Abstract
A hemispherical valve with valve core track is composed of spherical valve body, valve cover, valve shaft seat, spherical crankshaft between valve shaft seats, spherical valve core, valve body sealing ring at outlet in valve body, valve core sealing ring matched with valve body sealing ring, valve driver on valve cover, and roller on radial short shaft. The valve core is hinged on the spherical crankshaft, and the valve core rotates under the constraint of the circular arc track under the drive of the spherical crankshaft, so that the valve body sealing ring and the valve core sealing ring are less in abrasion during opening and closing, and the sealing pair can be matched after long-term use.

Technical Field

The driving device drives the spherical crankshaft to rotate along the valve shaft to drive the spherical crown valve core to rotate in the forward direction and the reverse direction along the valve shaft, so that the half ball valve is opened and closed.
In the prior art, the middle of the spherical crown-shaped valve core of the half ball valve is connected in the middle of the spherical crankshaft in a positioning manner and is of a cantilever structure, when the half ball valve is opened and closed, the abrasion of the valve body sealing ring and the valve core sealing ring is large, after a period of use, the valve core and the spherical crankshaft are connected loose, and the sealing pair cannot be matched for a long time after long-term use.

When the valve is opened, the driving device drives the spherical crankshaft to rotate forward along the valve shaft, the valve core moves radially for a small distance under the driving of the spherical crankshaft and leaves the valve body sealing ring, a certain gap is reserved between the valve core sealing ring and the valve body sealing ring, then the valve core rotates forward along the valve shaft under the constraint of the circular arc track to open the valve, when the valve is closed, the driving device drives the spherical crankshaft to rotate reversely along the valve shaft, and before the valve core rotates reversely under the constraint of the circular arc track under the driving of the spherical crankshaft to reach the position of the valve body sealing ring, the valve core sealing ring and the valve body sealing ring can have a certain gap, and then the driving device drives the spherical crankshaft to rotate reversely for a small distance along the valve shaft, so that the sealing pair is attached.
