The scrap cutting and stamping die of claim 2, wherein the lower die half-shear mechanism further comprises a lower die floating block and a lower die spring, the lower die floating block is connected with the first lower die cushion plate through the lower die spring, the lower die floating block is provided with a floating block through hole, and the lower die punch is connected with the lower die floating block in a sliding fit manner through the floating block through hole.

The scrap cutting and stamping die of claim 4, wherein the upper die discharging mechanism further comprises a second upper die spring, an upper die equal-height sleeve and an upper die pressing plate, the upper die pressing plate is connected with the upper die fixing plate through the second upper die spring and the upper die equal-height sleeve, the upper die pressing plate is provided with a pressing through hole, and the upper die scrap discharging punch penetrates through the pressing through hole and is connected with the upper die pressing plate in a sliding fit mode.

the upper die holder descends, the upper die half-shearing mechanism and the lower die half-shearing mechanism shear and compress waste products, and shearing waste which is not completely sheared is formed;
the upper die holder is upward, the waste products are sent forward, and the lower die discharging mechanism is used for positioning the sheared waste;
the upper die holder descends, the upper die goes out the waste punch and deforms and shears the shearing waste in a drawing mode, the shearing waste is discharged from the waste outlet through hole, the upper die holder ascends, and the waste outlet work is finished.
