Abstract
The invention provides a filter. The filter includes: casing, go up extension board, filter core, extension board, magnetic core down. Wherein: the filter element is fixed and arranged in the shell by the upper support plate and the lower support plate; the filter element, the upper support plate and the lower support plate form a first cavity; a magnetic core is arranged in the first cavity, so that a magnetic field exists on the filter element; the shell, the filter element, the upper support plate and the lower support plate form a second cavity; the inlet of the filter is communicated with the first cavity of the shell; the outlet of the filter is communicated with the second cavity of the shell; when fluid flows in from the inlet of the shell, enters the first cavity through the round hole in the upper support plate, then flows through the filter element to enter the second cavity, and then flows out of the filter through the outlet, pollutants in the fluid are blocked by the filter element under the action of the magnetic field, and the fluid cannot flow out of the filter, so that the fluid cleaning control is realized. The embodiment of the invention can greatly improve the filtering effect of the filter.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of aerospace fluid system design, and more particularly to filters for fluid cleaning control.
Background
One of the methods of ensuring that the fluid medium is clean is to use a filter. The filter is capable of filtering contaminants from the fluid passing therethrough.
At present, the filter technology for coarse filtration is mature, but fine filtration requires a very fine filter screen, which increases the resistance of the fluid and deteriorates the flow condition.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present invention provides a filter to solve at least one technical problem in the prior art.
The filter includes: casing, last extension board, filter core, extension board, magnetic core down, wherein:
the filter element is fixed and arranged in the shell by the upper support plate and the lower support plate;
the filter element, the upper support plate and the lower support plate form a first cavity;
a magnetic core is arranged in the first cavity, so that a magnetic field exists on the filter element;
the shell, the filter element, the upper support plate and the lower support plate form a second cavity;
the inlet of the filter is communicated with the first cavity of the shell;
the outlet of the filter is communicated with the second cavity of the shell;
when fluid flows in from the inlet of the shell, enters the first cavity through the round hole in the upper support plate, then flows through the filter element to enter the second cavity, and then flows out of the filter through the outlet, pollutants in the fluid are blocked by the filter element under the action of the magnetic field and cannot enter the second cavity.
Therefore, the embodiment of the invention can solve the problem that pollutants are retained in the filter and cannot flow out, and can realize fluid cleaning control. Because of the effect of the magnetic core, the filter element is surrounded by the magnetic field, so that the filtering effect is greatly improved, and fine filtering can be realized.

The filter element 3 is fixed and installed in the housing 1 by the upper and lower support plates 2 and 4, and the magnetic core 5 is installed in the filter element 3.
The filter inlet communicates with the first chamber of the housing 1; the outlet is communicated with the second cavity of the shell 1, fluid flows in from the inlet of the shell 1, enters the first cavity through the round hole on the upper support plate 2, then flows through the filter element 3, enters the second cavity, and then flows out of the filter through the outlet. The contaminants in the fluid are blocked by the filter element 3 from entering the second chamber, and for this reason, the contaminants are retained in the filter and cannot flow out, achieving fluid cleaning control. Due to the magnetic core 5, the filter element 3 is surrounded by the magnetic field, so that the filtering effect is greatly improved.
In some embodiments, the filter may be mounted in a manner that includes the steps of:
a installing the magnetic core 5 in the filter element 3;
b, combining the filter element 3 with the upper support plate 2 and the lower support plate 4;
and c, putting the combined filter element 3, the upper support plate 2 and the lower support plate 4 into the shell 1.
It should be noted that the above flow operations can be combined to different degrees. For simplicity, the implementation of various combinations is not described again, and those skilled in the art can flexibly adjust the sequence of the above operation steps according to actual needs, or flexibly combine the above steps, and the like.

casing (1), last extension board (2), filter core (3), extension board (4), magnetic core (5) down, wherein:
the filter element (3) is fixed by the upper support plate (2) and the lower support plate (4) and is arranged in the shell (1);
the filter element (3), the upper support plate (2) and the lower support plate (4) form a first cavity;
the filter element (3) is formed by weaving threads in a criss-cross alternating manner, wherein the threads parallel to the S pole and N pole connecting lines of the magnetic core (5) are made of magnetic conductive materials, and the threads vertical to the connecting lines are made of non-magnetic conductive materials;
a magnetic core (5) is arranged in the first cavity, so that a magnetic field exists on the filter element (3);
the shell (1), the filter element (3), the upper support plate (2) and the lower support plate (4) form a second cavity;
the inlet of the filter is communicated with the first cavity of the shell (1);
the outlet of the filter is communicated with the second cavity of the shell (1);
when fluid flows in from the inlet of the shell (1), enters the first cavity through the round hole in the upper support plate (2), then flows through the filter element (3) to enter the second cavity, and then flows out of the filter through the outlet, pollutants in the fluid are blocked by the filter element (3) under the action of the magnetic field and cannot enter the second cavity.
2. The filter of claim 1, wherein:
the magnetic core (5) is made of permanent magnet material.
3. The filter of claim 1, wherein:
the magnetic core (5) is cylindrical, and the height of the magnetic core (5) is consistent with that of the filter element (3).
4. The filter of claim 1, wherein:
the S pole of the magnetic core (5) is close to the inlet of the filter medium, and the N pole is close to the outlet of the filter medium.
