further arranged between the concave part 34 and the supporting leg 3. The third restoring mechanism 37 can push the concave part 34 outwards, so that the concave part 34 and the protruding structure 12 maintain a clamping state, and the supporting leg 3 is prevented from falling naturally. When a user wishes to remove the leg structure 32 from the receiving slot 11, the force of the third return mechanism 37 can be overcome by operating the unlocking switch 35 on the foot 33 to disengage the female member 34 from the snap-in position of the protruding structure 12. In other embodiments, the support leg 3 may also rotate directly to the lower surface of the base 1 and be in a form of downward protrusion, and other forms of folding locking mechanism may also be used to avoid the support leg 3 from falling naturally.
The specific use and principles of preventing misuse will now be described in detail with reference to the embodiments of the child safety seat support shown in fig. 1-6.
The child safety seat support of the present invention is shown in a state in fig. 4 and 5 before a user is ready to mount the child safety seat support to a seat of a vehicle. At this time, the leg structure 32 of the supporting leg 3 is folded in the folding groove 11 on the lower surface of the base 1, and is maintained to drop off unnaturally by the folding locking mechanism, while the ISOFIX mechanism 2 is also at the storage position, the driving block 31 does not act on the second end 44 of the first lever mechanism 4, so that the first end 43 of the first lever mechanism 4 is blocked at the end of the telescopic rod 22 of the ISOFIX mechanism 2 under the action of the first reset mechanism 41, so that it cannot be pulled out.
When the user is ready to install the support base, the user can only operate the support leg 3 first, so that the support leg 3 rotates downwards relative to the base 1 from the retracted position, and the ISOFIX mechanism 2 is in a limited state and cannot be pulled out. Only when the support leg 3 reaches the stable support position, the drive block 31 can exert a force on the second end 44 of the first lever mechanism 4 to overcome the action of the first return mechanism 41, leverage the first end 43 of the first lever mechanism 4 out of the blocking position for the end of the telescopic rod 22.
At this point, the user can pull out the telescoping rod 22 to connect the ISOFIX fitting 21 to the ISOFIX anchor point on the vehicle, as shown in fig. 2. When the telescopic rod 22 is pulled out, the end part of the telescopic rod 22 is also simultaneously separated from the blocking limiting position of the second end 52 of the second lever mechanism 5, so that the first end 53 of the second lever mechanism 5 is inserted into the groove on the driving block 31 under the action of the second reset mechanism 51, the movement of the driving block 31 is limited, and the stable supporting state of the supporting leg 31 is locked. In other words, as long as the telescopic link 22 is moved away from the storage position, the support leg 31 is locked in the stable support position regardless of how long it is extended outward, so as to avoid that the user does not notice whether the support leg 31 is properly installed.
When the user wishes to detach the child safety seat support from the vehicle seat, he needs to first release the connection between the ISOFIX joint 21 and the ISOFIX anchor point and retract the telescopic rod 22 inwardly to the storage position, and only when the telescopic rod reaches the storage position, the end of the telescopic rod 22 can act on the second end 52 of the second lever mechanism 5, so that the second lever mechanism 5 overcomes the action of the second reset mechanism 51, and the first end 51 can be pulled out of the groove of the driving block 31 through leverage, thereby releasing the restriction on the driving block 31. The user can then perform a swivel recovery of the support leg 3. In other words, the support leg 3 is allowed to leave the stable support position only by retracting the telescopic rod 22 to the storage position.
By means of the structure implementation of the supporting seat for the child safety seat, it can be understood that a user must follow a specific sequence under the limitation of the structure, the sequence eliminates the possibility that the supporting legs are in an unstable supporting state in the installed state of the supporting seat, eliminates the possibility that the user erroneously installs the supporting legs in an un-tightly pressed state due to inexperienced or careless conditions, further ensures that the supporting legs always press against the ground in the vehicle in the installed state of the supporting seat, and can effectively avoid the supporting seat from greatly swinging or overturning by pressing against the ground in the vehicle even if the vehicle is greatly changed due to collision, sharp turning and the like, thereby protecting the child of the child safety seat from serious injury or frightening.
Finally, it should be noted that the above-mentioned embodiments are only for illustrating the technical scheme of the present invention and are not limiting; while the invention has been described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, those skilled in the art will appreciate that: modifications may be made to the specific embodiments of the present invention or equivalents may be substituted for part of the technical features thereof; without departing from the spirit of the invention, it is intended to cover the scope of the invention as claimed.
