Detailed Description
In order to make the technical problems solved, the technical scheme adopted and the technical effects achieved by the invention more clear, the technical scheme of the invention is further described below by a specific embodiment in combination with the attached drawings. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not limiting thereof. It should be further noted that, for convenience of description, only some, but not all of the drawings related to the present invention are shown.
Example 1
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, an embodiment of the present invention provides a pulsator washing machine, in which a collection box 20 is provided at a lower portion of an inner tub 10, a passage extending circumferentially along an inner wall of the inner tub 10 is formed in the collection box 20, openings 21 are provided at both ends of the passage, and a magnetic member 22 is provided in the passage.
When the pulsator 30 rotates, the washing water in the inner tub 10 is driven to flow, so that the washing water enters the channel through one opening 21 and flows out through the other opening 21, and the foreign matters in the washing water are adsorbed by the magnetic piece 22 and stay in the channel, so that the damage of the foreign matters to the clothes is avoided, and the potential safety hazard of the foreign matters to users is avoided; the magnetic member 22 is used for adsorbing metal foreign matters, the density of the metal foreign matters is high, the metal foreign matters generally sink to the water, and the collecting box 20 is arranged at the lower part of the inner tub 10, so that the foreign matters can be collected better. The foreign matter refers to any foreign matter that can be attracted by the magnetic member 22, and is not limited to coins, screws, and the like.
The collecting box 20 is attached to the side wall of the inner tub 10, so that space occupation is reduced, and rotation of clothes in the inner tub 10 is not affected; the passage extends in an arc shape around the axis of the inner tub 10 in the same direction as the flow direction of the washing water, so that the washing water brings foreign matters into the passage. The connection manner of the collecting box 20 and the inner tub 10 may be a clamping connection, an adhesive connection, a screw connection, etc., which is not limited herein.
In order to facilitate better collection of the foreign matters, two collection boxes 20 are symmetrically arranged at the lower part of the inner barrel 10, so that the probability that the washing water drives the foreign matters to enter the collection boxes 20 is increased, and the foreign matter collection efficiency is improved.
In this embodiment, the collecting box 20 includes a first arcuate plate 201, a second arcuate plate 202 disposed at intervals from the first arcuate plate 201, and an upper end plate 203 and a lower end plate 204 connecting the first arcuate plate 201 and the second arcuate plate 202, the first arcuate plate 201 being attached to a side wall of the inner tub 10. The first arc-shaped plate 201, the second arc-shaped plate 202, the upper end plate 203 and the lower end plate 204 enclose a channel extending circumferentially along the inner wall of the inner tub 10, and openings 21 are formed at both ends of the channel. When the washing water flows, the washing water can enter the channel through one opening 21 and flow out through the other opening 21, and the flowing direction of the washing water is shown by an arrow in fig. 3; when the pulsator 30 is reversed, the flow direction of the washing water is changed.
A plurality of magnetic members 22 are provided on the inner wall of the collecting box 20 at intervals along the axial direction of the inner tub 10, and the number thereof is not limited. In this embodiment, one end of the magnetic member 22 is connected to the first arc-shaped plate 201, and the other end extends toward the second arc-shaped plate 202, and the other end of the magnetic member 22 may extend to the second arc-shaped plate 202 or may be spaced from the second arc-shaped plate 202, which is not limited herein.
The adjacent magnetic members 22 are spaced apart to facilitate the passage of washing water. The magnetic pieces 22 can adsorb metal foreign matters, and meanwhile, the intervals between the adjacent magnetic pieces 22 are not too large, so that the metal foreign matters can be conveniently blocked, and the metal foreign matters are prevented from being washed away by strong water flow.
The second arc plate 202 is provided with a fetching port 23, a box cover 24 is arranged at the fetching port 23, and the box cover 24 is clamped with the collecting box 20. During the washing process, the box cover 24 closes the taking opening 23 to prevent foreign matters from being washed out of the collecting box 20 by water flow; after the washing is completed, the lid 24 is opened to take out the foreign matter for cleaning, and preparation is made for the next washing.
To facilitate opening of the lid 24, a notch 25 is provided in the collection box 20 at the upper end of the lid 24. When the box cover 24 needs to be opened, the box cover 24 can be forced through the notch 25, so that the box cover is convenient to open.
Example two
Fig. 6 to 10 show a second embodiment, wherein the same or corresponding parts as those of the first embodiment are designated by the corresponding reference numerals. For simplicity, only the points of distinction between the second embodiment and the first embodiment will be described. The difference is that a spacer 26 is provided in the channel, and the magnetic member 22 is mounted on the spacer 26. The arrangement of the partition plate 26 is convenient for installing the magnetic piece 22, and the partition plate 26 is convenient for blocking the metal foreign matters and preventing the metal foreign matters from being washed away by strong water flow.
The partition 26 may be engaged with the collection box 20, or may be integrally formed with the collection box 20, without limitation. In the present embodiment, the four surfaces of the separator 26 are connected to the first arcuate plate 201, the second arcuate plate 202, the upper end plate 203, and the lower end plate 204, respectively.
In order to facilitate the flow of the washing water, a drain hole 261 is formed in the partition plate 26. When the washing water flows, the washing water can enter the channel through one opening 21, flow through the partition plate 26 through the drain hole 261 and flow out through the other opening 21, and foreign matters in the washing water are adsorbed by the magnetic piece 22 on the partition plate 26 and remain in the channel. Here, the shape and size of the drain hole 261 are not limited, and may be circular, rectangular, or the like, and may be set according to actual circumstances.
In this embodiment, the water drain holes 261 and the magnetic members 22 are arranged alternately on the partition 26, so that the space is fully utilized, the water flow is uniformly distributed, the magnetic force is uniformly distributed, the washing water is convenient to fully contact with the magnetic members 22, and the foreign matters are better adsorbed.
To facilitate the flow of wash water, a slit 27 may be provided between the partition 26 and the inner wall of the collection box 20. When the washing water flows, the washing water can enter the channel through one opening 21, flow through the partition plate 26 through the slit 27 and then flow out through the other opening 21, and foreign matters in the washing water are adsorbed and remained in the channel by the magnetic piece 22 on the partition plate 26. The magnetic piece 22 is arranged on the partition plate 26, and the slit 27 does not occupy the arrangement space of the magnetic piece 22, so that the magnetic piece 22 is conveniently arranged, and foreign matters are better adsorbed.
In the present embodiment, slits 27 are provided between the two side surfaces of the partition plate 26 and the first arcuate plate 201, the second arcuate plate 202, respectively. Of course, a slit may be provided between the upper end surface of the separator 26 and the upper end plate 203, and the slit is not limited thereto.
Of course, in order to facilitate the washing water to smoothly pass through the partition 26, the drain hole 261 and the slit 27 may be simultaneously provided, and when the washing water flows, the washing water may enter the channel through one opening 21, flow through the partition 26 through the drain hole 261 and the slit 27, and flow out through the other opening 21, and foreign matters in the washing water are adsorbed by the magnetic member 22 on the partition 26 and remain in the channel.
The above embodiments merely illustrate the basic principle and features of the present invention, and the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, but may be varied and altered without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention. The scope of the invention is defined by the appended claims and equivalents thereof.
