Abstract
The invention provides a resin plate applied to a market atrium, which comprises a body and a connecting part. The body is fixedly connected with the hoisting structure through the connecting part. The connecting part is a bolt pre-buried in the body. The bolts are flange face bolts. Therefore, the integrity of the resin plate is improved, so that the resin plate has better cracking resistance; and the bolt alignment procedure in the construction process is canceled. In addition, a hoisting structure is provided, which comprises a fixed pillar, a supporting arm connected with the fixed pillar and extending outwards, and a connecting plate fixed at the end part of the supporting arm. The fixed support column is fixedly connected with the supporting vertical plate. The bolts penetrate through the connecting plates and are tightly connected with the resin plates by means of nuts. A U-shaped open slot is formed in the connecting plate and is matched with the bolt. The structure form that the traditional single resin plate is supported by mutually independent fixed support posts is changed, the stress state of the resin plate after the installation is finished is greatly optimized, and the overall tolerance and stability of the resin plate are improved.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of constructional engineering, in particular to a resin plate applied to a market atrium and a hoisting structure matched with the resin plate.
Background
Along with the improvement of living standard, people increasingly pursue artistic patterns and unusual artistic effects on decoration and fitment. The market is no longer a place to buy and sell goods alone today, and especially the market built in urban areas has evolved gradually to provide people with a comfortable and elegant multifunctional leisure space, wherein the decoration of the interior space plays a vital role. The conventional decorative materials and styles have caused visual fatigue of people, new markets strive to have unique characteristics in design, wherein the resin plate has the advantages of low manufacturing cost and good construction molding effect, and is increasingly widely applied in the actual construction process. However, in actual construction, the bolts need to pass through the through holes of the resin plate to realize positioning and connection with the hoisting structure, so that a great amount of manpower and material resource investment is additionally increased, the construction efficiency is low, the whole period of engineering is influenced, in addition, cracks are easily generated at the through holes, the whole service life of the resin plate and the personal safety of customers are influenced, and therefore, the research of the resin plate and the hoisting structure matched with the resin plate is urgently needed by those skilled in the art.

The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing the resin plate which has simple structural design, good integrity, good cracking resistance and high installation efficiency and is applied to a market atrium.

The invention provides a resin plate applied to a market atrium, which comprises a body and a connecting part. The body is fixedly connected with the hoisting structure through the connecting part. The connecting part is a bolt pre-buried in the body. The bolts are flange face bolts.
By adopting the technical scheme, the flange face bolt is embedded in the resin plate and used as a connecting part. On one hand, the integrity of the resin plate is improved, so that the resin plate has better cracking resistance; in addition, the bolt alignment procedure in the construction process is canceled, and the construction efficiency is greatly improved.
As a further improvement of the present invention, the body is made of a transparent resin plate, and has a hyperboloid shape in appearance.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme to set up, the resin board is whole to be transparent, has better shaping effect, and in addition, the resin board of hyperboloid form can alleviate extrusion force or tensile force betterly, improves its overall stability.
The invention also provides a hoisting structure which comprises a fixed support column, a support arm which is connected with the fixed support column and extends outwards, and a connecting plate which is fixed at the end part of the support arm. The fixed support column is fixedly connected with the supporting vertical plate. The bolts penetrate through the connecting plates and are tightly connected with the resin plates by means of nuts. A U-shaped open slot is formed in the connecting plate and is matched with the bolt.
By adopting the hoisting structure of the technical scheme, the adjacent resin plates are fixed through the support arms which extend outwards, the structural form that the traditional single resin plates are supported by the mutually independent fixing support posts is changed, the stress state of the resin plates after the installation is finished is greatly optimized, and the overall tolerance and stability of the resin plates are improved. The U-shaped open slot design further optimizes the alignment mode of the resin plate and the hoisting structure, and the alignment efficiency is greatly improved.
As a further improvement of the invention, the hoisting structure further comprises a cushion pad made of transparent rubber. The buffer cushion is arranged between the connecting plate and the resin plate, and the size and the appearance of the buffer cushion are consistent with those of the connecting plate.
By adopting the technical scheme, on one hand, the impact force of the connecting plate relative to the resin plate in the construction process is slowed down; on the other hand, due to the elastic characteristic of the cushion pad, the installation pretightening force of the resin plate is improved, and the stability of the resin plate is further improved.
As a further improvement of the invention, the cushion is fixed to the connection plate.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme to set up, reduced the quantity of assembly in-process part, avoided the blotter to lose, improved the efficiency of construction of resin board.
As a further improvement of the present invention, an epoxy adhesive layer is provided between the cushion pad and the connection plate. The thickness of the adhesive layer is not more than 0.5mm.
As a further improvement of the invention, before formal construction, the connecting plate is subjected to encapsulation treatment, and the thickness of the encapsulating layer is not less than 2mm.
The rubber coating layer in the technical scheme has the same action and effect as the buffer pad in the technical scheme, however, the hoisting structure in the technical scheme has higher construction convenience and adaptability.
As a further development of the invention, the fixing struts, the support arms and the connection plates are all made of stainless steel.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme to set up for the hoisting structure itself has better corrosion resistance, ensures the installation reliability of resin board.
As a further development of the invention, the support arm is brazed to the stationary support column.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme to set up, improved the fastness that support arm and fixed stay combine greatly, improved hoisting structure's stability.
As a further improvement of the invention, a groove is formed on the fixing support column for inserting the support arm.

