Therefore, the automatic testing device of the communication network controller is designed for testing the functions of the communication network controller interface. The automatic testing device of the communication network controller mainly comprises a testing control module, a parameter configuration module, a signal acquisition card, an analog voice circuit exchange card, a data transmission radio station analog module and a voice terminal analog module. The test control module, the parameter configuration module, the signal acquisition card, the data transmission radio station simulation module and the voice terminal simulation module are arranged in an industrial control computer and are uniformly controlled by the test control module arranged in the industrial control computer. As shown in fig. 1, the automatic testing device of the communication network controller uses a PXI industrial personal computer as a framework and mainly comprises six parts, namely a test control module, a parameter configuration module, a signal acquisition card, an analog voice circuit switch card, a data transmission radio station analog module, a voice terminal analog module and the like. A design schematic diagram of a receiving switch signal module in a signal acquisition card is shown in fig. 2, and a receiving end adopts optical coupling isolation and is used for receiving a detection audio frequency control switch signal; the switching signal output module is designed according to a schematic diagram shown in fig. 3, and the output end of the switching signal output module is isolated by an optical coupler and used for outputting a voice receiving effective indication signal; the 24V input voltage detection module of the voice terminal is designed according to a schematic diagram shown in fig. 4, and adopts a multi-way switch and an ADC to respectively collect 16 voice terminal 24V input voltage signals, and a test control module detects the 24V input voltage signals.
The analog voice circuit switch card completes 17-path analog voice circuit interface link intercommunication functions through the configuration information of the test control module. The design core schematic diagram is shown IN fig. 5, IN which the switch is an optical isolation switch, AI is abbreviated as AUDIO-IN, and AO is abbreviated as AUDIO-OUT. The working principle of the automatic testing device of the communication network controller is that,

The test control module configures routing information of the data transmission radio station of the communication network controller through the parameter configuration module, so that a data routing channel is established between the communication network controller and the data transmission radio station simulation module. And the test control module sends test data to the communication network controller, and the communication network controller forwards the data to the corresponding data transmission radio interface according to the routing information. After receiving data from the corresponding data transmission radio station interface, the data transmission radio station data simulation module sends a response frame to answer the communication network controller, then sends back the received data in the original way, and the test control module analyzes the received returned data and gives a test result. And meanwhile, extracting the identification of the data transmission radio station, comparing the identification with the configured identification of the data transmission radio station, and if the comparison is consistent, indicating that the identification signal is correct. Otherwise, the identification signal is abnormal.
The voice terminal simulation module generates a channel occupation signal through a signal acquisition card. The test control module sends configuration information to the communication network controller through the Ethernet, and the communication network controller configures the direction number of the analog voice terminal A according to the configuration information, so that the A corresponds to the channel X of the analog data radio station. The analog voice terminal A sends a voice packet transmission direction application signaling to the communication network controller, and if the analog voice terminal A receives an application direction response signaling, the analog voice terminal A starts signaling monitoring. The signal acquisition card generates a channel occupation signal, and if the analog voice terminal A receives a channel occupation signaling from the communication network controller, the signal acquisition card prompts that the channel occupation signal is tested normally.
The test control module realizes data loop of all voice interfaces through the analog voice circuit switch card. The test control module sends configuration information to the communication network controller through the Ethernet, and the communication network controller configures two different direction numbers according to the configuration information, so that the voice terminals A, B correspond to the channels M, N respectively. The test control module is provided with an analog voice circuit switch card which is communicated with M, N channels. The voice terminal A, B sends the application direction signaling respectively, if receiving the application direction response, the voice terminal a sends the voice data packet from the M channel, and the voice terminal B monitors the voice packet received by the N channel, and the monitoring is successful. And the voice terminal B sends a voice data packet from the N channel, and the voice terminal A monitors the voice packet received by the M channel successfully. The signal transmit-receive amplitude ratio (Vpp) of M, N channels is calculated to give test results.
The test software of the automatic test device provides three working modes: 1) self-checking mode: and completing system self-inspection.
