Example one
Fig. 1 to fig. 3 are schematic structural views of a self-cleaning toilet according to an embodiment of the present invention. The toilet comprises a toilet body 1 and a self-cleaning system 2. The self-cleaning system 2 comprises a cleaning device 21, the cleaning device 21 is movably arranged in the toilet body 1, and the cleaning device 21 is used for moving to the area 3 to be cleaned of the toilet body 1 to clean the area 3 to be cleaned.
Wherein the area 3 to be cleaned is generally an area of a toilet floor inside the toilet body 1.
In this embodiment, the toilet body 1 may be a brick wall, a concrete wall, or an assembled partition structure. In order to facilitate and improve the efficiency of the on-site construction, the toilet body 1 preferably has a fabricated partition structure. Specifically, the toilet body 1 comprises two side plates 11 and a back plate 12, wherein one sides of the two side plates 11 are respectively spliced with two sides of the back plate 12 and enclose an inner space of the toilet. The toilet body 1 is disposed on the floor of the toilet, that is, both the side plates 11 and the back plate 12 are disposed on the floor of the toilet, and the area enclosed by the side plates 11 and the back plate 12 on the floor of the toilet is the area 3 to be cleaned, so that the cleaning device 21 cleans the area 3 to be cleaned, that is, the floor of the toilet. Usually, the floor is applied to the floor of a toilet, the area 3 to be cleaned is located on the floor and the cleaning device 21 is used for cleaning the floor.
In this embodiment, the toilet further includes a toilet 9, and the toilet 9 is provided in the toilet main body 1. When a user uses a toilet, urine may be splashed onto the toilet floor around the toilet from the toilet, so that peculiar smell is easily generated and bacteria are easily bred in the toilet, and therefore, in order to ensure the environmental sanitation in the toilet, the toilet floor needs to be timely cleaned by the cleaning device 21. The area 3 to be cleaned is generally a floor of a toilet to be cleaned, especially a floor with residual urine. The area to be cleaned 3 is therefore usually located in the area of the toilet floor where the toilet bowl 9 is located, or below the toilet bowl 9.
In particular, the bowl 9 may be a squatting pan or a toilet bowl. When the toilet 9 is a squatting pan, the toilet 9 can be embedded on the floor of the toilet, i.e. the toilet 9 is located in the area 3 to be cleaned. When the bowl 9 is a toilet bowl, the bowl 9 is arranged above the area 3 to be cleaned. Furthermore, since the cleaning device 21 is usually adhered to the floor of the toilet or a floor close to the floor of the toilet when the cleaning area 3 is cleaned, so as to facilitate cleaning, when the toilet 9 is a toilet bowl, the bottom of the toilet bowl 9 should be arranged higher than the top of the cleaning device 21, that is, the toilet bowl 9 has a certain distance with respect to the floor or floor of the toilet, so that the cleaning device 21 can pass through the distance between the toilet bowl 9 and the floor of the toilet, thereby cleaning the area around the toilet bowl 9.
Further, in order to facilitate cleaning of the floor of the toilet, the self-cleaning system further comprises an integrated floor (not shown) provided on the area 3 to be cleaned, which integrated floor may be the floor of the toilet, i.e. the upper surface of the integrated floor is the floor of the toilet, so that, when provided, the cleaning device 21 cleans the upper surface of the integrated floor. Specifically, when the toilet 9 is a squatting pan, the toilet 9 is embedded on the integrated floor; when the toilet 9 is a toilet bowl, the toilet 9 is located above the integrated floor. Therefore, the integrated floor is easy to have the problem of bacteria breeding caused by the splashed urine left on the integrated floor.
In order to avoid the problem of bacteria breeding in the toilet, the upper surface of the integrated floor can be coated with a photocatalyst material to sterilize the toilet. Under the effect of illumination, the photocatalyst material can produce strong catalytic degradation function to degrade harmful and toxic gas in the air effectively and kill bacteria in the air, play the effect of disinfecting effectively, be favorable to guaranteeing the sanitation of the inner space of bathroom body.
In this embodiment, the cleaning device 21 is usually embedded in the wall surface of the toilet body before the cleaning device starts moving to the cleaning region 3. This is because, when the cleaning device 21 is not needed to be used, the cleaning device 21 is embedded in the wall surface of the toilet body, which not only does not occupy the space on the floor of the toilet body, but also can avoid the situation that the cleaning device is exposed on the floor of the toilet body at will and may affect the use of the toilet by users or damage may be caused to the cleaning device by some users (such as children).
Specifically, since the toilet body of the present invention is formed by the partition board capable of being assembled, the cleaning device 21 should be embedded in the partition board of the toilet body, so that the partition board and the cleaning device 21 are integrated, not only is the space occupied by the cleaning device 21 saved, but also the structural design inside the toilet is more concise. The position of the cleaning device 21 embedded in the toilet body 1 is a first position, and the first position is close to the region 3 to be cleaned, so that when cleaning is needed, the cleaning device 21 can be moved to the region 3 to be cleaned from the first position in time to clean.
