Abstract
The invention provides a bearing device with a locking mechanism for straightening a reinforcing steel coiled material, and belongs to the field of building construction equipment. When the steel bar straightening machine stops working, the controller B is powered off, the signal of the controller A is interrupted, the magnetic force of the electromagnet disappears, and the pawl is rapidly meshed with the ratchet wheel under the action of the elastic force of the spring at the periphery of the guide rod, so that the steel bar turntable is prevented from rotating.

Referring to fig. 1 to 6, the upper end surface of the disc 401 is provided with a fixed column 6 composed of a plurality of curved bars and an anti-slip layer, and the anti-slip layer is used for weakening the rotation of the steel bar disc when the straightening machine stops working; a plurality of cylinders 201 are vertically and downwards arranged on the fixed ring at the lower side of the upper protective cover 2, and a plurality of fixed holes 301 matched with the cylinders 201 are arranged on the fixed ring at the upper end of the lower protective cover 3.
Referring to fig. 1, when in use, the upper protective cover 2 is lifted by the lifting mechanism, the upper protective cover 2 is rotated, the steel bar disc is placed on the steel bar turntable 4, then the upper protective cover 2 is reset, the steel bar straightening machine is opened, the steel bar at one end of the steel bar disc is pulled to the steel bar straightening machine, and steel bar straightening can be performed.
Referring to fig. 8, in the working state of the bar straightener, the controller B is energized to send out an electrical signal, the controller a10 receives the electrical signal to convert the electrical signal into a current signal and transmit the current signal to the electromagnet 501, after the electromagnet 501 is energized, the guide rod 505 moves towards the inside of the cavity of the electromagnet 501 against the resistance of the spring 504 under the action of magnetic force, the guide rod 505 and the electromagnet 501 are in a suction state, the ratchet 502 and the pawl 503 are disengaged, and the bar straightener pulls the bar turntable 4 to rotate normally.
Referring to fig. 7, when the bar straightener stops working, the controller B is powered off, the signal of the controller a10 is interrupted, the magnetic force of the electromagnet 501 disappears, the pawl 503 is rapidly meshed with the ratchet 502 under the elastic force of the peripheral spring 504 of the guide bar 505, and the rotation of the bar turntable 4 is prevented.