Detailed Description
In the following, the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the specific embodiments, and fig. 1 shows an assembly schematic diagram of a resin board and a hoisting structure applied to a market atrium in the present invention. Before the resin plate 1 is formally installed, the hoisting structure 2 is fixed with the supporting vertical plate 3 in advance by welding or bolt fastening, and then the hoisting structure 2 is fixed by a fastener embedded in the resin plate 1 itself.
Fig. 2 shows a perspective view of the resin sheet applied to a market atrium of the present invention, which includes a body 11, a connection part 12. The body is preferably made of a transparent resin plate. The body 11 is fixedly connected with the hoisting structure 2 through the connecting part 12. The connection portion 12 is a bolt embedded in the body, preferably a flange face bolt 121. The resin plate 1 and the hoisting structure 2 are fastened by nuts 122. Thus, on the one hand, the integrity of the resin plate 1 is improved, so that the resin plate has better fracture resistance; in addition, the alignment procedure in the construction process is eliminated, and the construction efficiency is greatly improved. In order to ease the pressing force or the stretching force and improve the overall stability of the resin sheet 1, the resin sheet may be designed to have a curved surface, preferably a hyperboloid.
Fig. 3 shows a schematic structural view of the hoisting structure of the present invention, which is composed of several parts, such as a fixing support column 21, a support arm 22, and a connection plate 23, wherein the fixing support column 21 is fixed to the support riser 3, the support arm 22 is provided in an overhanging shape, and the connection plate 23 is fixed to an outer end portion of the support arm 22. The flange bolts 121 embedded in the resin plate 1 penetrate through the connecting plate 23, and are fastened to the resin plate 1 by nuts 122. In this way, the fixing of the adjacent resin boards is realized through the supporting arms 22 extending outwards, the structural form that the traditional single resin board 1 is supported by the mutually independent fixing support posts 21 is changed, the stress state of the resin board 1 after the installation is finished is greatly optimized, and the overall tolerance and stability of the resin board 1 are improved. In order to optimize the alignment mode of the resin plate 1 and the hoisting structure 2 in one step, the alignment efficiency is greatly improved, and the U-shaped opening groove 231 is formed in the connecting plate 23 and is matched with the flange face bolt 121.
In order to reduce the impact force of the connection plate 23 against the resin plate 1 during construction, the above-mentioned hoisting structure 2 is further provided with a cushion (not shown in the figure) which is arranged between the connection plate 23 and the resin plate 1. The cushion is sized and shaped to conform to the web 23 and is preferably made of transparent rubber. The addition of the buffer pad has the function of reducing the buffer impact force, and can further increase the installation pretightening force of the resin plate 1, thereby improving the stability of the resin plate.
Furthermore, in order to reduce the number of parts during assembly, and to avoid loss of the cushioning pad, the cushioning pad may be directly secured to the connecting plate 23. The specific implementation recommended modes are as follows: 1) The cushion is adhered to the end face of the web 23 and attention is paid to the thickness of the epoxy adhesive layer during the adhesion process, typically not exceeding 0.5mm. The adhesive can be selected from PVC polyvinyl chloride, ABS, PS, PC, acrylic and the like besides the epoxy resin; 2) Before the formal construction, the connecting plate 23 is subjected to encapsulation treatment, and the thickness of the encapsulating layer is not less than 2mm.
Finally, the fixing support 21, the support arm 22 and the connection plate 23 may be made of stainless steel. The fixing support 21 is provided with a groove for inserting the support arm 22, and then the fixing support and the support arm are reliably fixed by brazing.
During the brazing construction, the following points need to be noted: 1) The size of the groove is slightly larger than the outline size of the supporting arm by 1-2 mm; 2) Before the formal brazing, degreasing the surface of the joint to be welded; 3) The brazing filler metal containing lithium or boron is preferably applied, and even if the stainless steel surface has slight rust, the brazing filler metal can be completely spread.

Claims (6)
1. The hoisting structure is characterized by being matched with a resin plate applied to a market atrium, wherein the resin plate applied to the market atrium comprises a body and a connecting part; the body is fixedly connected with the hoisting structure through the connecting part; the connecting part is a bolt pre-buried in the body; the bolts are flange face bolts;
the body is made of a transparent resin plate, and the appearance of the body is hyperboloid;
the hoisting structure comprises a fixed support column, a supporting arm which is connected with the fixed support column and extends outwards, and a connecting plate which is fixed at the end part of the supporting arm; the fixed support column is fixedly connected with the support vertical plate; the bolts penetrate through the connecting plates and are fastened and connected with the resin plates by nuts; a U-shaped open slot is formed in the connecting plate and is matched with the bolt;
before formal construction, carrying out encapsulation treatment on the connecting plate, wherein the thickness of the encapsulating layer is not less than 2mm;
the fixed support, the support arm and the connecting plate are all made of stainless steel.
2. The lifting structure of claim 1, further comprising a cushion pad made of transparent rubber; the buffer cushion is arranged between the connecting plate and the resin plate, and the size and the appearance of the buffer cushion are consistent with those of the connecting plate.
3. The lifting structure of claim 2, wherein the cushion pad is secured to the web.
4. A lifting structure according to claim 3, wherein an epoxy adhesive layer is provided between the cushion pad and the connection plate; the thickness of the adhesive layer is not more than 0.5mm.
5. The lifting structure of claim 2, wherein the support arm is brazed to the stationary post.
6. The hoisting structure as claimed in claim 5, characterized in that a recess is provided in the fixing leg for inserting the support arm.
