本发明涉及实验***,尤其涉及一种工业工程专业仿真实验***。
背景技术
IE(Industrial Engineering,工业工程)是工程技术与管理科学相结合的交叉学科。国际上,工业工程的主要研究对象是生产***和服务***。在我国IE还处在发展初级阶段,主要研究工业***的效率,它利用自然科学和其它技术对研究对象进行观察、实验、分析、设计。工业工程的许多重要技术和理论方法都来源于生产实际,IE工程师必然具有很强的实践和工程分析与设计能力。因此,IE具有很强的实践性和应用性,实践教学是其教学过程中不可缺少的一环,是培养学生实践和综合运用所学知识解决实际问题能力,保证人才培养质量的必要手段。
1993年我国第一批IE专业在若干所高校设立以来,已经发展了20年,从专业规模、教学体系等方面取得了长足的进步。但IE专业的实验设施和实验条件都很薄弱,并且由于IE与生产实际的关联度高且涉及面广,在有限资金的条件下,难以将IE面临的各种***及其运行状态在实验室中真实地展现出来,学生无法在实验过程中真正体会到真实的企业生产环境,导致整体实验效果差。因此,如何根据自己的专业特色,在现有资源条件下构建能够充分模拟企业生产实际环境,能够全面覆盖,并有机集成工业工程学科知识的实验体系,显得尤为重要。
目前国内大学工业工程的实验***主要存在以下缺陷:
1)涉及面窄:由于硬件***的限制,因此用于实验的对象一般比较简单,无法完全体现企业实际生产过程;
2)成本高:由于需要模拟企业的硬件环境,需要购买各类硬件设备,如果需要更多的体现企业生产实际,就必须购买更多的硬件设备,导致实验平台的成本提高;
3)可扩展性不强:硬件一旦购买,就不容更换,因此,实验的内容就相对来说比较固定,不具有很好的扩展性;
4)实验不综合:各个实验相对独立,只注重单项知识和技术的实验,忽视工业工程各门课程紧密联系的特点,且实验不全面,学生缺乏对整个专业知识和技术的全面认识和融会贯通。
现有技术中的本科工业工程专业仿真实验***,很难支撑工业工程专业课程所要求的所有的专业课实验活动的开展。
发明内容
一种工业工程专业仿真实验***,该***包括:企业资源计划ERP模块、生产模块、成品库模块、环境调节模块;
ERP模块,用于制定产品的生产作业计划及根据所述生产作业计划确定所需的物料及制定相应的物料配送计划,并配送至生产模块;
生产模块,包括:加工模块,用于通过加工机床对物料进行加工;装配模块,用于对加工后的物料进行装配;
成品库模块,包括PLC控制***;
环境调节模块,包括光照***及调节装置、噪声发生及调节装置。
由上述本发明提供的技术方案可以看出,本发明所述的工业工程专业仿真实验***,由于包括企业资源计划ERP模块、生产模块、成品库模块、环境调节模块,可以支撑工业工程专业课程所要求的所有的专业课实验活动的开展。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明:
实验***模块构成及其功能要求:
1、ERP模块:
主要包括:
1.8米高多层立体库:仓库面积约10平方米;
仓库管理软件:可附属于整个生产***管理软件的ERP的一部分。
功能要求:主要支持物流工程课程和生产计划与控制课程的相关实验的进行。
2、生产模块:
主要包括:
加工设备:车床2台、磨床1台、钻床1台;
测量器具:硬度计3台,千分尺5把,0.01游标卡尺10把;
加工流水线及流水线速度检测装置1套;
高性能视频数据采集与分析设备1套。
功能要求:
支持基础工业工程课程实验,包括工艺程序分析、人机操作分析、双手操作分析、动作研究、工时评价、秒表测时、模特排时法、工作抽样设计与实验(设计性实验)等;
支持生产计划与控制课程实验,包括产品结构BOM设计、物料编码、用友ERP-U8软件操作、基础信息的设置及录入、物料清单和工艺路线设置、库存及销售和采购管理、主生产计划与粗能力计划、物料需求计划、能力需求计划、生产订单与工序计划等;
支持质量管理与可靠性课程实验,包括产品质量检验抽样方案设计、质量数据测定和质量数据处理、先进质量工程方法实验(设计性实验)等;
支持人因工程实验,包括环境照明与生产效率关系测定、环境噪声测定、简单反应时间测定、劳动强度测量、工作时间与工作效率的测定(设计性实验)、视觉显示器编码设计与实验等;
支持管理信息***课程相关实验;
支持物流工程课程相关实验。
3、成品库(自动化立体库)模块:
主要包括:
面积:10平方米;货架:长3米×宽0.5米×高2米;
PLC控制***、仓库管理软件等。
功能要求:
支持物流课程基础设施规划与设计、分析与评价和优化与创新方面的实验;
支持人因工程课程相关实验;
支持生产计划与控制课程相关实验。
4、环境调节模块:
主要包括:光照***及调节装置、噪声发生及调节装置等。支持基础工业工程课程实验。