Further, the cleaning device 21 is embedded on one surface of the toilet body 1 facing the internal space of the toilet, that is, the cleaning device 21 can be embedded on the inner side surfaces 111 of the two side plates 11 or the inner back surface 121 of the back plate 12. The cleaning device 21 can move in the cleaning region 3 and clean the cleaning region 3 after moving from the first position of the toilet body 1 into the cleaning region 3. By adopting the design, the cleaning device 21 moves and cleans the region 3 to be cleaned simultaneously, which is beneficial to the cleaning device 21 to clean all parts in the region 3 to be cleaned and achieves the effect of comprehensive cleaning.
As an alternative embodiment, the cleaning device 21 is located at the first position before starting the operation, when the cleaning device 21 moves from the first position to the cleaning region 3, the cleaning device can immediately clean the cleaning region 3 once moving into the cleaning region 3, and simultaneously move in the cleaning region 3 during the cleaning of the cleaning region 3, that is, the cleaning device 21 moves in the cleaning region 3 to clean.
As another alternative, the cleaning device 21 may be moved from the first position into the area 3 to be cleaned and then the cleaning area 3 is cleaned and moved simultaneously during the cleaning process.
In the present embodiment, referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, the self-cleaning system 2 further includes a driving mechanism (not shown) electrically connected to the cleaning device 21. The driving mechanism is used for driving the cleaning device 21 to move linearly (indicated by an arrow of the moving direction diagram 2) so as to realize that the cleaning device 21 moves and cleans in the cleaning area 3 when moving from the first position of the toilet main body 1 into the cleaning area 3.
Specifically, the two inner sides 111 of the toilet body are respectively provided with a sliding rail 13, and the two sides of the cleaning device 21 are respectively provided with a sliding member 22, and the sliding members 22 are matched with the corresponding sliding rails 13. The driving mechanism is disposed in the cleaning device 21 and fixedly connected to the sliding member 22, and the sliding member 22 is driven by the driving mechanism to move linearly along the corresponding sliding rail 13, so as to drive the cleaning device 21 to move linearly. That is, the cleaning device 21 is linearly moved to the cleaning region 3 at the first position, the cleaning device 21 linearly reciprocates within the cleaning region and cleans the cleaning region 3, and the cleaning device 21 stops cleaning and moves back to the first position when moving out of the cleaning region 3. Preferably, the slider 22 may be a pulley.
Further, since the cleaning device 21 is linearly moved by the sliding member 22 cooperating with the sliding rail 13, the cleaning device 21 is particularly suitable for the case that the area of the area 3 to be cleaned is large and the area to be cleaned is regular, such as: a polygonal region such as a square or rectangle. Specifically, when the area shape of the area to be cleaned 3 is a square, the cleaning devices 21 may be provided in one number and provided on the inner back surface 121 of the toilet body.
In the present embodiment, referring to fig. 2 to 4, the cleaning apparatus 21 includes a housing 211, a cleaning device 212, and a controller (not shown) electrically connected to a driving mechanism and the cleaning device 212, the driving mechanism is connected to the housing 211, the cleaning device 212 is disposed outside the housing 211, and the controller is disposed inside the housing 211. The controller is configured to control the driving mechanism to drive the housing 211 to move in the cleaning region 3 after moving from the first position into the cleaning region 3, and control the cleaning device 212 to clean the cleaning region 3, i.e. the controller can control the moving function of the cleaning device 21 and the activation of the cleaning function.
Further, this cleaning device 21 is more intelligent, but automatic start removes function and clean function, need not the user and contacts any device and start, has very big convenience, and avoids contacting the bacterium, has guaranteed that user's health is healthy. Specifically, the cleaning device 21 further includes a detecting device (not shown) electrically connected to the controller, and the detecting device is disposed in the housing 211 and is configured to detect a current ammonia gas concentration value in the toilet body 1 and generate a concentration signal to the controller when the current ammonia gas concentration value is greater than or equal to a preset concentration value. When the controller receives the concentration signal, the controller controls the driving mechanism to drive the housing 211 to move in the cleaning region 3 after moving from the first position into the cleaning region 3, and controls the cleaning device 212 to clean the cleaning region 3.
For example: when the detection device detects that the ammonia concentration value of the current toilet body 1 is more than 0.5mg/m3When the concentration signal is generated immediately, the concentration signal is sent to the controller, and after the controller receives the concentration signal, the controller controls the driving mechanism to drive the shell 211 to move linearly and move to the area 3 to be cleaned, and the shell 211 moves to and fro linearly in the area 3 to be cleaned, and controls the cleaning device 212 to clean the area 3 to be cleaned simultaneously.
