本发明公开了垂直导电热解粘胶带,包括导电金属层,所述导电金属层一侧外壁设有保护膜层,且导电金属层远离保护膜层一侧外壁设有加热可发泡的热解黏层,所述热解黏层远离导电金属层一侧外壁设有聚脂薄膜层,所述保护膜层远离导电金属层一侧粘接有耐高温硅胶,所述聚脂薄膜层远离热解黏层一侧外壁涂有硅油。本发明实现材料垂直方向导电,使得精密加工行业得以提高生产效率,提高产线作业性,降低人工成本,有效改善生产现场整洁度,有效的回收边料废料,进一步推动生产工艺自动化。

垂直导电热解粘胶带
技术领域
本发明涉及热解粘胶带技术领域,尤其涉及垂直导电热解粘胶带。
背景技术
热解物质受热发生分解的反应过程。许多无机物质和有机物质被加热到一定程度时都会发生分解反应。过去,热解过程不涉及催化剂,以及其他能量,如紫外线辐射所引起的反应。热解胶具有受热分解的特性,在聚脂薄膜上涂布加热可解粘胶水可制成可讲价的粘胶带。
常被应用于精密加工行业,可对被加工材料表面进行保护,但是现有的热解胶带,回收利用率不高,不具备导电功能,所以现提出一种垂直导电热解粘胶带。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了垂直导电热解粘胶带。
本发明提出的垂直导电热解粘胶带,包括导电金属层,所述导电金属层一侧外壁设有保护膜层,且导电金属层远离保护膜层一侧外壁设有加热可发泡的热解黏层,所述热解黏层远离导电金属层一侧外壁设有聚脂薄膜层。
优选地,所述保护膜层远离导电金属层一侧粘接有耐高温硅胶。
优选地,所述聚脂薄膜层远离热解黏层一侧外壁涂有硅油。
本发明提出还垂直导电热解粘胶带的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:定制基层,通过压延成型机定制压延形成金属泊原材,用作导电金属层;
S2:表面处理,对导电金属层表面进行酸洗,酸洗结束,使用纯净水进行冲洗,并通过酸碱计进行pH检测,直至清洗废液为中性;
S3:覆膜处理,采用精密覆膜机将保护膜层与金属箔材料覆合在一起;
S4:涂布热解胶,通过涂布机在覆膜处理后的导电金属层上涂布加热可发泡胶黏剂形成热解黏层,并通过精密覆膜机将聚脂薄膜层与热解黏层表面复合,形成初成品;
S5:收卷熟化,对初成品进行收卷,并升温熟化。
优选地,所述聚酯薄膜层为PET离型膜。
优选地,所述S1中,金属泊原材厚度为10μm-50μm,所述S3中保护膜层厚度50μm-100μm。
本发明中的有益效果:
1.通过使用导电金属箔替换现有聚酯薄膜为基材,以实现材料垂直方向导电,使得精密加工行业得以提高生产效率,提高产线作业性,降低人工成本,有效改善生产现场整洁度,有效的回收边料废料,进一步推动生产工艺自动化。
2.通过设置的热解黏层,使得聚酯薄膜部分可回收,导电金属部分加热解粘后,可回收利用,提高回收利用率,节能环保,降低使用成本,缓解能源压力。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
实施例1,参照图1,垂直导电热解粘胶带,包括导电金属层3,所述导电金属层3由铝箔制成,所述导电金属层3一侧外壁设有保护膜层4,且导电金属层3远离保护膜层4一侧外壁设有加热可发泡的热解黏层2,所述热解黏层2远离导电金属层3一侧外壁设有聚脂薄膜层1。
本发明中,保护膜层4远离导电金属层3一侧粘接有耐高温硅胶,保护膜层4为PET薄膜、PP薄膜、PVC薄膜和PI薄膜中的一种,聚脂薄膜层1远离热解黏层2一侧外壁涂有硅油。
实施例2,参照图1,垂直导电热解粘胶带,包括导电金属层3,所述导电金属层3由铜箔制成,所述导电金属层3一侧外壁设有保护膜层4,且导电金属层3远离保护膜层4一侧外壁设有加热可发泡的热解黏层2,所述热解黏层2远离导电金属层3一侧外壁设有聚脂薄膜层1。
