The dyeing liquid is sprayed to the periphery because the spraying piece is rotationally sprayed by means of centrifugal force, and the cloth is only positioned on one side of the spraying piece, so that a large amount of waste of the dyeing liquid is caused, and the running of other parts and the uniformity of the spray dyeing of the cloth are influenced; therefore, a recovery piece 72 is installed, the installation piece is connected to the connecting part through bolts and covers most of the spraying piece, only a small part of spraying openings close to the cloth on the spraying piece are exposed out of the recovery piece, and the recovery piece comprises a flow guide arc surface 721 and a leakage-proof inclined surface 722; when the spraying piece sprays dye to the periphery, the dye liquid can splash onto the flow guide arc surface and then slide to the bottom of the recycling piece along the flow guide arc surface, and a leakage-proof inclined surface is arranged at the bottom of the recycling piece, so that the dye liquid is prevented from leaking on the cloth and affecting the dyeing effect of the cloth; because only a small part of the spraying piece is exposed outside the recycling piece, the cylindrical spraying piece shaft core is positioned in the recycling piece, and an opening for the spraying piece to spray the dye liquor on the recycling piece is smaller than the diameter of the spraying piece, so that even if the dye liquor on the flow guide arc surface drips, the dye liquor can only drip on the spraying piece and the leakage-proof inclined plane, and the dye liquor dripping on the spraying piece can be thrown out again under the action of the spraying piece, so that the dye liquor can not drip on the cloth, the phenomenon of excessive local dye liquor is avoided, and the uniformity of spray dyeing is ensured; and the side of the anti-leakage inclined panel body at the two sides of the opening of the recovery part, which is close to the spraying part, is an acute angle, so that dye liquor sprayed out from the spraying part is not easy to splash when being sprayed onto the anti-leakage inclined panel body, and the dyeing uniformity is further ensured.
The dye liquor sprayed by the spraying part in the recovery part can be accumulated in the recovery part, in order to prevent the dye liquor from leaking from the opening of the recovery part of the upper spraying structure or influencing the normal spraying of the spraying part of the lower spraying structure, a drainage groove 729 is arranged on the flow guide arc surface of the recovery part of the lower spraying structure, a liquid accumulation groove 723 is arranged between the flow guide arc surface 721 and the leakage-proof inclined surface 722 of the recovery part of the upper spraying structure, a plurality of openings are arranged on the liquid accumulation groove, each opening is connected with a liquid guide tube 724 by a bolt, the other end of the liquid guide tube is communicated with a liquid discharge tube 725, and the tube openings at two sides of the liquid discharge tube are positioned in the dye liquor box 35, so that the dye liquor can flow through the liquid guide tube from the opening on the liquid accumulation groove and be discharged into the liquid discharge tube after falling into the liquid accumulation groove from the flow guide slope, and then is discharged into the dye liquor groove from the liquid discharge tube, thereby, avoids waste, plays a role in energy conservation and emission reduction, and also ensures the uniformity of spray dyeing.

Claims (1)

