As shown in fig. 1 to 4, a method for preparing refined edible salt according to the present invention comprises the steps of:
s1: the top of an arc-shaped plate in the edible salt fine grinding treatment system is provided with a pneumatic rod, the bottom of a grinding plate is provided with grinding balls, and a screen is adjusted through the pneumatic rod, so that the grinding balls and the screen are matched to grind large-particle edible salt, and the grinding effect of the edible salt is improved;
s2: the screen is fixedly arranged at the end part of the air pressure rod in the S1 and is positioned below the first grinding plate, the aperture of the screen hole of the screen is smaller than that of the second hole, large-particle edible salt enters the screen from the second hole, and the edible salt can enter the next procedure only by grinding the screen again, so that the large-particle edible salt is fully ground, and the grinding efficiency of the edible salt is improved;
s3: on the basis of S1 and S2, the edible salt grains are put into an edible salt fine grinding treatment system for grinding to obtain fine edible salt;

Edible salt is an essential edible product in life, in the production of the edible salt, the caking of the edible salt is an urgent problem to be solved, and a grinding device for the edible salt exists in the prior art, but the grinding device for the edible salt in the prior art is not enough, on one hand, only primary grinding is carried out on the edible salt, and the grinding effect of the edible salt is not good due to the primary grinding; on the other hand, the edible salt grinding device does not utilize a power source generated in grinding, but adds an additional power source, thereby influencing the utilization rate of resources; the grinding machine is provided with a driving unit 2, a first grinding unit 3, a second grinding unit 4, a blanking unit 5, a first material guiding plate 11, a second material guiding plate 12 and a third material guiding plate 13; through the mutual matching among the driving unit 2, the first grinding unit 3, the second grinding unit 4, the blanking unit 5, the first material guide plate 11, the second material guide plate 12 and the third material guide plate 13, on one hand, the driving unit 2 drives the first grinding unit 3 and the second grinding unit 4 to grind edible salt grains, and the grinding effect and efficiency of the edible salt grains are improved through the graded grinding of the edible salt grains; on the other hand, the power source generated in the edible salt grinding is utilized, and the additional power source is reduced, so that the utilization rate of resources is improved.
Edible salt grains are thrown into the cylinder body 1 along the spiral plate 52, and simultaneously the driving motor 21 is driven, and the driving motor 21 drives the first shaft 23, the first air cylinder 22 and the second shaft 24 to rotate; in the rotation of the first shaft 23, the first shaft 23 drives the second grinding unit 4 to rotate, the second grinding unit 4 rotates at first, the second grinding disc 42 moves towards two sides due to the action of centrifugal force, the second grinding disc 42 extrudes the mounting plate 45, the mounting plate 45 extrudes the second air bag 44, the second air bag 44 is extruded to bulge air outwards, and the bulged air acts on the first air cylinder 22; meanwhile, the edible salt crystal grains are sent to the first grinding unit 3 through the first material guiding plate 11 for coarse grinding; when the edible salt crystal grains reach the first grinding plate 34, the first air cylinder 22 is adjusted to drive the second shaft 24 to move downwards, so that the first grinding disc 31 is in contact with the edible salt crystal grains; meanwhile, the first grinding disc 31 is driven to rotate due to the rotation of the second shaft 24, and under the matching of the first grinding disc 31 and the first grinding plate 34, the edible salt crystal grains are subjected to the rotating force and the vertical pressure, so that the edible salt crystal grains are fully ground; with the continuous adjustment of the first air cylinder 22, the first air cylinder 22 drives the first grinding disc 31 to move downwards, so that the first grinding plate 34 is driven to move downwards, the first grinding plate 34 extrudes the first air bag 33, the first air bag 33 is extruded to expand outwards, and the expanded air acts on the second air cylinder 41; when the diameter of the ground edible salt is smaller than that of the second hole 321, the coarse-ground edible salt falls from the second hole 321, and the falling edible salt is introduced into the second grinding unit 4 through the second material introducing plate 12 to be ground for the second time; when the edible salt falls into the second grinding plate 43, the second air cylinder 41 is adjusted according to the falling position of the edible salt, and the edible salt is secondarily ground under the action of the second grinding disc 42 and the second grinding plate 43; no. two cylinders 41 are adjusted after grinding, No. two cylinders 41 drive No. two grinding disks 42 to move on No. two grinding plates 43, No. two grinding disks 42 push the edible salt after grinding to No. three holes 431, so that the edible salt after grinding falls down from No. three holes 431, the edible salt after falling is led to No. one hole 14 through No. three drainage plates, and the edible salt after grinding is led out of the cylinder body 1 from No. one hole 14.
