然而,仍需要研发一种降低消化率或吸收率的方法及组合物,使得其中所含的不合需要的物质的吸收可得以降低。
发明内容
本发明涉及降低食品或饮料消化率或吸收率或减少消化液的组合物及其应用。
本发明提供一种非消化性固定剂或食用固化剂的用途,其用于制造供降低食品或饮料消化率或吸收率用的制剂中,使得其中所含的物质经所述固定剂或所述固化剂吸收或囊封于所述固定剂或所述固化剂中。在一个实施例中,当饮料为酒精性的,诸如酒或酒精性饮料时,所述方法及用途可防止个体因吸收酒精而导致醉酒。在另一实施例中,所述方法及用途可通过向个体投与本发明的组合物来降低个体的体重。或者,本发明提供固定剂或固化剂在制造供降低个体的体重用的制剂中的用途。
本发明亦提供一种非消化性固定剂或食用固化剂在制造供吸收消化液用的制剂中的用途。
在一些实施例中,非消化性固定剂或固化剂选自由以下组成的群:(聚)四氟乙烯、(聚)偏二氟乙烯、聚苯乙烯、交联聚苯乙烯、聚丙烯酸、聚乳酸、聚乙醇酸、聚(丙交酯共乙交酯)、聚酸酐、聚(甲基丙烯酸甲酯)、聚(乙烯-共-乙酸乙烯酯)、聚硅氧烷、聚合二氧化硅、乳胶、葡聚糖聚合物、环氧树脂、聚碳酸酯、氧化铝、活性碳、硅胶、TiO2、多醣、麸质集结粒、纤维或其组合。在一个实施例中,多醣为多醣水凝胶、聚蔗糖、葡聚糖、海藻酸盐、角叉菜胶(carrageenan)、琼脂、果胶酸、聚葡萄胺糖、甲壳素、纤维素、硝化纤维素、半纤维素、木质素、膳食纤维、凝胶、环糊精或羧甲基纤维素及其组合。
在一些实施例中,食用固化剂包括(但不限于)亲水胶体、多肽、脂质或合成及复合食用聚合物。
本发明提供一种食用组合物,其包含不溶性膳食纤维及液体可吸收性益生凝胶,其中不溶性膳食纤维囊封于益生凝胶中。在一些实施例中,食用组合物中的不溶性膳食纤维的重量比在约15%至约85%范围内,且食用组合物中的益生凝胶的重量比在约15%至约85%范围内。
在一些实施例中,适用于本发明中的不溶性膳食纤维包括(但不限于)纤维素、β-葡聚糖、甲壳素、半纤维素、己聚糖、戊聚糖、木质素及三仙胶(xanthan)及其组合;不溶性膳食纤维可获自全麦粉、麦麸、坚果、豆、花椰菜、绿豆、豌豆、马铃薯、梧桐(phoenix tree;苹婆属BP(Sterculia BP))或药炭鼠李(Rhamnus frangula;山黄属BPC(Frangula BPC))。在一些实施例中,液体可吸收性益生凝胶包括(但不限于)***胶、α葡聚糖、β葡聚糖、瓜尔豆胶、海藻酸盐、角叉菜、果胶、刺槐豆胶、蒟蒻、黄蓍胶、加拉亚胶(karaya gum)、***半乳聚糖(arabinoglactin)、三仙胶、菊糖、果胶寡醣、抗性淀粉、回生淀粉(retrogradedstarch)及其组合。
在一些实施例中,本发明的组合物呈微粒、粒子或颗粒形式。本发明的组合物可用作食品、医疗食品或食品补充剂。
在一个实施例中,本发明的组合物可用以降低食品或饮料消化率或吸收率,使得其中所含的不合需要的物质通过组合物吸收或囊封。在一些实施例中,有害/毒性物质为糖、酒精、酸、咖啡碱、碱、重金属。在一些实施例中,水性介质为体液(诸如消化液)、酒精性饮料、啤酒、咖啡或可乐。

