The positioning mechanism 5 comprises a positioning cylinder 51, and the positioning cylinder 51 is connected with a positioning block 52. At this time, the air cylinder drives the U-shaped connecting plate 37 to move backwards, the U-shaped connecting plate 37 drives the movable knife rest 33 to move backwards through the fixed shaft 38, the processed reed pipe is removed from the V-shaped groove 22 and then contacts with the pressing knife 35, so that the processed reed pipe is clamped; the three continue to move backward and cross the bending blade 313 fixed on the cutter box, so that the pin of the reed switch 11 is sheared or bent. Wherein if the machining blade 34 and the bending blade 313 are staggered and the outdated clearance is very small (smaller than the diameter width of the pin) or even not, the pin can be sheared, and if the clearance between the machining blade 34 and the pressing blade 35 is larger than the diameter width of the pin, the pin can be bent; another method is to replace the bending blade 313 so that the size of the gap between the machining blade 34 and the bending blade 313 is smaller than the diameter width of the pin, thereby performing the shearing machining. The spring 310 is used to provide a buffer during processing and to push the presser 35 back into place; when the pressing knife 35 is pushed back by the air cylinder 36, the processing blade 34 returns simultaneously to push the last processed reed switch to fall on the material receiving plate 6. A discharge baffle 7 can also be arranged to push the reed switch down.
As shown in fig. 7, the stock mechanism 1 may be provided with two first baffles 12 which are disposed obliquely relative to each other, and the first baffles 12 are connected with a second baffle 13 parallel to the ground; the clearance between the second baffle 13 holds only one reed switch and passes through, and the magnetic force of magnetic force board 4 strengthens from the rear end to the front end gradually to realize the orderly pan feeding of reed switch.
