In use, the vertical connecting base plate 1, the upper base plate connecting cross arm 39 and the lower base plate connecting cross arm 40 form a load-bearing overall frame.
The slitting knife rest 24 is connected with the groove dividing rod 3 and the conjoined plate 4 to form a movable frame which can transversely move on the overall frame in cooperation with the conjoined rod 13, and the fixed cutting blade and the punching cross arm 5 (the fixed punch 6) are arranged on the movable frame to realize overall transverse movement adjustment; the movable frame is in sliding fit with the vertical connecting base plate 1 by means of the slitting knife rest 24, the connecting rod 2 and the slitting groove rod 3; when an operator rotates the conjoined knob handle 8, the conjoined screw rod 9 (which is parallel to the slitting knife rest 24 connecting rod 2 and the slitting groove rod 3) can rotate in cooperation with the vertical connecting base plate 1 in a threaded manner, so that the conjoined plate 4 is forced to be far away from or close to the vertical connecting base plate 1, further, the transverse movement of the movable frame is realized, and meanwhile, the transverse movement of the movable frame relative to the overall frame is realized.
Since the fixed cutting blade and the punch bridge 5 (fixed punch 6) are provided on the moving frame, the punch member and the cutting member can be adjusted at the same time.
If the punching cross arm 5 needs to be adjusted independently, the punching cross arm 5 can be adjusted transversely in the movable frame, when an operator rotates the punching knob handle 16, the punching screw rod 17 (which is arranged parallel to the punching cross arm 5) can rotate in cooperation with the thread of the punching screw rod adjusting plate 18, so that the punching screw rod adjusting plate 18 is forced to be far away from or close to the conjoined plate 4, the punching cross arm 5 slides transversely along the punching cross arm sliding groove 14, and further the transverse movement (relative to the movable frame) of the punching cross arm 5 is realized; such adjustment need only be once during initial membrane material entry. The adjustment of the movable frame needs to be adjusted for a plurality of times according to the feeding deviation degree of the membrane materials in production.
In order to ensure the adjustment stability of the punching crossbar 5, the at least one lower connecting portion 12 is provided with a punching crossbar locking bolt 19, the lower connecting portion 12 is provided with a crossbar locking screw hole 20 matched with the punching crossbar locking bolt 19, and the punching crossbar locking bolt 19 passes through the crossbar locking screw hole 20 to be in matched locking contact with or separated from the punching crossbar 5. After the transverse position of the punching cross arm 5 on the conjoined plate 4 is adjusted in place, the cross arm is locked by a punching cross arm locking bolt 19, so that the stability during processing is ensured.
The at least one lower connecting portion 12 is provided with a punching cross arm limiting column 21, a limiting column sliding hole 22 matched with the limiting column is formed in the punching cross arm 5, the direction of the limiting column sliding hole 22 is parallel to the sliding direction of the punching cross arm 5, and the end parts of the punching cross arm limiting column 21 and the limiting column sliding hole 22 are matched and limited. This design avoids the transverse position adjustment of the punch bridge 5 on the conjoined plate 4.

The end part, close to the parting groove rod 3, of the slitting knife rest 24 is provided with a mounting groove 26, a mounting block 27 is connected in a sliding manner in the mounting groove 26, the mounting block 27 is in sliding fit with the mounting groove 26, the bottom of the mounting groove 26 is provided with a mounting block 27 adjusting hole, the slitting knife rest 24 is also provided with a mounting block adjusting knob 28, the inner end part of the mounting block adjusting knob 28 comprises a mounting block adjusting rod 29, the mounting block adjusting rod 29 comprises a rotating part 30 and a screw rod part 31, the rotating part 30 is in threaded connection with the mounting block 27 adjusting hole in a matched manner, and the screw rod part 31 penetrates through the mounting block 27 adjusting hole to be in threaded connection with the mounting block 27; the mounting groove 26 lateral wall has seted up the installation piece locking hole 32, the interior cooperation of installation piece locking hole 32 is connected with installation piece locking screw 33, installation piece locking screw 33 inner tip passes installation piece locking hole 32 and installation piece 27 locking cooperation or separation, installation piece locking screw 33 outside is provided with installation piece locking knob 34.
The bottom of the mounting block 27 is provided with a slitting blade fixing groove 35, the slitting blade fixing groove 35 is inclined downwards, a slitting blade locking hole 36 is formed in the side wall of the slitting blade fixing groove 35, a slitting blade locking screw 37 is connected in the slitting blade locking hole 36 in a matched mode, and the inner end portion of the slitting blade locking screw 37 passes through the slitting blade locking screw 37 locking hole and is in locking fit or separation with the slitting blade locking screw 37; the slitting blade lock screws 37 are provided in two.
When the cutter is used, firstly, the cutter blade 49 is locked in the cutter blade fixing groove 35 through the cutter blade locking screw rod 37, the locking position can be adjusted according to the abrasion position of the cutter blade, each position of the cutter blade can obtain a cutting opportunity as much as possible, and the utilization rate is improved;
then, the position of the mounting block 27 in the mounting groove 26 is adjusted through the mounting block adjusting knob 28, and since the mounting block adjusting lever 29 comprises a rotating part 30 and a screw rod part 31, the rotating part 30 is matched with the adjusting hole of the mounting block 27 to rotate, and when the mounting block adjusting knob 28 drives the mounting block adjusting lever 29 to rotate, the screw rod part 31 drives the mounting block 27 to slide out of or retract into the mounting groove 26; the position adjustment of the mounting block 27 is mainly matched with the depth position of the slitting groove, and then the mounting block 27 is locked on the slitting knife rest 24 through a mounting block locking screw 33;
the position of the slitting knife rest 24 on the connecting rod 2 of the slitting knife rest 24 is then adjusted through the sliding hole, and the slitting knife rest 24 is fixed on the connecting rod 2 of the slitting knife rest 24 through the sliding hole locking screw 23.
A plurality of slitting grooves 38 are uniformly distributed on the slitting groove rod 3, and the slitting grooves are matched with the cutting edges of the slitting blades.