As an embodiment of the present invention, the first grinding disc 31 is provided with a first groove 311; a grinding roller 312 and a third air bag 313 are arranged on the first groove 311; the grinding roller 312 is fixedly connected to the first groove 311 through a spring and a third air bag 313. In the prior art, when the first air cylinder 22 drives the first grinding disc 31 to move downwards, the first grinding disc 31 and the first grinding plate 34 are in rigid collision, so that the first grinding disc 31 is easily damaged; according to the invention, the third air bag 313 is arranged, on one hand, the third air bag 313 buffers the collision force between the grinding roller 312 and the first grinding plate 34, so that the grinding roller 312 is prevented from being damaged, and the service life of the grinding roller 312 is prolonged; on the other hand, the third air bag 313 is inflated outwards when being squeezed, and the inflated air is used as a power source, so that the utilization rate of resources is improved.
The first air cylinder 22 drives the second shaft 24 to move downwards, so that the first grinding disc 31 moves downwards, when the first grinding plate 34 presses the grinding roller 312, the grinding roller 312 moves upwards, the grinding roller 312 presses the third air bag 313, and the third air bag 313 is pressed to blow air outwards.
As an embodiment of the present invention, the bottom of the housing 51 is provided with a control unit 6; the control unit 6 is used for controlling the amount of edible salt grains entering the barrel 1, the control unit 6 comprises a third cylinder 61, a rack 62, a fourth shaft 63 and a cam 64, one end of the third cylinder 61 is fixedly connected to the side wall of the barrel 1, and the other end of the third cylinder 61 is fixedly connected with the rack 62; one end of the fourth shaft 63 is fixedly arranged at the top of the barrel 1 through a bearing, the other end of the fourth shaft 63 is fixedly connected with the cam 64, and teeth corresponding to the rack 62 are arranged on the outer ring of the fourth shaft 63; the rack 62 is in meshed transmission with a fourth shaft 63; the cam 64 is used to block the feed opening 531. In the prior art, edible salt crystal grains are continuously conveyed into the cylinder body 1 from the blanking unit 5, whether the grinding unit 3 fully grinds the original edible salt crystal grains is not considered, and the edible salt crystal grains are all accumulated on the grinding plate 34, so that the grinding efficiency and effect of the edible salt crystal grains are influenced; according to the invention, the control unit 6 is arranged, and the amount of the edible salt crystal grains entering the cylinder body 1 from the feeding hole 531 is controlled by the control unit 6, so that the edible salt crystal grains are fully ground, and the grinding efficiency and effect of the edible salt crystal grains are improved.
Edible salt crystal grains are fed into the cylinder body 1 from the feeding hole 531 according to the spiral direction of the spiral plate 52, when the edible salt crystal grains are conveyed into the cylinder body 1 for a certain time, gas blown out of the third air bag 313 acts on the third air cylinder 61, the third air cylinder 61 pushes the rack 62 to move leftwards, and therefore the fourth shaft 63 drives the cam 64 to rotate anticlockwise, and the feeding hole 531 is blocked by the cam 64; the gas in the third air bag 313 stops acting on the third air cylinder 61, the third air cylinder 61 pulls the rack 62 to move rightwards, so that the fourth shaft 63 drives the cam 64 to rotate clockwise, and the feed port 531 is not blocked by the cam 64; the closing of the feed inlet 531 by the cam 64 is realized by controlling the third cylinder 61, so that the amount of the edible salt grains entering the cylinder body 1 is controlled, and the grinding effect of the edible salt grains is improved.
As an embodiment of the present invention, the second grinding disc 42 is composed of a third grinding disc 421, a second arc-shaped plate 422 and a fourth air bag 423; the second arc-shaped plate 422 is fixedly connected with the second cylinder 41; one end of the fourth air bag 423 is fixedly connected with the second arc-shaped plate 422, and the other end of the fourth air bag 423 is fixedly connected with the third grinding disc 421; the cross-sectional shape of the third grinding disk 421 is an arc. According to the invention, the second grinding disc 42 is arranged to be composed of the third grinding disc 421, the second arc-shaped plate 422 and the fourth air bag 423, on one hand, the fourth air bag 423 is arranged to provide a power source for subsequent operation, so that the utilization rate of resources is improved; on the other hand, the arc-shaped third grinding disc 421 increases the contact area with the edible salt, so that the ground edible salt falls down from the third hole 431, the phenomenon that the ground edible salt is left on the second grinding plate 43 to influence the subsequent grinding effect of the edible salt is avoided, and the grinding effect of the edible salt grains is improved.
As an embodiment of the present invention, the adjacent third grinding discs 421 are connected by an elastic cloth 424; the elastic cloth 424 is used for preventing the ground edible salt grains from entering between the second arc-shaped plate 422 and the first shaft 23. In the prior art, a gap exists between the adjacent third grinding discs 421, and the ground edible salt easily enters between the second arc-shaped plate 422 and the first shaft 23 from the gap, so that the adjustment of the second cylinder 41 is influenced; according to the invention, the elastic cloth 424 is arranged, and the ground edible salt is prevented from entering between the second arc-shaped plate 422 and the first shaft 23 through the elastic cloth 424, so that the grinding effect of edible salt grains is improved.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the first and second lead plates 11 and 12 have a circular arc cross section, and the circular arc first and second lead plates 11 and 12 allow the edible salt grains to smoothly fall. According to the invention, the first material guiding plate 11 and the second material guiding plate 12 are arranged in the shape of an arc, so that edible salt crystal grains are prevented from being left on the first material guiding plate 11 and the second material guiding plate 12, and the grinding effect of the edible salt crystal grains is improved.
