一种中草药枕套
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗保健领域,特别是涉及一种中草药枕套。
背景技术
枕套是在枕巾下面、包裹枕芯的东西,像一个布口袋。枕芯一般不可清洗。使用枕套时,可以避免人的汗液油脂进去枕芯,让枕芯变脏。对于晚上流口水的成年人和宝宝来说,使用枕套避免口水渗入枕芯,避免枕芯发霉。但枕套容易沾皮脂,头屑,尘螨,真菌,细菌,与脸的接触时间很长,所以要勤清洗。
目前,市面上也有具备保健功能的中草药枕套,一般分为两种。一种是以中草药液浸透枕套的棉纱,但中草药具有天然织物染料的特性,在使用中遇到清洗过程中容易发生掉色。第二种是在枕套内设置夹层,在夹层内放置中草药包,在清洗前抽出中草药包,枕套洗好后再将中草药包塞回枕套。但枕头内的中草药包由于和枕芯的软硬材质不同,入睡眠过程会造成使用者的不适,感觉有异物感,反而不利于睡眠。
发明内容
为此,需要提供一种清洗不掉色、有利睡眠的中草药枕套。
为实现上述目的,发明人提供了一种中草药枕套,所述枕套从外到内依次由无纺布外层、中草药整理织物层和无纺布内层组成;所述中草药整理织物层采用中草药颗粒在棉纱织物层进行整理加工制备;所述中草药颗粒的粒径为10-20μm。理织物层采用中草药颗粒在棉纱织物层进行整理加工制备;所述中草药颗粒的粒径为10-20μm;按配方称取中草药,并将中草药粉碎为粒径10-20μm中草药颗粒并混合均匀,所述中草药颗粒加入水和匀染剂后进行加热,并在煮沸10-20分钟后加入棉纱织物和无甲醛固色剂,加入棉纱织物和无甲醛固色剂后再煮沸20-30分钟后停止加热,停止加热后所述棉纱织物在药液中继续浸泡120-180分钟后取出,晾干后得到所述中草药整理织物层。
中草药整理织物层中的中草药颗粒有一定的吸湿功能,同时在使用过程中可以散发出中草药的香气,发挥中草药特有的助眠、保健功能性,由于颗粒微小,在使用时也不会造成异物感。
中草药颗粒在水中不会溶解,但有效成分会部分在水中析出,中草药颗粒本身无法在织物上附着,使用匀染剂使得中草药颗粒分散并可形成悬浮液,使用无甲醛固色剂可以起到黏合、成膜的作用,使得中草药颗粒附着在棉纱织物的表面,同时棉纱织物本身也可吸收中草药在水中析出的有效成分,提高中草药的利用率。中草药颗粒的大小影响其在织物上的附着牢度,颗粒在10-20μm可进入织物的内部孔径中,增加单位织物中的中草药含量,提高其保健效力。
而无甲醛固色剂指的是固色剂在生产时不使用含有甲醛的原料,生产过程和固色过程中也不能产生甲醛,固色处理后的被染织物也不会释放甲醛。固色剂为成膜性好的高分子物质,由单体聚合而成,烘干后会成膜。此处采用晾干的方式,能使中草药整理织物层中棉纱中纤维最大限度的吸收中草药颗粒以及药液,而在后续的热压中防护隔绝层与中草药整理织物层
而中草药具有天然织物染料的特性,使用固色剂,使得中草药色素在织物上可以与固色剂形成不容性的有色物质而提高了颜色的洗涤牢度、汗渍牢度,还可以提高其日晒牢度,避免中草药整理织物层的中草药天然染料在洗涤或使用过程中,发生掉色情况,影响使用。
无甲醛固色剂无毒,适合口罩的使用。经烘干后,固色剂结成的薄膜无色透明,粘着力强,具有优良的坚牢度,而且柔软耐摩擦,有较高的化学稳定性,耐日常化学药品和酸、碱、氧化剂、还原剂等的作用,日久不泛黄,不溶于水和有机溶剂。
进一步地,所述中草药颗粒、匀染剂、水、棉纱织物与固色剂的质量比为30-60:5-10:600-800:20-40:3-7。
进一步地,所述配方为檀香10-15g,桂枝10-15g,山苍子5-10g,菊花10-15g,艾草15-25份。以上组合配伍,可起到安神助眠以及抗螨虫的功效。
进一步地,所述无纺布外层、中草药整理织物层和无纺布内层通过热压粘合,粘合温度为120-160℃,粘合压力为0.5MPa-3MPa,粘合时间为10-20分钟。黏合过程中,该温度和压力不会破坏防护中草药整理织物层的性能,同时能能使的固化剂膜化。
进一步地,所述中草药整理织物层的厚度为1-2cm。
进一步地,所述枕套还包括耐磨层,所述耐磨层设置于所述无纺布外层的外部。加了耐磨层有增强耐磨同时,提高使用寿命。
区别于现有技术,上述技术方案中的中草药枕套中包括采用中草药颗粒在棉纱织物层进行整理加工制备的中草药整理织物层。该结构可以使得枕套拥有中草药的保健功能,而且在使用、洗涤的过程中不掉色。
具体实施方式
