The tundish roaster plays a great role in the molten steel continuous casting process, and the tundish roasting temperature is related to whether the continuous casting molten steel can be poured into the continuous casting crystallizer through a water gap. The condition that a water gap is blocked and molten steel cannot be continuously poured in the middle of pouring of the tundish is avoided. The actual conditions encountered in production are that the tundish burner is required to be baked with natural gas in the early stage, the converter gas is used for baking in the later stage, and the conventional tundish baking device only uses one gas for baking equipment.

When converter gas is needed to be used as fuel, a valve on a natural gas pipeline is closed, and then the screw 6 is rotated to generate a certain gap between the valve core 5 and the gas inlet, so that the converter gas enters the burner body 1 through the gap to be combusted. The flow rate of the converter gas can be adjusted by adjusting the opening of the air inlet, so that the negative pressure condition in the burner body is changed, and the air distribution quantity is adjusted to achieve the optimal air-fuel ratio.
