技术领域
本发明属于医疗技术领域,具体涉及一种温氧结合理疗机。
背景技术
目前抗癌治疗以外科手术和化疗、放疗为主,成本高、病人痛苦大,疗效不理想。本技术方案以远红外线升高全身体温,同时高浓度吸氧结合临床治疗方案可以改善身体微循环供氧,增强人体各项机能适应放、化疗的不利影响,大幅度提高人体免疫力。同时适用于人体多种因免疫力降低,缺氧造成的疾病。
低温缺氧为万病之源,肿瘤疾病的重要诱因是免疫力降低和缺氧。现在临床上多以局部远红外线加热理疗的治疗方法,尚无全身加热升高体温的医疗器械,医学研究证明体温升高会成倍提高免疫力,大约每升高一度会增强6倍,有些特定的免疫机能只有在高体温下才能实现,国内外都有记录持续高烧病人意外肿瘤细胞消亡。肿瘤细胞不耐高温,医学研究发现在43摄氏度会引起肿瘤细胞凋亡,有记录显示在42度持续4小时就会引起肿瘤细胞凋亡,正常细胞的耐受温度为45度左右,可以利用正常细胞耐受的温度差来消除、抑制肿瘤细胞。缺氧也是重要的癌症诱因,其机理非常复杂,研究发现,改善供氧可以限制癌细胞转移并激活免疫***对抗癌细胞。临床实践证明持续60%浓度吸氧就可以限制肿瘤细胞的繁殖和转移,临床上也有高压氧仓***疾病的方法。通过提升体温可使毛细血管扩张,改善微循环,吸氧提高血氧饱和度改善组织供氧,再加上人体各项机能和免疫力随着温度提高,可以极大地改善体内环境,配合临床治疗手段可以增强对肿瘤细胞抑制和消灭的疗效,也可以减弱放化疗对人体的不利影响。使用非常方便、安全,没有副作用。
以上技术除了可以提高肿瘤疾病治疗效果,对缺氧、免疫力低下、器官功能降低引发的多种疾病也有较好的辅助疗效。为此,提出一种温氧结合理疗机。

一种温氧结合理疗机,包括碳纤维远红外电热套、多功能制氧机和多功能传感器手环。
所述碳纤维远红外电热套由内而外分别为内衬、碳纤维电热丝、热反射层和保温层,所述碳纤维电热丝曲折不交叉分布于内衬上下两面,且碳纤维电热丝一段通过电源线与单片机连接,所述碳纤维电热丝通过缝线固定在热反射层内侧,所述热反射层外面包裹是保温层,碳纤维远红外电热套两侧采用拉链开边设计。
多功能制氧机主要由制氧机模块、负离子发生器模块、恒温控制器、lcd屏组成;所述制氧机模块通过鼻导管或面罩对病人供氧;所述负离子发生器模块采用电阻低、抗氧化的材料做电极,高压电晕放电产生负氧离子;所述恒温控制器内设有高精度数字的温度传感器芯片,该温度传感器芯片通过导线连接固定在内衬内,且采用防水设计;温度传感器芯片的实时输出数字信号连接温度控制芯片,温度控制芯片采用单片机通过PID控制可控硅功率控制器,可编程设定工作时间、工作温度、自动报警、断电温度;lcd屏连接单片机时,可显示实时温度、设定温度、设定时间、工作时间、超温报警、启动关闭提示。lcd屏连接制氧机时,可显示氧气浓度、氧气流量、负离子发生器工作显示等,lcd屏连接内置蓝牙接收芯片时,接收多功能传感器手环传来的信号,可实时显示人体血压、心率、血氧饱和度、心电图等基本信息。
多功能传感器手环内置有内置心率、血压、心电、传感器芯片,各传感器信号由低功耗蓝牙4.0无线输出,由多功能制氧机内的蓝牙接收器接收信号,并通过lcd屏显示。

