After the cylindrical portion 202 is inserted into the circumferential portion 101 of the shield ring 100 with the projection 104 of the shield ring 100 aligned with the position of the relief portion 203, the shield front portion 200 is engaged with the shield ring 100 by rotating the projection 104 so as to be fitted into the hooking groove 205.
Fig. 6 is a perspective view of a lock catch of the electric fan according to embodiment 1. As shown in fig. 6, the lock catch 300 includes: a main body 301 having a shape along the outer peripheral surface 106 of the shield ring 100; a hook portion 303 formed on a surface 302 that becomes an apposition surface with the outer peripheral surface 106 when the main body 301 is fixed to the shield ring 100; and a frame portion 305 formed on the opposite side of the hook portion 303 with the body 301 interposed therebetween. The hook 303 has a shape in which a groove 304 is formed between the hook and the surface 302. The frame body 305 has an opening 306 on the surface 302 side. Further, a side surface 307 of the frame portion 305 is provided with an elongated hole 308 whose longitudinal direction is set toward the hook portion 303. The elongated hole 308 constitutes a screw insertion portion through which the clip fixing screw 7 attached to the screw hole 108 is inserted. A hole expansion portion 309 into which the screw head of the fastening and fixing screw 7 is fitted is provided at an end portion of the elongated hole 308 on the opposite side to the hooking portion 303. The hooking portion 303 is provided with a protrusion 310 at an end portion on the side opposite to the surface 302.
Fig. 7 is an exploded enlarged view of a coupling portion between a shroud ring and a lock catch of the electric fan according to embodiment 1. Fig. 8 and 9 are enlarged views of a coupling portion between the shroud ring and the lock catch of the electric fan according to embodiment 1. In each of fig. 7, 8, and 9, the illustration of the shroud rear portion 6 is omitted for easy viewing of the shape of the portion to be described. As shown in fig. 7, since the distance between the hook hole 105 and the convex portion 107 is the same as the distance between the hook portion 303 and the frame portion 305, the hook portion 303 of the lock catch 300 is inserted into the hook hole 105 of the shield ring 100 and the convex portion 107 is inserted into the frame portion 305. In a state where the convex portion 107 is inserted into the frame body portion 305, the lock catch 300 is pivotally supported on the shield ring 100 so as to be rotatable and slidable by fastening the catch fixing screw 7 to the screw hole 108 through the long hole 308.
In a state where the lock catch 300 is pivotally supported on the shield ring 100 so as to be rotatable and slidable, as shown in fig. 8, when the lock catch 300 is slid to a position where the surface 302 abuts against the outer peripheral surface 106 of the shield ring 100 and the groove 304 abuts against the edge 109 of the hook hole 105, the catch fixing screw 7 abuts against the end of the elongated hole 308 on the side where the expanded hole 309 is provided. That is, the hook portion 303 engages with the shield ring 100 when the snap fixing screw 7 is disposed on the one end 308a side of the elongated hole 308. By fastening the clip fixing screw 7 in a state where the hook portion 303 is engaged with the shield ring 100, the screw head is fitted into the enlarged hole portion 309, and the lock clip 300 is fixed so as not to be slidable nor rotatable.
In this way, since the lock catch is fixed and released by elastically deforming the lock catch in the past by tightening and loosening the catch fixing screw 7, it is not necessary to apply a large load. Therefore, the lock catch 300 can be formed in a shape without a handle protruding to the outside of the product.
Further, at this time, the projection 310 contacts the surface 208 of the snap contact portion 207 of the shroud front 200, and the shroud front 200 is prevented from rotating and the engagement with the shroud ring 100 is released.
On the other hand, as shown by an arrow a in fig. 9, when the lock catch 300 slides to a position where the groove 304 is not caught by the edge 109, the lock catch 300 can rotate in a direction shown by an arrow B in fig. 9 so that the hook portion 303 is disengaged from the hook hole 105 with the catch fixing screw 7 as an axis. At this time, the protrusion 310 moves out of the rotational range of the snap touching portion 207, and the shroud front 200 can be detached from the shroud ring 100. That is, when the snap fixing screw 7 is disposed on the other end 308b side of the elongated hole 308, the engagement between the hook portion 303 and the shield ring 100 is released.
Here, since the locking clip 300 cannot slide even if a load is applied thereto in a state where the screw head of the clip fixing screw 7 is fitted in the enlarged hole portion 309, the locking clip 300 is not released by peeling or unintentional contact.
The shapes of the lock catch 300 and the shield ring 100 may be such that a convex portion or a hook hole is provided in the lock catch 300 and a frame portion or a hook portion is provided in the shield ring 100.
In the above description, the shroud is constituted by the shroud front portion 200, the shroud ring 100, and the shroud rear portion 6, but the shroud ring 100 may be configured integrally with the shroud rear portion 6 or the shroud front portion 200. Here, when the shroud ring 100 and the shroud front portion 200 are formed integrally, the structure of the engagement portion between the shroud ring 100 and the shroud front portion 200 described above may be applied to the engagement portion between the shroud ring 100 and the shroud rear portion 6 by reversing the front and rear directions.
The electric fan according to embodiment 1 is less likely to cause an erroneous operation of the lock catch 300, and can reduce the operation load of the lock catch 300.

In embodiment 2, the shape of the convex portion 107 of the shroud ring 100 is changed, and the retaining washer 8 is attached to the snap fixing screw 7. The rest is the same as embodiment 1.
As shown in fig. 10, in the electric fan according to embodiment 2, the convex portion 107 is divided by a dividing groove 110 perpendicular to the central axis of the circumferential portion 101, a circular hole 111 having a diameter larger than that of the snap fixing screw 7 is provided in a convex portion 107a which becomes the screw head side when the snap fixing screw 7 is attached, and a screw hole 112 is provided in a convex portion 107b which becomes the screw tip side. The snap fixing screw 7 is fastened to the screw hole 112 through the circular hole 111 in such a manner that the retaining washer 8 enters the dividing groove 110. With the anti-drop washer 8, the effect of preventing the buckle fixing screw 7 from dropping and losing can be obtained.
Here, a pin or a retaining screw having the same effect may be used instead of the snap fixing screw 7 and the retaining washer 8.
The electric fan according to embodiment 2 is less likely to cause an erroneous operation of the lock catch, and can reduce the operation load of the lock catch.

In embodiment 3, the shape of the convex portion 107 of the shield ring 100 is changed, and the shape of the lock catch 300 is changed. The rest is the same as embodiment 1.
As shown in fig. 11, in the electric fan according to embodiment 3, cylindrical portions 113 and 114 are provided coaxially with the screw hole 108 of the convex portion 107 of the shroud ring 100, and elongated circular grooves 311 and 312 are provided on the surface of the lock catch 300 that contacts the front surface and the rear surface of the convex portion 107. The cylindrical portion 113 is engaged with the oblong groove 311, and the cylindrical portion 114 is engaged with the oblong groove 312. That is, the shroud ring 100 has cylindrical portions 113 and 114 coaxial with the screw hole 108, and the lock catch 300 has oblong grooves 311 and 312 rotatably supporting the cylindrical portions 113 and 114. The housing 305 of the lock catch 300 has only front and back surfaces, and is easily elastically deformed when the cylindrical portions 113 and 114 are engaged with the oblong grooves 311 and 312. According to the above shape, the following effects can be obtained: the lock catch 300 can slide and rotate even in a state where the catch fixing screw 7 is not attached, and is held without falling off from the shroud ring 100.
The electric fan according to embodiment 3 is less likely to cause an erroneous operation of the lock catch, and can reduce the operation load of the lock catch.
