NSG mice were used, tumor cells used were the BCMA positive cell line MM.1S stably expressing firefly luciferase (noted NCI-MM.1S-LUC), therapy-injected effector cells contained CAR-BCMA T cells (CAR-BCMA-2077-T or CAR-BCMA-2082-T), control group was the group of CD4+ CD8+ T cells that were not infected with virus, 3 days after successful modeling tail vein injection of effector cells 5 × 106Mice were imaged by IVS in vivo imaging system every 7 days after injection to show tumor growth, and mice were weighed and observed for survival and recorded. The results are shown in FIG. 9.
As can be seen from fig. 9, the fluorescence area of mice receiving CAR-BCMA-2077-T or CAR-BCMA-2082-T injection was significantly reduced on day 3 and day 7, indicating that tumor cells were significantly reduced, and the chimeric antigen receptor T cells CAR-BCMA-2077-T or CAR-BCMA-2082-T expressing targeting BCMA could target BCMA, effectively killing BCMA-expressing tumor cells, and achieving the goal of tumor treatment.