As an embodiment of the present invention, the third material guiding plate 13 is an elastic plate, and one side of the third material guiding plate 13 is provided with a fourth cylinder 15; one end of one of the four cylinders 15 is fixedly connected with the side wall of the barrel body 1, the other end of the one of the four cylinders is fixedly connected with the third material guiding plate 13, one end of the other one of the four cylinders 15 is fixedly connected with the third material guiding plate 13, and the other end of the other one of the four cylinders is fixedly connected with the rotating ring 231. The edible salt falling from the third hole 431 to the third material guiding plate 13 is adhered, so that the quality of the edible salt is influenced; according to the invention, the fourth cylinder 15 is arranged, and the third material guiding plate 13 is shaken by adjusting the fourth cylinder 15, so that edible salt is prevented from being adhered to the third material guiding plate 13, and the quality of the edible salt is improved.
When in use, the edible salt crystal grains are fed into the cylinder body 1 from the feed port 531 according to the spiral direction of the spiral plate 52; when edible salt crystal grains conveyed into the cylinder body 1 are determined, gas blown out from the third air bag 313 acts on the third air cylinder 61, the third air cylinder 61 pushes the rack 62 to move leftwards, the fourth shaft 63 drives the cam 64 to rotate anticlockwise, the cam 64 plugs the feed port 531, and therefore the amount of the edible salt crystal grains entering the cylinder body 1 is controlled; simultaneously driving a driving motor 21, wherein the driving motor 21 drives a first shaft 23, a first air cylinder 22 and a second shaft 24 to rotate; in the rotation of the first shaft 23, the first shaft 23 drives the second grinding unit 4 to rotate, the second grinding unit 4 rotates at first, the second grinding disc 42 moves towards two sides due to the action of centrifugal force, the second grinding disc 42 extrudes the mounting plate 45, the mounting plate 45 extrudes the second air bag 44, the second air bag 44 is extruded to blow outwards, the blown gas acts on the first air cylinder 22, and the edible salt crystal grains are sent to the first grinding unit 3 through the first material guiding plate 11 to be subjected to coarse grinding; when the edible salt grains reach the first grinding plate 34, the first air cylinder 22 drives the second shaft 24 to move downwards by adjusting the first air cylinder 22; when the grinding roller 312 is pressed by the first grinding plate 34, the grinding roller 312 moves upwards, the grinding roller 312 presses the third air bag 313, and the third air bag 313 is pressed to blow air outwards; meanwhile, the first grinding disc 31 is driven to rotate due to the rotation of the second shaft 24, and under the matching of the grinding roller 312 and the first grinding plate 34, the edible salt crystal grains are subjected to the rotating force and the pressure in the vertical direction, so that the edible salt crystal grains are fully ground; with the continuous adjustment of the first air cylinder 22, the first air cylinder 22 drives the first grinding disc 31 to move downwards, so that the first grinding plate 34 is driven to move downwards, the first grinding plate 34 extrudes the first air bag 33, the first air bag 33 is extruded to expand outwards, and the expanded air acts on the second air cylinder 41; when the diameter of the ground edible salt is smaller than that of the second hole 321, the coarse-ground edible salt falls from the second hole 321, and the falling edible salt is introduced into the second grinding unit 4 through the second material introducing plate 12 to be ground for the second time; when edible salt falls into the second grinding plate 43, the second air cylinder 41 is adjusted according to the falling position of the edible salt, and the edible salt is secondarily ground under the action of the third grinding disc 421 and the second grinding plate 43; no. two cylinders 41 are adjusted after grinding, No. two cylinders 41 drive No. three abrasive disc 421 to move on No. two lapping plates 43, and No. three abrasive disc 421 pushes away the edible salt after grinding to No. three hole 431 departments for the edible salt after grinding falls from No. three hole 431 departments, and at this moment, No. four cylinders 15 are constantly adjusted, make No. four cylinders 15 drive No. three and draw the shake of material board 13, make the edible salt after grinding all draw barrel 1 from No. one hole 14.

1. A preparation method of refined edible salt is characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
s1: the top of a first arc-shaped plate in the edible salt fine grinding treatment system is provided with a pneumatic rod, and the bottom of the first grinding plate is provided with a grinding ball;
s2: fixedly mounting a screen at the end part of the air pressure rod in the S1, wherein the screen is positioned below the first grinding plate, and the aperture of a sieve hole of the screen is smaller than that of the second hole;
s3: on the basis of S1 and S2, the edible salt grains are put into an edible salt fine grinding treatment system for grinding to obtain fine edible salt;
