Abstract

本发明公开了一种工业工程专业教学用ERP模块,该ERP模块包括:基础建模模块、计划管理模块、库存管理模块。该ERP模块可用于制定产品的生产作业计划并根据所述生产作业计划确定所需的物料及制定相应的物料配送计划,并配送至生产模块。通过采用本发明公开的ERP模块,扩大了实验的范围,降低实验***的开发费用。

本发明涉及一种教学实验***,具体是指一种工业工程专业教学用ERP模块。
背景技术
培养对复杂制造***能够进行规划、设计、评价和创新的专门人才,是工业工程专业的基本目标,特别是在大学本科专业的培养要求方面,如何保障培养质量,达到培养目标要求,对于实践性很强的工业工程专业来讲,实验教学***是关键环节。
现有技术中的本科工业工程专业教学综合实验***,很难支撑工业工程专业课程所要求的所有的专业课实验活动的开展。
发明内容
一种工业工程专业教学用ERP模块,包括:基础建模模块、计划管理模块、库存管理模块;
基础建模模块包括:产品建模模块,用于建立生产各个产品所需物料的配置列表;工艺建模模块,用于建立对各个产品所需物料进行加工及装配的工艺列表;资源建模模块,用于建立使用加工及装配工艺时所需资源的列表;其中,包括硬件资源与虚拟仿真资源;
计划管理模块包括:主生产计划模块,用于确定待生产的产品;物料需求计算模块,用于计算生产的该产品所需物料;采购计划模块,用于根据生产的该产品所需物料制定物料采购计划;生产作业计划模块,用于制定并下发该产品的生产计划;物料配送计划模块,用于根据该产品的生产计划计算所需物料并制定配送计划;
库存管理模块包括:入库管理模块,用于对所述采购计划模块采购的物料进行入库管理;出库管理模块,用于根据所述物料配送计划模块制定配送计划进行相应物料出库及配送;物料库存分析模块,用于对库存的物料进行分析。
由上述本发明提供的技术方案可以看出,发明的目的是提供一种工业工程专业教学用ERP模块,扩大了实验的范围, 降低实验***的开发费用。

下面对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明的保护范围。
将ERP模块分为三个部分来介绍:
1)基础建模模块,用于配置生产各个产品所需物料、加工和装配工艺及加工和装配时所需的资源。其主要分为三个部分:产品建模模块、工艺建模模块与资源建模模块。产品建模模块,用于建立生产各个产品所需物料的配置列表,例如,生产产品A需要部件a、部件b与部件c,同时,部件c由部件d与部件e制作而成等。工艺建模模块,用于建立对各个产品所需物料进行加工及装配的工艺列表,例如,建立生产产品A所需部件a、部件b与部件c的加工工艺列表,并建立将部件a、部件b与部件c进行装配的工艺列表等;另外,还可以在工艺列表中设置工艺特征信息、工序卡片、作业指导书、标准工时、工艺质量规范等工艺信息。资源建模模块,用于建立使用加工及装配工艺时所需资源的列表,包括硬件资源与虚拟仿真资源;此处的硬件资源主要表示实际存在的资源,例如,加工机床、装配线等;虚拟仿真资源主要包括仿真模型、视频等;其作用在于当生产某一产品对应的工艺无法通过硬件资源实现时,则***会调出相应的视频或者仿真模型,可以通过视频或仿真模型了解相应的加工过程,并且***可以通过质量和工时分布函数,计算出该工序加工结束的时间和加工的最后质量,这些数据跟实际动手操作的工序得到的数据一样,以便后续进行质量数据分析及生产性能分析。
2)计划管理模块,用于根据生产某一产生所需物料制定配送计划。其主要包括:主生产计划模块、物料需求计算模块、采购计划模块、生产作业计划模块与物料配送计划模块。主生产计划模块,用于确定待生产的产品,即根据生产需求形成主生产计划。物料需求计算模块,用于计算生产的该产品所需物料,例如,结合产品建模模块中各个产品所需物料的配置列表计算生产该产品所需物料的种类及数量。采购计划模块,用于根据生产的该产品所需物料制定物料采购计划,也可根据物料需求计算模块的结算结果结合库存量来制定采购计划。生产作业计划模块,用于制定并下发该产品的生产计划。物料配送计划模块,用于根据该产品的生产计划计算所需物料并制定配送计划。
3)库存管理模块,用于根据计划管理模块下发的采购或配送计划进行物料入库或相应物料出库及配送。主要包括:入库管理模块、出库管理模块与物料库存分析模块。入库管理模块,用于对所述采购计划模块采购的物料进行入库管理;出库管理模块,用于根据所述物料配送计划模块制定配送计划进行相应物料出库及配送;物料库存分析模块,用于对库存的物料进行分析。

1.一种工业工程专业教学用ERP模块,其特征在于,该模块包括:基础建模模块、计划管理模块、库存管理模块。
2.根据权利要求1所述的工业工程专业教学用ERP模块,其特征在于,所述基础建模模块包括:产品建模模块,用于建立生产各个产品所需物料的配置列表;工艺建模模块,用于建立对各个产品所需物料进行加工及装配的工艺列表;资源建模模块,用于建立使用加工及装配工艺时所需资源的列表;其中,包括硬件资源与虚拟仿真资源。
3.根据权利要求1所述的工业工程专业教学用ERP模块,其特征在于,所述计划管理模块包括:主生产计划模块,用于确定待生产的产品;物料需求计算模块,用于计算生产的该产品所需物料;采购计划模块,用于根据生产的该产品所需物料制定物料采购计划;生产作业计划模块,用于制定并下发该产品的生产计划;物料配送计划模块,用于根据该产品的生产计划计算所需物料并制定配送计划。