本发明中,保护膜层4远离导电金属层3一侧粘接有耐高温硅胶,保护膜层4为PET薄膜、PP薄膜、PVC薄膜和PI薄膜中的一种,聚脂薄膜层1远离热解黏层2一侧外壁涂有硅油。
实施例3,参照图1,垂直导电热解粘胶带,包括导电金属层3,所述导电金属层3由银箔制成,所述导电金属层3一侧外壁设有保护膜层4,且导电金属层3远离保护膜层4一侧外壁设有加热可发泡的热解黏层2,所述热解黏层2远离导电金属层3一侧外壁设有聚脂薄膜层1。
本发明中,保护膜层4远离导电金属层3一侧粘接有耐高温硅胶,保护膜层4为PET薄膜、PP薄膜、PVC薄膜和PI薄膜中的一种,聚脂薄膜层1远离热解黏层2一侧外壁涂有硅油。
实施例4,参照图1,垂直导电热解粘胶带,包括导电金属层3,所述导电金属层3由铁箔制成,所述导电金属层3一侧外壁设有保护膜层4,且导电金属层3远离保护膜层4一侧外壁设有加热可发泡的热解黏层2,所述热解黏层2远离导电金属层3一侧外壁设有聚脂薄膜层1。
本发明中,保护膜层4远离导电金属层3一侧粘接有耐高温硅胶,保护膜层4为PET薄膜、PP薄膜、PVC薄膜和PI薄膜中的一种,聚脂薄膜层1远离热解黏层2一侧外壁涂有硅油。
参照图2,垂直导电热解粘胶带的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:定制基层,通过压延成型机定制压延形成金属泊原材,用作导电金属层3;
S2:表面处理,对导电金属层3表面进行酸洗,酸洗结束,使用纯净水进行冲洗,并通过酸碱计进行pH检测,直至清洗废液为中性;
S3:覆膜处理,采用精密覆膜机将保护膜层4与金属箔材料覆合在一起;
S4:涂布热解胶,通过涂布机在覆膜处理后的导电金属层3上涂布加热可发泡胶黏剂形成热解黏层2,并通过精密覆膜机将聚脂薄膜层1与热解黏层2表面复合,形成初成品;
S5:收卷熟化,对初成品进行收卷,并升温熟化。
聚酯薄膜层1为PET离型膜,S1中,金属泊原材厚度为10μm-50μm,所述S3中保护膜层4厚度50μm-100μm。

1.垂直导电热解粘胶带,包括导电金属层(3),其特征在于,所述导电金属层(3)一侧外壁设有保护膜层(4),且导电金属层(3)远离保护膜层(4)一侧外壁设有加热可发泡的热解黏层(2),所述热解黏层(2)远离导电金属层(3)一侧外壁设有聚脂薄膜层(1)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的垂直导电热解粘胶带,其特征在于,所述保护膜层(4)远离导电金属层(3)一侧粘接有耐高温硅胶。
3.根据权利要求1所述的垂直导电热解粘胶带,其特征在于,所述聚脂薄膜层(1)远离热解黏层(2)一侧外壁涂有硅油。
4.根据权利要求1所述的垂直导电热解粘胶带的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:定制基层,通过压延成型机定制压延形成金属泊原材,用作导电金属层(3);
S2:表面处理,对导电金属层(3)表面进行酸洗,酸洗结束,使用纯净水进行冲洗,并通过酸碱计进行pH检测,直至清洗废液为中性;
S3:覆膜处理,采用精密覆膜机将保护膜层(4)与金属箔材料覆合在一起;
S4:涂布热解胶,通过涂布机在覆膜处理后的导电金属层(3)上涂布加热可发泡胶黏剂形成热解黏层(2),并通过精密覆膜机将聚脂薄膜层(1)与热解黏层(2)表面复合,形成初成品;
S5:收卷熟化,对初成品进行收卷,并升温熟化。
5.根据权利要求4述的垂直导电热解粘胶带,其特征在于,所述聚酯薄膜层(1)为PET离型膜。
6.根据权利要求4所述的垂直导电热解粘胶带,其特征在于,所述S1中,金属泊原材厚度为10μm-50μm,所述S3中保护膜层(4)厚度50μm-100μm。