1. A spray dyeing machine for fabric dyeing comprises a frame (1), a driving device for driving fabric to move and a spraying device for spraying dye liquor; the method is characterized in that: the frame (1) is provided with a smearing device for evenly smearing the dye liquor on the fabric and a leveling device for leveling the fabric;
the smearing device comprises an upper smearing structure attached to the upper surface of the fabric, a lower smearing structure capable of moving back and forth and a second driving piece (41) used for driving the lower smearing structure to move back and forth;
the coating structure comprises a brush part (42) capable of moving back and forth, a coating driving assembly for driving the brush part (42) to move back and forth, a brush holder (43) in sliding fit with the brush part (42), and a scraping part (44) arranged on the brush holder (43);
the smearing driving assembly comprises a first rack (45) arranged on the brushing part (42), a second rack (46) arranged on the brushing part (42), a half gear (47) capable of moving back and forth and a third driving part (48) used for driving the half gear (47) to move back and forth;
the brush part (42) comprises an elastic brush head (421), a brush plate (422) detachably connected with the brush head (421) and a brush plate convex edge (4221) arranged on the brush plate (422);
a brush holder sliding groove (431) matched with the brush plate convex edge (4221) and a brush holder support post (432) used for connecting the brush holder (43) and the frame (1) are arranged on the brush holder (43); a brush head cambered surface (4211) is arranged on the brush head (421);
the scraping part (44) comprises a scraping head (441) with elasticity and a scraping head bracket (442) used for connecting the scraping head (441) and the brush holder (43); the scraping head (441) is provided with a scraping head cambered surface (4411);
an upper insertion shaft (471) is detachably connected to the half gear (47), and the insertion shaft (471) comprises an insertion convex part (4711) and an insertion inclined plane (4712) which is obliquely arranged; the lower smearing structure comprises a lower inserting shaft (472), and an inserting groove (4721) matched with the inserting convex part (4711) and an inserting groove inclined plane (4722) matched with the inserting inclined plane (4712) are formed in the lower inserting shaft (472);
the leveling device comprises a left roller shaft group, a right roller shaft group matched with the left roller shaft group, a left transmission structure for driving and connecting the left roller shaft group and the driving device, and a right transmission structure for driving and connecting the right roller shaft group and the driving device;
the right roller shaft group comprises a plurality of rotatable upper leveling rollers (51), a plurality of rotatable lower leveling rollers (52), an upper transmission assembly for being in transmission connection with two adjacent upper leveling rollers (51) and a lower transmission assembly for being in transmission connection with two adjacent lower leveling rollers (52);
a feeding hopper (36) is arranged on the rack (1), the feeding hopper is communicated with the dye liquor box, a handle (38) is connected to a hopper cover through a bolt, the feeding hopper is convenient to turn over, a box body opening (351) of the dye liquor box is arranged below the cloth and is opposite to the lower surface of the cloth, the width of the opening is larger than that of the cloth, and a box body side wall (352) of the dye liquor box is arranged to form an inclined surface;
the right transmission structure comprises a third transmission wheel (53), a fourth transmission wheel (54), a fifth transmission wheel (55), a sixth transmission wheel (56), a steering transmission assembly and a synchronous transmission assembly; the third transmission wheel is connected with the upper leveling roller in a belt transmission way, the fourth transmission wheel is connected with the third transmission wheel in a belt transmission way, the fifth transmission wheel is connected with the upper roller shaft (21) in a belt transmission way, and the sixth transmission wheel is connected with the fifth transmission wheel in a belt transmission way; the fourth transmission wheel and the sixth transmission wheel are in transmission connection through a steering transmission component; the steering transmission assembly comprises a first steering transmission shaft (61), a second steering transmission shaft (62), a first bevel gear (57) and a second bevel gear (58); the first steering transmission shaft bearing is connected to a bracket, and the bracket is connected with the rack through bolts; the second steering transmission shaft is in bearing connection with the frame (1); the fourth driving wheel is in keyed connection with the first steering transmission shaft, and the sixth driving wheel is in keyed connection with the second steering transmission shaft; a first bevel gear is connected to the first steering transmission shaft in a key mode, a second bevel gear is connected to the second steering transmission shaft in a key mode, and the first bevel gear is meshed with the second bevel gear;
the step transmission assembly comprises a first gear (63), a second gear (64), a synchronous gear shaft (65), a seventh transmission wheel (67), an eighth transmission wheel (68) and a second transmission belt (66); wherein the transmission wheels are belt pulleys, and the transmission belt is a belt; the first gear is connected to the first steering transmission shaft (61) in a key mode, the second gear is connected to the synchronizing gear shaft in a key mode, and the synchronizing gear shaft and the first steering transmission shaft are connected to the same support through bearings; the first gear and the second gear are meshed with each other; the seventh driving wheel key is connected on the synchronizing gear shaft, the eighth driving wheel key is connected on the lower pull flat roller (52), and the second transmission belt is arranged on the eighth driving wheel and the seventh driving wheel, so that the transmission fit between the eighth driving wheel and the seventh driving wheel is realized;

a plurality of spraying openings (711) are formed in the side wall of the spraying piece;
one side of the spraying piece is provided with a recovery piece (72), the mounting piece is connected to the connecting part through bolts and covers most of the spraying piece, only a small part of spraying openings close to the cloth on the spraying piece are exposed out of the recovery piece, and the recovery piece comprises a flow guide arc surface (721) and a leakage-proof inclined surface (722);
a drainage groove (729) is formed in the flow guide arc surface of the recycling member of the lower spraying structure, a liquid accumulation groove (723) is formed between the flow guide arc surface (721) and the leakage-proof inclined surface (722) of the recycling member of the upper spraying structure, a plurality of openings are formed in the liquid accumulation groove, each opening is connected with a liquid guide pipe (724) through a bolt, the other end of each liquid guide pipe is communicated with a liquid discharge pipe (725), and pipe openings on two sides of each liquid discharge pipe are located in the liquid dyeing box (35).
