Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of textiles, in particular to a crease-resistant antibacterial fabric and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The bamboo fiber fabric is a fabric formed by weaving bamboo fibers which are prepared from bamboo serving as a raw material through a special process, is soft and warm, has good air permeability and water absorption, and has natural antibacterial, bacteriostatic, mite-removing and deodorizing functions. However, the bamboo fiber fabric still has certain problems including: after long-term use, the antibacterial performance of the antibacterial agent is gradually reduced, and the long-term use effect is poor; is not easy to be rubbed and wrung strongly, and is easy to have wrinkles, fiber fracture and deformation, etc.
Chinese patent CN103498273A discloses a bamboo fiber and polyester blended fabric, which is formed by blending and weaving 5-30% of bamboo fiber and 70-95% of polyester fiber, and then is finished after antibiosis, wherein the antibiosis finishing agent comprises the following components: sodium dodecyl sulfate, 2,4,4 '-trichloro-2' -hydroxydiphenyl ether, N-oleoyl-N-methyltaurate and polyhexamethylene biguanidine hydrochloride. In order to realize the antibacterial effect of the fabric, the polyester fiber and the bamboo fiber are blended, and the antibacterial performance of the fabric is further improved in an after-finishing mode, but the fabric prepared by the patent has poor antibacterial performance and short antibacterial aging.
Chinese patent CN106435944A discloses a novel antibacterial fabric and a preparation method thereof, the novel antibacterial fabric comprises: 10-25 parts of pearl fiber, 11-27 parts of wool fiber, 10-30 parts of corn protein fiber, 8-17 parts of modal fiber, 12-35 parts of coconut carbon fiber, 8-21 parts of tea fiber and 10-19 parts of antibacterial finishing agent, wherein the antibacterial finishing agent comprises titanium dioxide nanoparticles, magnesium oxide nanoparticles, nano silver, zeolite, o-hydroxybenzoate and N, N-diethylphenylacetamide. The patent utilizes the interaction between each fiber and metal or nonmetal nano particles, zeolite and high molecular or small molecular organic compounds in the antibacterial agent to improve the antibacterial property of the fabric, but the fabric prepared by the patent is easy to wrinkle, and the wearing beauty is affected.

step iii, placing the primary modified bamboo fiber obtained in the step ii into a cationic surfactant solution with the concentration of 2-8 wt%, treating for 3-10 hours, and cleaning and drying to obtain modified bamboo fiber; the preparation method of the anti-wrinkle antibacterial fabric comprises the following steps:
step I, weighing cotton fibers and Shengma fibers according to the weight ratio, and preparing wefts of the base layer through blowing, opening, drawing, roving and spun yarn; weighing cotton fibers according to the weight ratio, making warp yarns of the base layer by blowing, opening, drawing, roving and spun yarn, and weaving by adopting warps and wefts to obtain the base layer;
step II, weighing the raw materials for preparing the antibacterial layer according to the weight parts, and blending the modified bamboo fibers and the soybean fibers according to the weight parts to obtain the antibacterial layer;
step III, bonding the base layer obtained in the step I and the antibacterial layer obtained in the step II through an adhesive, rolling through a heating roller, and drying to obtain a forming fabric;
step IV, placing the molding fabric obtained in the step III into a treatment solution, soaking for 15-40 minutes, washing with water, and drying to obtain the molding fabric with the gram weight of 100g/m2~220g/m2The anti-wrinkle and anti-bacterial fabric;
in the step i, the concentration of the plant ash solution is 8-16 wt%;
in step iii, the cationic surfactant is dodecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride and tetraethyl ammonium chloride in a weight ratio of 1: 1-2 mixing;
in the step IV, the raw materials for preparing the treating fluid comprise the following components in parts by weight: 0.8 to 2.2 portions of dodecyl glucoside, 0.2 to 1.2 portions of N-oleoyl-N-methyl sodium taurate and 100 portions of water.
2. The anti-wrinkle bacteriostatic fabric according to claim 1, wherein the bacteriostatic layer is formed by blending and weaving 50 parts of modified bamboo fibers and 25 parts of soybean fibers.
3. The anti-wrinkle bacteriostatic fabric according to claim 1, wherein the weight ratio of the cotton fibers to the Shengma fibers in the weft is 10: 4.
4. The anti-wrinkle bacteriostatic fabric according to claim 1, wherein in step III, the adhesive is polyurethane.
