The working process of the invention is as follows:
firstly, a spray gun filled with cleaning liquid is installed with a spray gun cleaning machine, and a spray gun nozzle is plugged into the nozzle set 5, so that a nozzle invagination groove is matched with the internal tooth 5 k. The spray gun and washer are pressed to bring the nozzle into close proximity with the rubber washer 3, and then the pressing bar of the quick clamp 11 is pressed down so that the pressing bar presses down to lock the rear of the nozzle in a depression. The water outlet of the cleaning machine is connected with the waste liquid collecting container through a water outlet pipe. The spray gun and the cleaning machine are installed.
The motor 8 is then energized, so that the motor shaft rotates, which motor shaft is connected to the brush shaft by the coupling 7, and the motor shaft drives the brush shaft to rotate, whereby the brush 6 starts to rotate the brushing nozzle. After the brush rotates, the trigger of the spray gun is pressed to spray the cleaning liquid. The cleaning liquid is sprayed onto the brush 6 to facilitate the cleaning of the spray gun nozzle. The washing waste liquid flows into the drain port along the rounded corners of the brush cavity 1b, and finally flows into the waste liquid collection container through the drain pipe.
In the process, the cleaning liquid flows in from the spray gun spray can and flows through the spray gun inflow channel to wash the interior of the spray gun, so that the internal stains are washed down to be dissolved into the cleaning liquid and flow to the spray nozzle. The nozzle sprays the cleaning liquid, the sprayed cleaning liquid wets the brush 6, the brush is provided with the cleaning liquid, and the brush rotates to wash the spray gun nozzle.
In the process, the spray gun trigger is repeatedly pressed to repeatedly wash the cleaning liquid out of the inner flow passage, the brush repeatedly washes the spray gun nozzle, and finally all places with stains are cleaned. After the cleaning is finished, the spray can be replaced by clean water to wash the spray can again, and the residual cleaning liquid is washed clean.
Finally, the quick clamp 11 is opened, the spray gun and the cleaning machine are separated, and the cleaning work is completed after the separation is completed.
The above-described embodiments are intended to illustrate the present invention, not to limit it, and any modifications and variations made thereto are within the spirit of the invention and the scope of the appended claims.