Furthermore, in order to ensure that the cleaning device 21 cleans the cleaning region 3 after the user leaves the cleaning region 3, the cleaning device 21 further includes a distance sensor (not shown) electrically connected to the controller, the distance sensor is disposed on the housing 211, the distance sensor is configured to detect a distance value from the user of the toilet body 1 and generate a distance signal to the controller when the distance value is greater than or equal to a preset distance value, and when the controller receives the concentration signal and receives the distance signal, the driving mechanism is controlled to drive the housing 211 to move from the first position into the cleaning region 3 and then move in the cleaning region 3, and at the same time, the cleaning device 212 is controlled to clean the cleaning region 3. The distance sensor can be always started to detect the distance between the distance sensor and a user of the toilet body 1, and the controller can also control the distance sensor to start the distance detection function when the current ammonia concentration value in the toilet body is greater than or equal to a preset concentration value.
In the present embodiment, the cleaning function of the cleaning device 21 includes a shower flushing function and a drying function. The self-cleaning system further comprises a water delivery device (not shown) and an air delivery device (not shown) electrically connected to the controller. The water supply device and the air supply device are connected with the cleaning device 212 through pipelines, and the controller is also used for controlling the water supply device to supply spraying liquid to the cleaning device 212, so that the cleaning device 212 sprays and flushes the area 3 to be cleaned. In addition, the controller may also be used to control the air blowing device to blow air to the cleaning device 212 so that the cleaning device 212 dries the cleaning region 3. Wherein, the water supply device can be a water tank or a water pipe, and the air supply device can be a fan or an air pipe; the spray liquid may be water or a cleaning agent.
Adopt above-mentioned design, this cleaning device 21 collects and spouts drenches washing function and stoving function in an organic whole, not only can treat the dirt in the clean zone 3 clean, can also in time will treat clean zone 3 and dry, keeps the drying of the inner space of bathroom body to avoid bacterial growing effectively.
As an alternative embodiment, the spray rinsing function and the drying function of the cleaning device 21 can be simultaneously activated and performed without interference. The cleaning device 212 is provided with a liquid outlet and an air outlet, the water supply device is connected with the liquid outlet, and the air supply device is connected with the air outlet, so that liquid and air are respectively sent out from the liquid outlet and the air outlet, and the purpose that the spraying and flushing function can be synchronously realized in the drying function is achieved.
As another alternative, the spray rinsing function and the drying function of the cleaning device 21 are interlocked, and only the spray rinsing function or the drying function can be activated at the same time. Specifically, when the cleaning device 21 moves and cleans in the region 3 to be cleaned, the controller first controls the cleaning device 212 to start the spray rinsing function, stops the spray rinsing function after the whole region of the region 3 to be cleaned is subjected to spray rinsing, and then controls the cleaning device 212 to start the drying function to dry the wet region 3 to be cleaned.
In this embodiment, the cleaning device 21 further includes a wiper 213, the wiper 213 is disposed at the bottom of the housing 211, and the wiper 213 is used for wiping off the accumulated water or garbage on the area 3 to be cleaned when the housing moves in the area 3 to be cleaned. Utilize wiper 213 to concentrate ponding or rubbish, prevent ponding and rubbish from piling up on waiting to clean area 3, simultaneously because ponding is scraped by part, so, can accelerate the speed that cleaning device 212 dried waiting to clean area 3.
In the present embodiment, referring to fig. 3 and fig. 4, the inner side surface 111 or the inner back surface 121 of the toilet body 1 is provided with a groove 14, the groove 14 includes a groove side surface, a groove top surface (not labeled) and a groove bottom surface 142, and the groove side surface is connected between the groove top surface 142 and the groove bottom surface 142 to form a space for accommodating the cleaning device 21. The first position is located in the recess 14 and the cleaning device 21 is located in the first position, i.e. the cleaning device 21 is located in the recess 14. In addition, when the cleaning device 21 is moved back to the first position, the wiper 213 may sweep the accumulated water and debris into the recess 14 to collect the accumulated water and debris. The bottom surface 142 of the groove 14 is lower than the area 3 to be cleaned, so that when the cleaning device 21 is placed in the groove 14, the bottom of the wiper 213 is spaced from the bottom surface 142 of the groove 14, i.e. when the cleaning device 21 is placed in the groove 14, the inner space of the groove 14 is left to accommodate standing water and garbage.
Furthermore, in order to enable accumulated water scraped into the groove 14 to be smoothly discharged, the groove bottom surface 142 of the groove 14 forms a flow guide surface, a floor drain 8 is arranged on one side of the groove bottom surface 142, and a drainage ditch 7 is arranged below the floor drain 8. The drain 7 is used for collecting waste water and the floor drain 8 is used for collecting garbage. The floor drain 8 is arranged below or flush with the tank bottom surface 142 and the drain 7 is arranged below the tank bottom surface 142. The flow guide surface is arranged obliquely in the direction towards the floor drain 8 to guide the standing water and the refuse towards the drainage ditch 7 and the floor drain 8. Specifically, when the accumulated water and the garbage flow on the flow guide surface, the garbage flows onto the floor drain 8 along the flow guide surface under the driving of the accumulated water and is intercepted and collected, and the accumulated water flows out of the drainage ditch 7 after flowing through the floor drain 8.
