本发明公开了一种防静电无纺布及其生产工艺,按重量份组分为,包括以下组份:涤纶纤维60‑80份、锦纶纤维70‑80份、棉纤维35‑45份、桑蚕丝10‑15份、银纤维8‑15份、环保型粘合剂6‑10份、铅化合物30‑40份。本发明通过采用环保型粘合剂代替传统的粘合剂,可以提高无纺布中纤维的粘合性、环保性,而且通过防静电液对无纺布进行浸泡,进一步增强无纺布的防静电性,同时在其制备过程中加入一定量的甲壳素纤维和牛奶蛋白纤维,可以增强无纺布的抗菌性,提高其存放质量,与现有技术相比,本发明不仅可以加工出高质量的防静电无纺布,生产效率高,资源浪费少,而且造出的无纺布具有抗静电性、抗菌性、环保性能好,同时不易损坏,而且可长时间存储,不易发霉。

作为本发明再进一步的方案:还包括防静电液,所述防静电液由以下质量份的物质构成:铝粉5份、石墨粉15份、分散剂1份、丙烯酸粘合剂14份。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述防静电液的制备步骤为:将铝粉和石墨粉加入混料机中进行搅拌混合15min,然后再加入一定量的丙烯酸粘合剂和分散剂,继续搅拌15min,直至搅拌均匀后即可得到成品防静电液。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述环保型粘合剂按重量份组分,包括以下组份:粘合剂5-30份、硅酸钠1-10份、铝酸钠1-10份、非水溶剂10-50份、乳化剂2-15份。

步骤1):按成分组成比例,称取配方所需的乳化剂,加入配制容器中;
步骤2):依次在配制容器中加入配方所需的粘合剂,每加入一种物质后用搅拌机进行均匀搅拌,使其充分与乳化剂乳化完全;
步骤3):继步骤2)结束后,依次在配制容器中加入配方所需的铝酸钠、铝酸钠及非水溶剂,用搅拌机搅拌,使其充分溶解;
步骤4):继步骤3)结束后,在配制容器中加水至100%,用搅拌机搅拌,使混合均匀,即可。

S1、原料预处理:将环保型粘合剂定量加入棉纤维内制成粘胶纤维,其中环保型粘合剂与棉纤维的比例为1:1-1:5;
S2、:制备外层纤维网:将涤纶纤维、锦纶纤维、桑蚕丝、银纤维、亚麻纤维、甲壳素纤维、粘胶纤维进行混合,用无纺布梳理机制成外层无纺布纤维网;
S3、制备内层纤维网:将上述的粘胶纤维、铅化合物、硼化合物、牛奶蛋白纤维、棉纤维进行混合,用无纺布梳理机制成外层无纺布纤维网;
S4、喷涂、贴合:利用喷涂装置将环保型粘合剂均匀喷涂到外层无纺布纤维网和内层无纺布纤维网之间,再通过上下振动内外层无纺布纤维网,便于使环保型粘合剂快速渗透到无纺布纤维网中;
S5、低温干燥:将振动处理后的无纺布纤维网放入烘箱中进行烘干,无纺布纤维网通过烘箱的速度为10-30米/分钟;
S6、浸泡:将干燥后的无纺布纤维网放入盛有防静电液体的浸泡池内,每米浸泡5分钟,然后拿出晾干,进而制得防静电式无纺布;
S7、压卷、打包:将制得的无纺布进行切边、绕卷、包装、入库。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明涉及的一种防静电无纺布及其生产工艺,在实际使用时,通过采用环保型粘合剂代替传统的粘合剂,不仅可以提高无纺布中纤维的粘合性,而且进一步提高了无纺布的环保性,而且通过防静电液对无纺布进行浸泡,可以进一步增强无纺布的防静电性,提高其适用范围,同时在其制备过程中加入一定量的甲壳素纤维和牛奶蛋白纤维,可以增强无纺布的抗菌性,提高其存放质量,与现有技术相比,本发明不仅可以加工出高质量的防静电无纺布,而且生产效率高,资源浪费少,同时造出的无纺布具有抗静电性、抗菌性、且环保性能好,而且不易损坏,而且可长时间存储,不易发霉。

综上所述,本发明涉及的一种防静电无纺布及其生产工艺,与现有技术相比,本发明不仅可以加工出高质量的防静电无纺布,而且生产效率高,资源浪费少,同时造出的无纺布的具有抗静电性、抗菌性、且环保性能好,而且不易损坏,而且可长时间存储,不易发霉。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防静电无纺布,其特征在于,按重量份组分为,包括以下组份:涤纶纤维70份、锦纶纤维75份、棉纤维40份、桑蚕丝12份、银纤维10份、环保型粘合剂8份、铅化合物35份、硼化合物10份、亚麻纤维25份、甲壳素纤维22份、牛奶蛋白纤维15份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防静电无纺布及其生产工艺,其特征在于,还包括防静电液,所述防静电液由以下质量份的物质构成:铝粉5份、石墨粉15份、分散剂1份、丙烯酸粘合剂14份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种防静电无纺布及其生产工艺,其特征在于,所述防静电液的制备步骤为:将铝粉和石墨粉加入混料机中进行搅拌混合15min,然后再加入一定量的丙烯酸粘合剂和分散剂,继续搅拌15min,直至搅拌均匀后即可得到成品防静电液。

7.根据权利要求5所述的一种防静电无纺布及其生产工艺,其特征在于,所述环保型粘合剂的制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤1):按成分组成比例,称取配方所需的乳化剂,加入配制容器中;
步骤2):依次在配制容器中加入配方所需的粘合剂,每加入一种物质后用搅拌机进行均匀搅拌,使其充分与乳化剂乳化完全;
