a solid recovery device for wastewater treatment comprises a wastewater tank, wherein one side outer wall of the wastewater tank is provided with a discharge hole, the inner wall of one side of the discharge hole and the inner wall of one side of the wastewater tank are both connected with a roll shaft through a bearing seat, the outer part of the roll shaft is provided with a transfer roller, the outer wall of the transfer roller is provided with the same transfer belt, the outer wall of the top of the wastewater tank is provided with a baffle, a wear-resistant cushion is bonded on the outer wall of one side of the baffle, the outer wall of one side of the baffle is provided with a first spring, the outer wall of one side of the first spring is arranged on the outer wall of one side of the wastewater tank, the outer wall of one side of the wastewater tank is provided with a material collecting groove, the outer wall of the top of the material collecting groove is provided with a buffer spring, the outer wall of the top of the buffer spring is provided with a buffer plate, the outer wall of the bottom of the material collecting groove is provided with an air drying box, the outer wall of one side of the air drying box is provided with an air blowing hole, and the inner wall of the air blowing pipe is provided with a blast pipe, the waste water tank is characterized in that an air inlet hole is formed in the outer wall of one side of the waste water tank and located on one side of the air drying tank, a motor is arranged on the outer wall of one side of the waste water tank, an output shaft of the motor is provided with a driving wheel, one end of a roller shaft is connected with a driven belt wheel through a key, and the outer wall of the driven belt wheel and the outer wall of the driving wheel are provided with the same belt.
Furthermore, a water outlet hole is formed in the bottom of the outer wall of one side of the waste water tank, and a water outlet pipe is arranged on the inner wall of the water outlet hole.
Furthermore, the outer wall of the top of the waste water tank is provided with a water inlet hole, and the inner wall of the water inlet hole is provided with a water inlet pipe.
Further, the top outer wall of conveyer belt is provided with square groove, and square groove's inner wall is provided with row board, arranges the board and personally submits forty to fifty degrees contained angles with the level.
Furthermore, one side of the waste water tank is provided with a material collecting box placed on the ground, and the material collecting box is positioned below the air drying box.
Furthermore, one side of the waste water tank is provided with an air blower fixed on the ground, and the blast pipe is arranged at the air outlet end of the air blower.
Further, the air blower and the motor are both connected with a switch, and the switch is connected with a power supply.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. through setting up the platoon board, will arrange the board and fix on the conveyer belt, the solid in the waste water falls on arranging the board and falls into the collection box along with the rotation of conveyer belt, can prevent that the solid from piling up on arranging the board, has improved the efficiency that the solid was retrieved, and arranges the board and for the slope installation, beats the lateral wall at arranging the board when can preventing waste water whereabouts, makes waste water more light when arranging the board whereabouts.
2. The further baffle that is provided with, first spring and baffle play the cushioning effect, can reduce the impact force that the solid produced when the whereabouts, and great impact makes the platoon damage when preventing solid and waste water whereabouts.
3. Through setting up the air-blower, the air-blower blast air blows on the solid through the blast pipe, can blow off remaining waste water on the solid to in getting into the waste water tank through the fresh air inlet, keep dry when making the solid retrieve, prevent that the adhesion is more moisture on the solid and lead to the collection box moisture too much, reduced staff's working strength.

Referring to fig. 1-3, a solid recovery device for wastewater treatment, comprising a wastewater tank 1, wherein an outer wall of one side of the wastewater tank 1 is provided with a discharge hole 10, an inner wall of one side of the discharge hole 10 and an inner wall of one side of the wastewater tank 1 are both connected with a roll shaft 4 through a bearing seat, the outside of the roll shaft 4 is respectively sleeved with a transfer roller 3, the outer wall of the transfer roller 3 is sleeved with a same conveyor belt 5, the outer wall of the top of the wastewater tank 1 is connected with a baffle 8 through a hinge, a wear-resistant cushion 7 is bonded on the outer wall of one side of the baffle 8, a first spring 9 is welded on the outer wall of one side of the baffle 8, an outer wall of one side of the first spring 9 is welded on the outer wall of one side of the wastewater tank 1, a material collecting groove 13 is welded on the outer wall of one side of the wastewater tank 1, a buffer spring 12 is welded on the outer wall of the top of the buffer spring 12, a buffer plate 11 is welded on the outer wall of the bottom of the material collecting groove 13, an air drying tank 14 is welded, and the outer wall of one side of the air drying box 14 is provided with an air blowing hole, the inner wall of the air blowing hole is inserted with a blast pipe 15, the outer wall of one side of the waste water box 1 is provided with an air inlet hole 18, the air inlet hole 18 is positioned at one side of the air drying box 14, the outer wall of one side of the waste water box 1 is connected with a motor 19 through a screw, the output shaft of the motor 19 is connected with a driving wheel through a coupler, one end of one roller shaft 4 is connected with a driven belt wheel 21 through a key, and the outer wall of the driven belt wheel 21 and the outer wall of the driving wheel are sleeved with a same belt 20.
According to the invention, the bottom of the outer wall of one side of a waste water tank 1 is provided with a water outlet hole, the inner wall of the water outlet hole is inserted with a water outlet pipe 2, the outer wall of the top of the waste water tank 1 is provided with a water inlet pipe 6, the outer wall of the top of a conveyor belt 5 is provided with a square groove, the inner wall of the square groove is welded with a row plate 22, the row plate 22 and the horizontal plane form an included angle of forty-fifty degrees, one side of the waste water tank 1 is provided with a material collecting box 17 placed on the ground, the material collecting box 17 is positioned below an air drying box 14, one side of the waste water tank 1 is provided with an air blower 16 fixed on the ground, an air blowing pipe 15 is sleeved on the air outlet end of the air blower 16, the air blower 16 and a motor 19 are both connected with a switch, and the switch is connected with a power supply.
The working principle is as follows: when the waste water treatment device is used, waste water containing solids enters the waste water tank 1 from the water inlet pipe 6 and falls on the baffle 8 under the action of gravity, the elastic force of the first spring 9 enables the baffle 8 to play a buffering role, so that the impact force on the discharge plate 22 when the solids and the waste water fall on the discharge plate 22 is reduced, the wear-resistant cushion 7 can reduce the noise generated when the solids fall on the baffle 8, when the solids and the waste water fall on the discharge plate 22, the waste water falls from a gap on the discharge plate 22 and is discharged from the water outlet pipe 2, the solids are left on the discharge plate 22, the motor 19 rotates to drive the driven belt wheel 21 to rotate through the transmission of the belt 20, so as to drive the conveying belt 5 to rotate, and then the solids on the discharge plate 22 to move to the discharge hole 10, the obliquely arranged discharge plate 22 can prevent the waste water from falling and hit the side wall of the discharge plate 22, so that the waste water falls from the discharge plate 22 more easily, when the solids move to the upper part of the material collecting groove 13, because the action of gravity, the solid can fall to buffer plate 11 on, buffer spring 12 and buffer plate 11 can prevent that the solid from pounding on collecting the silo 13 and causing collecting the silo 13 to damage, the air-blower 16 blast air enters into air-dry box 14 through blast pipe 15, can blow off the moisture that mixes in the solid and follow waste water and flow out together in the inlet vent 18 gets into waste water tank 1, prevent to fall into moisture in the case 17 that collects, when discharging the platoon board 22 behind the solid and rotating to the below, the waste water that falls down by the top can wash the remaining adherent on the platoon board 22, kept the cleanness of platoon board 22.