下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细描述:
如图1-7所示,一种温氧结合理疗机,包括碳纤维远红外电热套1、多功能制氧机和多功能传感器手环。
碳纤维远红外电热套1由内而外分别为内衬7、碳纤维电热丝2、热反射层6和保温层5。内衬7由柔软且具有一定厚度的阻燃面料制成,避免身体和碳纤维电热丝直接接触。碳纤维电热丝2由铁氟龙绝缘层8和碳纤维9组成,碳纤维9外面包裹铁氟龙绝缘层8。铁氟龙绝缘层8采用透明铁氟龙耐高温阻燃绝缘材料制成。碳纤维9采用12k、t700规格长。碳纤维电热丝2曲折不交叉分布于内衬7上下两面,可以双向辐射远红外线,有利于辐射均匀升高体温。碳纤维电热丝2一段通过电源线4与单片机连接。碳纤维电热丝2通过缝线固定在热反射层6内侧,热反射层6由多层涂银阻燃面料制成,可以反射远红外线被人体吸收。热反射层6外面包裹是保温层5,保温层5由具有一定厚度的柔软阻燃面料制成,可以保持加热套内的温度。碳纤维远红外电热套1两侧采用拉链3开边设计,方便使用者出入电热套,使用时双侧拉链合边,减少温度散失。
多功能制氧机为多种功能一体化,有利于体积紧凑、使用方便。多功能制氧机主要由制氧机模块、负离子发生器模块、恒温控制器、lcd屏组成。制氧机模块,利用现有分子筛交换吸附原理,制成小型台式制氧机,可分离出高浓度氧气,使用时维持90%以上浓度氧气和每分钟两升以上的流量,设置流量和浓度选择按键,并通过鼻导管或面罩对病人供氧。负离子发生器模块采用电阻低、抗氧化的材料做电极,高压电晕放电产生负氧离子,对人体具有多种有益作用,可以抵抗放化疗对人体的不利影响。其间会产生微量臭氧,处于安全浓度范围(<0.1ppm)对人体影响很小,也具有抗癌效果。恒温控制器内设有高精度数字的温度传感器芯片,该温度传感器芯片通过导线连接固定在内衬7内,且采用防水设计,避免出汗影响;温度传感器芯片的实时输出数字信号连接温度控制芯片,温度控制芯片采用单片机通过PID控制可控硅功率控制器,可编程设定工作时间、工作温度、自动报警、断电温度。lcd屏连接单片机,可显示实时温度、设定温度、设定时间、工作时间、超温报警、启动关闭提示。lcd屏连接制氧机,可显示氧气浓度、氧气流量、负离子发生器工作显示等,lcd屏连接内置蓝牙接收芯片,接收多功能传感器手环传来的信号,可实时显示人体血压、心率、血氧饱和度、心电图等基本信息。
多功能传感器手环的使用者处于高温富氧异常环境,安全起见有必要对使用者进行生命体征监测。多功能传感器手环集成现有传感器芯片技术,内置有内置心率、血压、心电、传感器芯片,使用者在加热套内佩戴在手腕上,可以采用ECG心电芯片和PPG光电传感器,感受心率、血压、心电变化。各传感器信号由低功耗蓝牙4.0无线输出,由多功能制氧机内的蓝牙接收器接收信号,并通过lcd屏显示。如果患者不适并超出体征安全范围立即关闭电源。
在使用时,先将设定温度改为42摄氏度,再根据使用者耐受情况可适当调节温度。

所述碳纤维远红外电热套(1)由内而外分别为内衬(7)、碳纤维电热丝(2)、热反射层(6)和保温层(5),所述碳纤维电热丝(2)曲折不交叉分布于内衬(7)上下两面,且碳纤维电热丝(2)一段通过电源线(4)与单片机连接,所述碳纤维电热丝(2)通过缝线固定在热反射层(6)内侧,所述热反射层(6)外面包裹是保温层(5),碳纤维远红外电热套(1)两侧采用拉链(3)开边设计;
多功能制氧机主要由制氧机模块、负离子发生器模块、恒温控制器、lcd屏组成;所述制氧机模块通过鼻导管或面罩对病人供氧;所述负离子发生器模块采用电阻低、抗氧化的材料做电极,高压电晕放电产生负氧离子;所述恒温控制器内设有高精度数字的温度传感器芯片,该温度传感器芯片通过导线连接固定在内衬(7)内,且采用防水设计;温度传感器芯片的实时输出数字信号连接温度控制芯片,温度控制芯片采用单片机通过PID控制可控硅功率控制器,可编程设定工作时间、工作温度、自动报警、断电温度;lcd屏连接单片机时,可显示实时温度、设定温度、设定时间、工作时间、超温报警、启动关闭提示。lcd屏连接制氧机时,可显示氧气浓度、氧气流量、负离子发生器工作显示等,lcd屏连接内置蓝牙接收芯片时,接收多功能传感器手环传来的信号,可实时显示人体血压、心率、血氧饱和度、心电图等基本信息;
多功能传感器手环内置有内置心率、血压、心电、传感器芯片,各传感器信号由低功耗蓝牙4.0无线输出,由多功能制氧机内的蓝牙接收器接收信号,并通过lcd屏显示。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种温氧结合理疗机,其特征在于:所述碳纤维电热丝(2)由铁氟龙绝缘层(8)和碳纤维(9)组成,所述碳纤维(9)外面包裹铁氟龙绝缘层(8)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种温氧结合理疗机,其特征在于:所述铁氟龙绝缘层(8)采用透明铁氟龙耐高温阻燃绝缘材料制成。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种温氧结合理疗机,其特征在于:所述碳纤维(9)采用12k、t700规格长。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种温氧结合理疗机,其特征在于:所述内衬(7)由柔软且具有一定厚度的阻燃面料制成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种温氧结合理疗机,其特征在于:所述热反射层(6)由多层涂银阻燃面料制成。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种温氧结合理疗机,其特征在于:所述保温层(5)由具有一定厚度的柔软阻燃面料制成。
