The upward pressing mechanism includes a first front belt roller 1, a first rear belt roller 2, an upward endless belt 3, a first upward pressing roller 4, and a second upward pressing roller 5.
The upper circulating belt 3 is wound on the first front belt roller 1 and the first rear belt roller 2, the first upper press roller 4 and the second upper press roller 5 are arranged at intervals, the first upper press roller 4 and the second upper press roller 5 are positioned between the first front belt roller 1 and the first rear belt roller 2, and the first upper press roller 4 and the second upper press roller 5 are in contact with the inner side of the lower side part of the upper circulating belt 3.
The pressing mechanism includes a second front belt roller 6, a second rear belt roller 7, a lower endless belt 8, a first lower pressing roller 9, and a second lower pressing roller 10.
The lower endless belt 8 is wound around the second front belt roller 6 and the second rear belt roller 7, the first lower press roller 9 and the second lower press roller 10 are disposed at a spacing, the first lower press roller 9 and the second lower press roller 10 are located between the second front belt roller 6 and the second rear belt roller 7, and the first lower press roller 9 and the second lower press roller 10 are in contact with the inner side of the lower endless belt 8 located at the upper side portion.
The first upper press roller 4 and the first lower press roller 9 are oppositely arranged, the second upper press roller 5 and the second lower press roller 10 are oppositely arranged, and the pressure between the first upper press roller 4 and the first lower press roller 9 is different from the pressure between the second upper press roller 6 and the second lower press roller 10.
In the embodiment, by arranging two groups of press rolls with different pressure intensity, ceramic powder cakes with certain breaking strength can be produced, the yield of ceramic tile production is improved, continuous production of the powder cakes is realized by pressing the press rolls, and the production efficiency is improved.
Specifically, the first upper press roller 4 and the second upper press roller 5 are both arranged on the frame of the preformer through hydraulic cylinders. The pressure exerted by the first upper press roll 4 and the second upper press roll 5 can be adjusted by means of hydraulic cylinders. Further, the hydraulic cylinder connected with the first upper press roll 4 is a first hydraulic cylinder 11, and the hydraulic cylinder connected with the second upper press roll 10 is a second hydraulic cylinder 12.
The first hydraulic cylinder 11 applies a pressure in the range of 15 to 30Bar and the second hydraulic cylinder 12 applies a pressure in the range of 60 to 100Bar.
That is, the pressure between the first upper press roller 4 and the first lower press roller 9 is smaller than the pressure between the second upper press roller 5 and the second lower press roller 10. Therefore, the flexural strength of the ceramic powder cake can be ensured to meet the production process requirements.
The belt between the first upper press roller 4 and the first front belt roller 1 is disposed obliquely upward.
The preformer further comprises an upper belt self-tensioning device 13, the belt between the first upper press roller 4 and the second upper press roller 5 passes through the upper belt self-tensioning device 13, and the belt between the first upper press roller 4 and the upper belt self-tensioning device 13 and the belt between the upper belt self-tensioning device 13 and the second upper press roller 5 have upward inclined angles.
Specifically, the upper belt self-tensioning device 13 comprises an elastic piece and a tensioning wheel, the tensioning wheel is arranged on the frame of the preformer through the elastic piece, and the upper circulating belt is lapped on the tensioning wheel. The belt between the second upper press roller 5 and the first rear belt roller 2 has an upward-inclined inclination. The exhaust of the ceramic green body in the pressing process is smooth, and the ceramic green body is effectively prevented from generating an interlayer.
It should be noted that, during the operation of the prepress, the first upper press roll 4 is located at the feeding end of the prepress, and the second upper press roll 5 is located at the discharging end of the prepress.
Through the inclined arrangement of the belt, the feeding and discharging of the preformer and the exhaust of the ceramic blank body are smooth.
Auxiliary rollers 14 are arranged on the first upper pressing roller 4 and the second upper pressing roller 5. Auxiliary rollers 14 located at the first upper press roller 4 and the second upper press roller 5 are disposed opposite to each other, and a horizontal tug 15 is disposed inside the lower endless belt corresponding to each auxiliary roller 14.
By providing the auxiliary rollers 14 on the first upper press roller 4 and the second upper press roller 5, a region of uniform pressure can be formed near the first upper press roller 4 and the second upper press roller 5. The ceramic powder passing through the area is uniformly stressed, so that the flexural strength of the ceramic powder cake is improved.
Referring to fig. 3, in this embodiment, there is also provided a cloth production line, which includes a whole module 16, a patterning machine 17, a powder spraying device 18, a roller type hydraulic prepress 19 as described above, a brick cutter 20, and a waste discharge device 21, which are sequentially disposed according to a production process, and a press 22 is connected to the rear of the waste discharge device 21.
The bricklaying machine 20 includes a transverse bricklaying machine and a longitudinal bricklaying machine.

the lower pressing mechanism comprises a second front belt roller, a second rear belt roller, a lower circulating belt, a first lower pressing roller and a second lower pressing roller;
the lower circulating belt is wound on the second front belt roller and the second rear belt roller, the first lower pressing roller and the second lower pressing roller are arranged at intervals, the first lower pressing roller and the second lower pressing roller are positioned between the second front belt roller and the second rear belt roller, and the first lower pressing roller and the second lower pressing roller are in contact with the inner side of the upper side part of the lower circulating belt;
the first upper press roll and the first lower press roll are arranged oppositely, the second upper press roll and the second lower press roll are arranged oppositely, and the pressure between the first upper press roll and the first lower press roll is smaller than the pressure between the second upper press roll and the second lower press roll; the first upper press roll is positioned at the feeding end of the preformer, and the second upper press roll is positioned at the discharging end of the preformer;
the first upper press roller and the second upper press roller are arranged on a frame of the preformer through hydraulic cylinders;
the belt between the first upper press roller and the upper belt self-tensioning device and the belt between the upper belt self-tensioning device and the second upper press roller are provided with an upward inclined inclination angle;
the upper belt self-tensioning device comprises an elastic piece and a tensioning wheel, the tensioning wheel is arranged on a rack of the preformer through the elastic piece, and the upper circulating belt is lapped on the tensioning wheel;
auxiliary rollers are arranged on the first upper pressing roller and the second upper pressing roller;
the auxiliary rollers positioned on the first upper pressing roller and the second upper pressing roller are oppositely arranged, and a horizontal tug wheel is arranged on the inner side of the lower circulating belt corresponding to each auxiliary roller.
