Abstract

一种镀锌板用无机润滑溶液及处理方法,属于表面处理技术领域。溶液含有氧化锌1~5g/L,硝酸镍2~6g/L,磷酸二氢锰3~10g/L,氟硅酸盐0.5~2g/L,磷酸5~15g/L,硫酸羟胺1~5g/L,其余量为水。处理方法为先将镀锌板在脱脂溶液中进行超声清洗,吹干备用;采用接触处理将无机润滑溶液涂覆在镀锌板表面,得到无色透明的润滑膜;采用摩擦试验机对带有润滑膜的镀锌板进行摩擦测试。优点在于,用无机润滑溶液对镀锌板进行接触处理后,可降低镀锌板的摩擦系数,提高镀锌板在冲压过程中的润滑性能,提升冲压成型率。

一种镀锌板用无机润滑溶液及处理方法
技术领域
本发明属于表面处理技术领域,特别涉及一种镀锌板用无机润滑溶液及处理方法。
背景技术
镀锌板因其优异的力学性能和耐腐蚀性能而广泛应用于汽车、家电和电子等领域。近年来,随着家用乘车市场的快速发展,对镀锌板的需求量日益增长。
而镀锌板镀层在冲压成形过程中会出现粉末化剥离、片状脱落、磨损、破裂等失效形式,同时对模具也有一定的损伤,降低了生产效率并产生不必要的损失。在冲压的过程中,镀锌板和模具之间摩擦过大是造成上述失效形式的主要原因。因此,在冲压前对镀锌板进行润滑处理,降低镀锌板的摩擦系数,可有效提高冲压成型率,并延长模具寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种镀锌板用无机润滑溶液及处理方法,解决了镀锌板在冲压过程中存在的镀锌板开裂,锌层脱落等问题。提供了一种无机润滑溶液和处理方法,以降低镀锌板表面的摩擦系数,提高冲压成型率。
一种镀锌板用无机润滑溶液,其中溶液含有氧化锌1~5g/L,硝酸镍2~6g/L,磷酸二氢锰3~10g/L,氟硅酸盐0.5~2g/L,磷酸5~15g/L,硫酸羟胺1~5g/L,其余量为水。
所述的氟硅酸盐为钠盐或钾盐。
上述溶液的配置步骤如下:
用玻璃容器盛1L去离子水,在常温下加入2.5~7.5g磷酸,搅拌均匀后,加入1~5g氧化锌,溶液浑浊,再加入另一份等量的磷酸,搅拌10~15min,溶液澄清,然后在搅拌条件下依次加入2~6g硝酸镍,3~10g磷酸二氢锰,0.5~2g氟硅酸盐和1~5g硫酸羟胺,得到浅绿色透明澄清溶液,pH值为2~3。
磷酸分两次等量添加,添加顺序依次为磷酸,氧化锌,磷酸,硝酸镍,磷酸二氢锰,氟硅酸盐,硫酸羟胺。
一种镀锌板用无机润滑溶液的处理方法,具体步骤及参数如下:
1、先将镀锌板在脱脂溶液中进行超声清洗,清洗温度为40~50℃,脱脂清洗后用去离子水冲洗,清洗完成的标准为镀锌板表面的水膜在5~10秒内保持完整不破裂,然后吹干备用;
2、配制无机润滑溶液,1L去离子水,在常温下加入2.5~7.5g磷酸,搅拌均匀后,加入1~5g氧化锌,溶液浑浊,再加入另一份等量的磷酸,搅拌10~15min,溶液澄清,然后在搅拌条件下依次加入2~6g硝酸镍,3~10g磷酸二氢锰,0.5~2g氟硅酸盐和1~5g硫酸羟胺,加入的条件是在上一个试剂完全溶解后再添加下一个试剂,最终得到浅绿色透明澄清溶液,pH值为2~3;
3、采用接触处理将无机润滑溶液涂覆在镀锌板表面,无机润滑溶液的用量能够覆盖所用镀锌板面即可,然后在50~70℃温度下烘干,得到无色透明的润滑膜;
4、采用摩擦试验机对带有润滑膜的镀锌板进行摩擦测试,检测其表面的摩擦系数。
步骤3所述的接触处理为刮涂,辊涂,浸涂或喷淋中的一种。
本发明的优点在于,用无机润滑溶液对镀锌板进行接触处理后,可降低镀锌板的摩擦系数,提高镀锌板在冲压过程中的润滑性能,提升冲压成型率。
具体实施方式
实施例1
将500mm×45mm×1mm的镀锌板放入45℃的脱脂溶液中,超声清洗1min后,用去离子水冲洗,镀锌板表面的水膜保持10秒不破裂,吹干备用。用烧杯盛1L去离子水,在常温下加入2.9g磷酸,搅拌均匀后,加入1.4g氧化锌,搅拌2min后加入2.9g磷酸,搅拌10min后,加入3g硝酸镍,完全溶解后,加入3.6g磷酸二氢锰,完全溶解后,加入0.9g氟硅酸钠,搅拌完全溶解后,加入2g硫酸羟胺,搅拌完全溶解后,溶液的pH值为2.6。
取适量的无机润滑溶液放置在上述备用的镀锌板一端,用3#刮棒将无机润滑溶液均匀刮开后,放入50℃的烘箱内烘干,在镀锌板另一面重复上述步骤制备无机润滑膜,得到润滑试样,记为R1。采用摩擦试验机对R1进行测试,其摩擦系数为0.088,相对于镀锌原板的0.115,下降了23.5%。
实施例2
对镀锌板的清洗处理如案例1所述。用烧杯盛1L去离子水,在常温下加入4.3g磷酸,搅拌均匀后,加入2.1g氧化锌,搅拌2min后加入4.3g磷酸,搅拌10min后,加入4.5g硝酸镍,完全溶解后,加入5.4g磷酸二氢锰,完全溶解后,加入1.3g氟硅酸钠,搅拌完全溶解后,加入3.5g硫酸羟胺,搅拌完全溶解后,溶液的pH值为2.4。
取适量的无机润滑溶液放置在上述备用的镀锌板一端,用10cm宽橡胶辊将无机润滑溶液均匀辊开后,放入60℃的烘箱内烘干,在镀锌板另一面重复上述步骤制备无机润滑膜,得到润滑试样,记为R2。采用摩擦试验机对R2进行测试,其摩擦系数为0.086,相对于镀锌原板的0.115,下降了25.2%。
实施例3
对镀锌板的清洗处理如案例1所述。用烧杯盛1L去离子水,在常温下加入5.7g磷酸,搅拌均匀后,加入2.8g氧化锌,搅拌2min后加入5.7g磷酸,搅拌10min后,加入6g硝酸镍,完全溶解后,加入7.1g磷酸二氢锰,完全溶解后,加入1.7g氟硅酸钠,搅拌完全溶解后,加入5g硫酸羟胺,搅拌完全溶解后,溶液的pH值为2.2。
取适量的无机润滑溶液放置在上述备用的镀锌板一端,用3#刮棒将无机润滑溶液均匀刮开后,放入70℃的烘箱内烘干,在镀锌板另一面重复上述步骤制备无机润滑膜,得到润滑试样,记为R3。采用摩擦试验机对R3进行测试,其摩擦系数为0.085,相对于镀锌原板的0.115,下降了26.1%。

