Background
The T-shaped connection terminal is mainly used for connecting T-shaped branching lines when main cables (trunk lines) in building and industrial electrical equipment cannot be cut off; the PE line, which is what we refer to as the ground line, in high-rise homes, the PE trunk line is connected vertically from the roof to the ground, and the living in each floor is connected to the PE trunk line by the PE branch line. The invention has the advantages that the PE trunk is connected by adopting the lug, the PE trunk does not need to be cut off or connected by puncturing during the access, but the insulation layer is partially stripped, and the copper conductor is exposed for crimping; when the branch lines are connected, only the insulation layer is required to be stripped at the tail end, the exposed copper conductor is penetrated in the branch line hole to be connected in a pressing mode, and the connection mode is low in resistance, so that the reliability of grounding can be ensured. The terminal block is crimped on the flat steel of floor through the installation knot at binding post's both ends, need not punch on the flat steel, simple to operate. The terminal cover is externally arranged and transparent to cover the whole wiring terminal, so that dust prevention and inspection are facilitated.
The invention further provides that the mounting buckle is formed by connecting two side surfaces through a bottom surface, and one side surface of the mounting buckle is connected with a mounting screw in a threaded manner. The terminal seat and the flat steel are pressed together by the mounting buckle through the screw on the side surface, and the connection is convenient and reliable.
The invention further provides that the two end surfaces of the terminal cover are correspondingly provided with mounting buckles to form mounting grooves. The mounting groove is flat steel abdication, so that the coverage of the terminal cover is tighter.
The invention is further arranged that a waist-shaped hole is formed on the fixing seat, the wiring terminal forms a branch fixing seat hole at the top end of one end of the branch hole, a screw is arranged on the fixing seat and penetrates through the outer end of the waist-shaped hole to be connected in the branch fixing seat hole so as to realize the fixed connection with the wiring terminal, a trunk fixing seat hole is formed between the wiring lug connecting holes at one end of the wiring lug by the wiring terminal, and the screw is arranged on the fixing seat and penetrates through the inner end of the waist-shaped hole to be connected in the trunk fixing seat hole so as to realize the fixed connection with the wiring terminal. The fixing seat is formed by a set of die, and is respectively connected with fixing seat holes at different positions at two ends of the connecting terminal in an adapting mode, so that the production cost is low.
The invention is further characterized in that the bottom of the terminal seat is provided with a bottom plate, two top plates are formed on the bottom plate, the bottom plate is connected below the terminal accommodating cavity, the terminal is fixed in the terminal seat through the top plates, and a gap for the fixing seat to pass through is formed between the two ends of the bottom plate and the terminal. The bottom plate is arranged to facilitate the installation of the wiring terminal into the terminal seat, and the wiring terminal can be fixed.
The invention further provides that the fixing seat is Z-shaped, one end of the fixing seat is connected with the wiring terminal, and the other end of the fixing seat is provided with the mounting buckle. The setting of the fixing base with the installation knot of Z moves down, makes things convenient for the setting of terminal lid.
The invention is further provided with the positioning holes on the fixed seat, the terminal seat is provided with the positioning rods corresponding to the positioning holes, and the positioning rods penetrate through the positioning holes to limit the fixed seat. The fixing seat is limited through the cooperation of the locating rod and the locating hole, the fixing seat is prevented from swinging left and right, and the stability of connection is improved.
The invention further provides that the terminal cover is arch bridge-shaped, the upper end face of the terminal cover is a plane matched with the upper side of the terminal cover, the two ends of the terminal cover are bent downwards, the edges of the two ends respectively form a mounting groove, and the two sides of the terminal cover form side skirts along the edges. The terminal cover with the shape has simple and beautiful structure and convenient installation.
