本发明公开了一种水润滑压缩机的排气结构,包括外壳,所述外壳包括吸气侧轴承座、排气侧轴承座,所述排气侧轴承座外设置有排气口,所述排气侧轴承座内位于阳转子排气侧水润滑径向滑动轴承、阴转子排气侧水润滑径向滑动轴承之间位置有设置有导气孔与排气口连通,所述导气孔包括两侧的翅膀状孔部分和中间处的凸出条状孔部分;通过对排气侧轴承座的导气孔进行改良,尤其是通过中间处的凸出条状孔部分设计,使气体进入导气孔更平稳和安静,降低压缩机的噪音。

技术领域
本发明涉及压缩机技术领域,特别是一种水润滑压缩机的排气结构。
背景技术
现有的无油水润滑双螺杆压缩机是一种回转式容积压缩机,阴、阳转子相互啮合,同步旋转,形成工作腔的容积变化,从而实现吸气、压缩、排气的工作过程。螺杆压缩机周期性吸、排气会导致排气腔体内气体压力和流量的周期性波动,即气流脉动。气流脉动会激发排气腔体振动诱发气动噪声,也增加螺杆压缩机的功率消耗。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种水润滑压缩机的排气结构。本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种水润滑压缩机的排气结构,包括外壳,所述外壳包括吸气侧轴承座、排气侧轴承座,所述外壳内置有阳转子、阴转子,其中所述阳转子上套装有阳转子吸气侧水润滑径向滑动轴承、阳转子排气侧水润滑径向滑动轴承,所述阴转子上套装有阴转子吸气侧水润滑径向滑动轴承、阴转子排气侧水润滑径向滑动轴承,所述排气侧轴承座外设置有排气口,所述排气侧轴承座内位于阳转子排气侧水润滑径向滑动轴承、阴转子排气侧水润滑径向滑动轴承之间位置有设置有导气孔与排气口连通,所述导气孔包括两侧的翅膀状孔部分和中间处的凸出条状孔部分。
作为一个优选项,所述导气孔与排气口之间的通道设置有导气凸筋。
本发明的有益效果是:通过对排气侧轴承座的导气孔进行改良,尤其是通过中间处的凸出条状孔部分设计,使气体进入导气孔更平稳和安静,降低压缩机的噪音。

参照图1、图2、图3,一种水润滑压缩机的排气结构,包括外壳1,所述外壳1包括吸气侧轴承座11、排气侧轴承座12,所述外壳1内置有阳转子2、阴转子3,其中所述阳转子2上套装有阳转子吸气侧水润滑径向滑动轴承21、阳转子排气侧水润滑径向滑动轴承22,所述阴转子3上套装有阴转子吸气侧水润滑径向滑动轴承31、阴转子排气侧水润滑径向滑动轴承32,所述排气侧轴承座12外设置有排气口4,所述排气侧轴承座12内位于阳转子排气侧水润滑径向滑动轴承22、阴转子排气侧水润滑径向滑动轴承32之间位置有设置有导气孔5与排气口4连通,所述导气孔5包括两侧的翅膀状孔部分51和中间处的凸出条状孔部分52,这种设计可以使压缩机排气过程更平稳和安静。
所述导气孔5与排气口4之间的通道设置有导气凸筋41,通过导气凸筋41的作用,除了起到引导进入导气孔5的气体外,还可以起到阳转子2、阴转子3两侧处气流从两侧的翅膀状孔部分51进入后,避免因为阳转子2、阴转子3转速的变化、差异导致两气流直接产生干扰造成噪音。
根据上述原理,本发明还可以对上述实施方式进行适当的变更和修改。因此,本发明并不局限于上面揭示和描述的具体实施方式,对本发明的一些修改和变更也应当落入本发明的权利要求的保护范围内。

1.一种水润滑压缩机的排气结构,包括外壳(1),所述外壳(1)包括吸气侧轴承座(11)、排气侧轴承座(12),所述外壳(1)内置有阳转子(2)、阴转子(3),其中所述阳转子(2)上套装有阳转子吸气侧水润滑径向滑动轴承(21)、阳转子排气侧水润滑径向滑动轴承(22),所述阴转子(3)上套装有阴转子吸气侧水润滑径向滑动轴承(31)、阴转子排气侧水润滑径向滑动轴承(32),其特征在于:所述排气侧轴承座(12)外设置有排气口(4),所述排气侧轴承座(12)内位于阳转子排气侧水润滑径向滑动轴承(22)、阴转子排气侧水润滑径向滑动轴承(32)之间位置有设置有导气孔(5)与排气口(4)连通,所述导气孔(5)包括两侧的翅膀状孔部分(51)和中间处的凸出条状孔部分(52)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种水润滑压缩机的排气结构,其特征在于:所述导气孔(5)与排气口(4)之间的通道设置有导气凸筋(41)。