为详细说明技术方案的技术内容、构造特征、所实现目的及效果,以下结合具体实施例详予说明。
实施例1
中草药整理织物层制备:按配方(檀香15g,桂枝15g,山苍子10g,菊花15g,艾草25g)称取中草药,并将中草药粉碎为粒径10-20μm中草药颗粒并混合均匀,所述中草药颗粒加入水和匀染剂后进行加热,并在煮沸15分钟后加入棉纱织物和无甲醛固色剂,加入棉纱织物和无甲醛固色剂后再煮沸25分钟后停止加热,停止加热后所述棉纱织物在药液中继续浸泡150分钟后取出,晾干后得到所述中草药整理织物层。其中,中草药颗粒、匀染剂、水、棉纱织物与固色剂的质量比为30:7:700:30:5。所述中草药整理织物层的厚度为1-2cm。
粘合:所述无纺布外层、中草药整理织物层和无纺布内层通过热压粘合,粘合温度为120℃,粘合压力为0.5MPa,粘合时间为20分钟。
缝合:将耐磨层缝合在所述无纺布外层的上面,完成中草药枕套。
实施例2
中草药整理织物层制备:按配方(檀香10g,桂枝10g,山苍子5g,菊花10g,艾草15g)称取中草药,并将中草药粉碎为粒径10-20μm中草药颗粒并混合均匀,所述中草药颗粒加入水和匀染剂后进行加热,并在煮沸10分钟后加入棉纱织物和无甲醛固色剂,加入棉纱织物和无甲醛固色剂后再煮沸20-30分钟后停止加热,停止加热后所述棉纱织物在药液中继续浸泡120分钟后取出,晾干后得到所述中草药整理织物层。其中,中草药颗粒、匀染剂、水、棉纱织物与固色剂的质量比为20:5:600:20:3。所述中草药整理织物层的厚度为1-2cm。
粘合:所述无纺布外层、中草药整理织物层和无纺布内层通过热压粘合,粘合温度为160℃,粘合压力为3MPa,粘合时间为10分钟。
缝合:将耐磨层缝合在所述无纺布外层的上面,完成中草药枕套。
实施例3
中草药整理织物层制备:按配方(檀香12g,桂枝12g,山苍子6g,菊花12g,艾草20g)称取中草药,并将中草药粉碎为粒径10-20μm中草药颗粒并混合均匀,所述中草药颗粒加入水和匀染剂后进行加热,并在煮沸20分钟后加入棉纱织物和无甲醛固色剂,加入棉纱织物和无甲醛固色剂后再煮沸30分钟后停止加热,停止加热后所述棉纱织物在药液中继续浸泡180分钟后取出,晾干后得到所述中草药整理织物层。其中,中草药颗粒、匀染剂、水、棉纱织物与固色剂的质量比为60:10:800:40:7。所述中草药整理织物层的厚度为1-2cm。
粘合:所述无纺布外层、中草药整理织物层和无纺布内层通过热压粘合,粘合温度为160℃,粘合压力为2MPa,粘合时间为10分钟。
缝合:将耐磨层缝合在所述无纺布外层的上面,完成中草药枕套。

1.一种中草药枕套,其特征在于,所述枕套从外到内依次由无纺布外层、中草药整理织物层和无纺布内层组成;所述中草药整理织物层采用中草药颗粒在棉纱织物层进行整理加工制备;所述中草药颗粒的粒径为10-20μm;
所述中草药整理织物层的制备方式包括以下步骤:
按配方称取中草药,并将中草药粉碎为粒径10-20μm中草药颗粒并混合均匀,所述中草药颗粒加入水和匀染剂后进行加热,并在煮沸10-20分钟后加入棉纱织物和无甲醛固色剂,加入棉纱织物和无甲醛固色剂后再煮沸20-30分钟后停止加热,停止加热后所述棉纱织物在药液中继续浸泡120-180分钟后取出,晾干后得到所述中草药整理织物层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的中草药枕套,其特征在于,所述中草药颗粒、匀染剂、水、棉纱织物与固色剂的质量比为20-60:5-10:600-800:20-40:3-7。
3.根据权利要求1所述的中草药枕套,其特征在于,所述配方为檀香10-15g,桂枝10-15g,山苍子5-10g,菊花10-15g,艾草15-25份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的枕套,其特征在于,所述无纺布外层、中草药整理织物层和无纺布内层通过热压粘合,粘合温度为120-160℃,粘合压力为0.5MPa-3MPa,粘合时间为10-20分钟。
5.根据权利要求1所述的枕套,其特征在于,所述中草药整理织物层的厚度为1-2cm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的枕套,其特征在于,所述枕套还包括耐磨层,所述耐磨层设置于所述无纺布外层的外部。