Claims (4)

1.一种镀锌板用无机润滑溶液,其特征在于,溶液含有氧化锌1~5g/L,硝酸镍2~6g/L,磷酸二氢锰3~10g/L,氟硅酸盐0.5~2g/L,磷酸5~15g/L,硫酸羟胺1~5g/L,其余量为水;
上述溶液的配置步骤如下:
用玻璃容器盛1L去离子水,在常温下加入2.5~7.5g磷酸,搅拌均匀后,加入1~5g氧化锌,溶液浑浊,再加入另一份等量的磷酸,搅拌10~15min,溶液澄清,然后在搅拌条件下依次加入2~6g硝酸镍,3~10g磷酸二氢锰,0.5~2g氟硅酸盐和1~5g硫酸羟胺,得到浅绿色透明澄清溶液,pH值为2~3。
2.根据权利要求1所述的溶液,其特征在于,所述的氟硅酸盐为钠盐或钾盐。
3.一种权利要求1所述溶液的处理方法,其特征在于,具体步骤及参数如下:
1)先将镀锌板在脱脂溶液中进行超声清洗,清洗温度为40~50℃,脱脂清洗后用去离子水冲洗,清洗完成的标准为镀锌板表面的水膜在5~10秒内保持完整不破裂,然后吹干备用;
2)配制无机润滑溶液,1L去离子水,在常温下加入2.5~7.5g磷酸,搅拌均匀后,加入1~5g氧化锌,溶液浑浊,再加入另一份等量的磷酸,搅拌10~15min,溶液澄清,然后在搅拌条件下依次加入2~6g硝酸镍,3~10g磷酸二氢锰,0.5~2g氟硅酸盐和1~5g硫酸羟胺,加入的条件是在上一个试剂完全溶解后再添加下一个试剂,最终得到浅绿色透明澄清溶液,pH值为2~3;
3)采用接触处理将无机润滑溶液涂覆在镀锌板表面,无机润滑溶液的用量能够覆盖所用镀锌板面即可,然后在50~70℃温度下烘干,得到无色透明的润滑膜;
4)采用摩擦试验机对带有润滑膜的镀锌板进行摩擦测试,检测其表面的摩擦系数。
4.根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,步骤3)所述的接触处理为刮涂,辊涂,浸涂或喷淋中的一种。
