Detailed Description
The technical solution in the present application will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 shows a head-mounted display device in the prior art. As shown in fig. 1, the head-mounted display device includes a display screen 110 and a headband component 120, the headband component 120 is made of a ring-shaped hard material, for example, the headband component 120 may be made of a hard material such as plastic or metal, and the headband component 120 further includes a wheel and a rack, and the wheel and the rack are driven by the wheel located at the hindbrain position, so as to adjust the size.
Based on the head-mounted display device shown in fig. 1, because the large-sized hard material is adopted, the head-mounted display device is bulky, difficult to store and difficult to carry. In addition, the head-mounted display device shown in fig. 1 has a complicated structure, a large number of parts, a heavy weight, and a high cost. The structures such as the gear, the rotating wheel and the like for adjustment are positioned behind the brain and have the structural thickness not less than 30mm, so that the head-wearing display equipment is easy to be clung to the head when a user lies down or leans against the head, and the head-wearing display equipment cannot be used for a long time.
Fig. 2 shows a head-mounted display device in the prior art. As shown in fig. 2, the head-mounted display device includes a display screen 210 and a headband part 220, the headband part 220 is formed by weaving cloth and elastic tape, is hung on the display screen 210, and is fixed by a hook and loop fastener, and the length and size of the head-mounted display device can be adjusted by adjusting the sticking position.
Based on the head-mounted display device shown in fig. 2, since the position of the head band part 220 is generally adjusted by 2-3 sections of velcro tapes when using the velcro tapes, the operation of adjusting the length is difficult. In addition, since each of the sections of the hook and loop fasteners needs to be tightened on the head, the overall comfort is poor, for example, the positions of the ears interfere with the headband component 220. Soft headbands are generally not securely locked and comfortably supported.
In view of this, embodiments of the present application provide an adjustable headband apparatus that may be easily adjusted and stowable by employing elastic members such as elastic bands and a rotating wheel assembly member such as a wire winding wheel.
It should be understood that the adjustable headband of the embodiments of the present application may be applied to a head mounted display device, for example, the head mounted display device may be a Virtual Reality (VR) device or an Augmented Reality (AR) device, etc.

It should be understood that, in the embodiment of the present application, except for the front support component, the rest components may be soft materials, and may be folded and stored to achieve volume reduction.
In one example, the headband apparatus structure may be mainly composed of a front support part, left and right elastic bands (elastic parts), a rear braid (rear connection part), a rear support, left and right stay wires (stay wire parts), left and right pulley groups (pulley group parts).
Wherein, the front support can adopt a plastic component, and a rotating wheel set is assembled on the plastic component and is fixed with the elastic band (screw or glue). The inner surface of the front support is pasted with a buffer foam which is contacted with the forehead of a user. The elastic band has the elasticity function and is used for adjusting the wearing elasticity, and the stay wire penetrates through the inner part of the elastic band; the elastic band and the back weaving band are woven together; the rear woven bag is double-layer woven cloth, the stay wire penetrates through the two side cloth, and the tail end of the stay wire is fixed on the woven cloth; the back support is made of soft materials such as pu-back tpu and the like, and is adhered to the middle of the back woven belt to provide the support comfort level of the hindbrain part of a user; the stay wire is annular, a nylon rope or a steel wire rope, the tail end of the stay wire is fixed in the double-layer woven cloth, the tail end of the left stay wire is fixed at the right end of the rear woven belt, the tail end of the right stay wire is fixed at the left end of the rear woven belt, and the front end of the stay wire is hung on the gears at two sides and surrounds the shafts of the gears; the runner group can contain runner, gear and screw, and the gear is stirred to the runner and is rotated, and the gear cooperates with the tooth's socket on the preceding support, has the locking effect, and the gear just can rotate when only rotating the runner. The rotating wheel and the gear are sleeved on the screw column supported in front and fixed by screws. The front end of the pull wire is hung on the wire hanging buckle of the gear and then wound on the winding post of the gear. The gear rotates to enable the stay wire to be wound or loosened, so that the stay wire is tightened, and then the length of the braided belt is tightened. Therefore, the elastic band provides the initial tightening action, and the rotating wheel drives the stay wire to provide the final tightening and loosening and realize the locking. Except the front support, the other parts are soft and can be folded and stored, so that the volume is reduced.

Except the front support, the other parts are soft and can be folded and stored, so that the volume is reduced.
It should be understood that the retracting action of the pulling wire can be realized by the pulling wire and the rotating wheel set in the embodiment of the application. If the current size is larger, the stay wire is longer, and the redundant stay wire is tightened through the rotating wheel set. If the current size is small, a portion of the pull cord may be paid out from the double braided strap.
In an embodiment of the present application, there is provided an adjustable headband apparatus capable of ensuring lightness and storage of the headband apparatus while improving adjustability and comfortable wearability by employing elastic members such as an elastic band and a headband apparatus of a rotating wheel group member.
It will be understood that where an element is described in embodiments herein as being "secured to" another element, it can be directly or indirectly secured to the other element; similarly, an element described in an embodiment of the present application as "connected" to another element may be directly connected or indirectly connected.
The above description is only for the specific embodiments of the present application, but the scope of the present application is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art can easily conceive of the changes or substitutions within the technical scope of the present application, and shall be covered by the scope of the present application. Therefore, the protection scope of the present application shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.
