The invention discloses a double-layer protection bag for silk film assembly and a using method thereof. The double-layer protection bag is used for protecting the silk film structure, the silk film structure arranged in the double-layer protection bag is arranged in the partition board, the outer layer film of the double-layer protection bag is pulled to drive the inner layer film to be peeled off from the silk film structure, the inner layer film is prevented from being rubbed with the silk film structure, and the silk film structure is further prevented from being damaged due to friction.

Background
The membrane oxygenator mainly comprises a lower cover, an oxygenating part and an upper cover, wherein the lower cover and the upper cover are respectively covered at two ends of the oxygenating part, and a silk membrane structure is arranged in the oxygenating part. Referring to fig. 8, the silk membrane structure 6 is usually installed in the protective bag 5, and the silk membrane structure 6 installed in the protective bag 5 is directly pushed into the partition 7 of the oxygenation part by a mechanical method. Usually the diameter of the filament-film structure 6 is larger than the diameter of the spacer 7, the filament-film structure 6 has to be compressed such that the diameter of the filament-film structure 6 is smaller than the diameter of the spacer 7 in order to be able to push the filament-film structure 6 into the spacer 7. After the silk film structure 6 is arranged in the partition board 7, the protective bag body 5 between the silk film structure 6 and the partition board 7 must be drawn out, the protective bag body 5 is a single-layer film at present, when the protective bag body 5 is drawn out from the space between the silk film structure 6 and the partition board 7, because the contact area between the protective bag body 5 and the silk film structure 6 and the partition board 7 is large, the friction force generated between the protective bag body 5 and the silk film structure 6 and the partition board 7 is also large, the protective bag body 5 is difficult to be directly drawn out from the protective bag body, and the silk film structure 6 is easy to be damaged in.

Please refer to fig. 1, which is a cross-sectional view of a dual-layer protection bag according to a first embodiment of the present invention; as shown in the figure, this embodiment provides a double-deck protection bag 1 for silk membrane equipment, and double-deck protection bag 1 of this embodiment is used for cladding silk membrane structure, when adorning in double-deck protection bag 1's silk membrane structure and stuffing in the baffle, double-deck protection bag 1 can protect the silk membrane structure to avoid producing the friction with the baffle in stuffing the in-process, leads to the silk membrane structure to produce the damage. Please refer to fig. 2 to 5, which are diagrams illustrating a usage status of the double-layered protection bag according to the first embodiment of the present invention; as shown in the figures, when the double-layer protection bag 1 of the present embodiment is used for assembling the silk-film structure 2, the silk-film structure 2 is firstly placed into the protection bag 10 from the opening 103, and then the tightening member 3 tightens the end of the protection bag 10 having the opening 103. Then, the silk film structure 2 arranged in the double-layer protection bag 1 is compressed by extrusion to reduce the volume of the silk film structure 2, so that the diameter of the silk film structure 2 is smaller than the inner diameter of the partition board 4, the compressed silk film structure 2 is inserted into the partition board 4, the sealing part 104 and one end of the protection bag body 10 with the opening 103 are respectively exposed from two ends of the partition board 4, and the protection bag body 10 is positioned between the silk film structure 2 and the partition board 4. After the silk film structure 2 loaded in the double-layer protection bag 1 is stuffed in the partition board 4, the double-layer protection bag 1 must be drawn out from between the silk film structure 2 and the partition board 4. In this embodiment, the method of withdrawing the double-layered protection bag 1 from between the silk-film structure 2 and the partition 4 is to remove the sealing portion 104, i.e. to cut from the sealing portion 104 and the cutting area 105 between the connection of the second film layer 102 and the first film layer 101, so that the second end 101b of the protection bag 10 has the opening 103, and at the same time, one end of the second film layer 102 at the connection is still connected to the first film layer 101. Then, the tightening member 3 is released, the second film layer 102 is pulled from the first end 101a of the protective bag 10, so that the second film layer 102 drives the first film layer 101 to open relative to the filament-film structure 2, that is, the first film layer 101 is driven by the second film layer 102 and slowly separated from the filament-film structure 2 in a peeling manner, as shown in fig. 6, friction between the first film layer 101 and the filament-film structure 2 is avoided, and the filament-film structure 2 is prevented from being damaged due to the friction.
Please refer to fig. 7, which is a diagram illustrating a usage status of a double-layered protection bag according to a second embodiment of the present invention; as shown in the figures, the dual-layer protection bag 1 of the present embodiment is different from the dual-layer protection bag of the previous embodiment in that the second film 102 protrudes from the first end 101a of the first film 101 relative to the end of the second film 102 connected to the first film 101, in other words, the end of the second film 102 not connected to the first film 101 is not aligned with the first end 101a of the first film 101, when the dual-layer protection bag 1 is withdrawn, a user can easily pull the second film 102 directly, so as to avoid the damage of the silk film structure 2 caused by the friction between the user and the first film 101 when the user pulls the first film 101.

removing the sealing part;
and pulling the second film layer positioned at the first end of the protective bag body to enable the second film layer to drive the first film layer to be peeled off from the silk film structure.
