Device and method for quickly treating local diseases of high-geostress tunnel
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of tunnel disease treatment, and particularly relates to a device and a method for quickly treating local diseases of a high-ground-stress tunnel.
Background
At present, thousands of highway and railway tunnels are built in China, the geological conditions of the tunnels are very complicated, and various diseases can gradually appear along with the increase of the operation years after the tunnels are built and operated. The reasons for the tunnel diseases are complex, and generally, three factors can be considered: firstly, due to the design reason, the tunnel design support parameters are not reasonable enough, and various diseases are gradually caused along with the insufficient durability of the tunnel operation lining concrete; secondly, due to construction factors, local construction quality problems may occur in the tunnel construction process, for example, the local lining concrete is not vibrated compactly or the thickness is not enough, and diseases can also occur along with operation; in addition, due to geological factors, the open face of tunnel excavation has a water catchment effect, the change of water environment causes the deterioration of geological conditions around the tunnel, the pressure of surrounding rocks is increased, local stress is increased due to the possibly texture structure, the original lining strength cannot meet the bearing strength, and various diseases occur. With the increase of the service life of the infrastructure traffic facilities in China, more and more tunnel diseases will appear in the follow-up process, and how to timely, quickly and effectively treat the tunnel diseases has important significance.
At present, a better method is not provided for treating tunnel diseases, the tunnel diseases are usually treated by hanging nets and spraying concrete, when the diseases are serious, a second lining needs to be removed and done again, the treatment effect of the first lining is not ideal, the temporary solution and the permanent solution are usually treated, secondary diseases can still occur along with the increase of operation time, the treatment cost of the second lining is high, the treatment time is long, and the normal operation of a train is influenced.
