A multi-card mobile terminal, a service processing method thereof and a computer readable storage medium are provided. The method comprises the following steps: when detecting that the network side does not initiate the service of the first subscriber identity module card through the service network, triggering the first subscriber identity module card to register on the wireless network again, and registering on the service network again based on a data path between the second subscriber identity module card and the service network to process the subsequent service. By applying the scheme, the problem that the called service cannot be carried out on the IMS PDN corresponding to the main card by the auxiliary card can be avoided.

Background
At present, in a dual-card dual-pass mobile terminal supporting Voice over Long Term Evolution (VoLTE) service, a subscriber identity card (secondary card for short) that is not registered on an IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) network may be registered on the IMS network based on a data path corresponding to the subscriber identity card (primary card) registered on the IMS network, that is, an IMS PDN, and subsequent secondary cards may perform services such as a calling and called phone call based on the IMS PDN corresponding to the primary card and in a VoLTE manner.
However, after the secondary card is registered on the IMS network based on the IMS PDN corresponding to the primary card, the secondary card may not perform the called service on the IMS PDN corresponding to the primary card, which finally results in that the mobile terminal cannot implement the VoLTE bi-pass function.
Disclosure of Invention
The problem to be solved by the invention is how to avoid the problem that the called service can not be carried out on the IMS PDN corresponding to the main card by the auxiliary card, which causes the problem that the called service can not be carried out on the IMS PDN.

Detailed Description
Taking a dual-card bi-pass mobile terminal supporting VoLTE service as an example, in practical application, after the secondary card is registered on the IMS network based on the IMS PDN corresponding to the primary card, if the secondary card is not synchronized with the network within a certain time, the secondary card may be out of synchronization with the network side due to some reasons, for example, the network side may delete registration information of the secondary card on the LTE or IMS network. At this time, the network side cannot page the secondary card in the IMS network, so that the secondary card cannot perform a called service on the IMS PDN corresponding to the primary card, and finally the mobile terminal cannot implement the VoLTE dual-call function.
In view of the above problems, an embodiment of the present invention provides a service processing method for a multi-card mobile terminal, where when it is detected that a network side does not initiate a service of a first subscriber identity module through a service network, the first subscriber identity module is triggered to register on a wireless network again, and the first subscriber identity module is registered on the service network again based on a data path between a second subscriber identity module and the service network, so that the first subscriber identity module and the network side are resynchronized, and then the first subscriber identity module can process a subsequent service based on the data path between the second subscriber identity module and the service network, thereby avoiding influence on a multi-pass service of the multi-card mobile terminal.

Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a multi-card mobile terminal service processing method. Wherein, the multi-card mobile terminal includes: a first subscriber identity card and a second subscriber identity card. The second subscriber identity module is a subscriber identity module registered on the service network based on a data path between the second subscriber identity module and the service network, and the first subscriber identity module is a subscriber identity module registered on the service network based on a data path between the second subscriber identity module and the service network.

In a specific implementation, a plurality of methods may be employed to detect whether the network side initiates the service of the first subscriber identity card through the service network, for example, after the IMS network is registered, the called phone of the first subscriber identity card is not initiated through the IMS network, and is initiated through the CS domain phone, so that the multi-card mobile terminal may detect that the network side does not initiate the service of the first subscriber identity card through the service network.

At the moment, the first subscriber identity module card is triggered to register on the wireless network again, and the registration information on the wireless network is recovered on the wireless network side. Taking a dual-card mobile terminal as an example, after the mobile terminal is started, the second subscriber identity card is registered on the LTE network, and the IMS PDN between the second subscriber identity card and the IMS network is activated. Then, the first user identification card and the second user identification card are registered on the IMS network based on the IMS PDN between the second user identification card and the IMS network, and further the subsequent telephone service of the first user identification is carried out through the IMS PDN between the second user identification card and the IMS network.
When detecting that the network side does not initiate the service of the first subscriber identity card in the IMS network, judging that the registration information of the first subscriber identity card on the LTE network or the IMS network is cleared. At the moment, the first user identification card is triggered to register on the LTE network again, and the registration information of the first user identification card on the LTE network and the IMS network is recovered based on the IMS PDN between the second user identification card and the IMS network again, so that the dual-call service can be continuously carried out subsequently.
It can be understood that the service processing method in the above embodiment of the present invention is not limited to be applied to a dual-card mobile terminal, and may also be applied to a user terminal supporting three or more subscriber identity cards. When the service processing method is applied to a user terminal that supports three or more subscriber identity cards, the first subscriber identity card may be any one of the subscriber identity cards that process a service based on a data path between the second subscriber identity card and a service network.
According to the above, when it is detected that the network side does not initiate the service of the first subscriber identity module through the service network, the first subscriber identity module is triggered to register on the wireless network again, and register on the service network again based on the data path between the second subscriber identity module and the service network, so that the first subscriber identity module can process the subsequent service based on the data path between the second subscriber identity module and the service network, and the multi-pass service of the multi-card mobile terminal is prevented from being affected.

The multi-card mobile terminal 20 may further include:
a detecting unit 21, adapted to detect whether a network side initiates a service of a first subscriber identity card through the service network;
and the service processing unit 22 is adapted to, when it is detected that the network side does not initiate the service of the first subscriber identity card through the service network, trigger the first subscriber identity card to re-register on the wireless network, and re-register on the service network based on a data path between the second subscriber identity card and the service network, so as to process a subsequent service.