本发明的方法可降低食品或饮料消化率或吸收率以减少动物体吸收不合需要的物质或防止动物体将其吸收。非消化性固定剂或食用固化剂可吸收、捕获或囊封食品或饮料中所含的不合需要的物质,诸如有害或毒性物质;由于固定剂的非消化性,故固定剂中的不合需要的物质可排出且将不会对动物体造成损害。举例而言,固定剂或食用固化剂可将不合需要的物质固化或囊封成固体,降低食品或饮料消化率或吸收率且减小不合需要的物质将与胃肠道接触的表面积。本发明的方法及用途可通过使用非消化性固定剂或食用固化剂减少动物体的消化液。
在另一实施例中,非消化性固定剂或食用固化剂经脱水、干燥、冷冻干燥或粒化。脱水、干燥或粒化的固定剂在吸收、捕获、固化或囊封不合需要的物质方面具有增强的能力。

益菌助生质为不可消化物质,当食用时,其通过选择性刺激有限数目的原生细菌的有利生长或活性而对宿主提供有益生理作用。益菌助生质通常为不可或基本上不可经人类消化的醣,且用于促进肠道中的益生菌的生长,增强肠道中益生菌的黏着力,移动病原体,或将可酦酵剂量的碳水化合物提供至益生菌(共生)或所选共存细菌且增加胃肠道中的彼等微生物群(尤其乳杆菌及双歧杆菌)的含量。益菌助生质可为不可经人类宿主消化的醣且可充当膳食中的不可消化纤维。此不可消化性是由于当益生寡醣行进穿过消化道时,人类并不具有分解其中的一些或全部的酶。当益菌助生质到达小肠及结肠时,编码能够消化益菌助生质的酶的细菌可将益菌助生质分解成细菌可使用的简单糖类。举例而言,已报导双歧杆菌及乳杆菌用于分解益生醣。

在另一态样中,本发明提供一种用于防止个体醉酒的方法,所述方法包含在个体饮用酒精性饮料之前或之后向个体投与本发明的组合物。或者,本发明提供本发明的组合物在制造供防止个体醉酒用的制剂中的用途。

不溶性膳食纤维具有吸收水性介质的特征;通过利用此特征,可吸收且随后移除食品或饮料中所含的不合需要的物质(诸如有害/毒性物质)。因此,本发明的组合物可广泛适用于各种领域中。
以下实例意欲进一步说明本文中所述的方法及化合物的某些态样,且并不意欲限制申请专利范围的范畴。
实例
实例1用于降低血液酒精浓度的本发明的组合物
测试本发明的组合物(85%加拉亚胶+15%纤维素;命名为SACA)对吸收酒精及降低血清乙醇含量的临床作用。
向含有3个个体的实验组投与5g SACA及100mL高粱酒(58%酒精);且向含有3个个体的对照组投与100mL高粱酒(58%酒精)。饮用后测定酒精血液浓度(mg/dl)。测试及结果展示于下表中。
如上表中所示,与对照组相比,在饮用15分钟、30分钟、45分钟及60分钟后,实验组的酒精血液浓度分别降低32%、33%、49%及50%。
向含有3个个体的实验组投与10g SACA及250mL白兰地酒(40%酒精);且向含有3个个体的对照组投与100mL白兰地酒(40%酒精)。饮用之后测定酒精血液浓度(mg/dl)。测试及结果展示于下表中。
如上表中所示,与对照组相比,在饮用5分钟、10分钟、20分钟及30分钟之后实验组的酒精血液浓度分别降低56%、36%、64%及75%。
实例2用于降低血糖浓度的本发明的组合物
测试本发明的组合物(85%加拉亚胶+15%纤维素;命名为SACA)对降低血糖浓度(mg/dL)的临床作用。
使对照组的空腹个体饮用100mL葡萄糖(75g)溶液且使实验组的空腹个体饮用100mL葡萄糖(75g)溶液及10g SACA。随后,每30分钟对血糖浓度进行量测。结果展示于下表中。
如上表中所示,与对照组相比,实验组的血糖浓度显著降低。

6.如权利要求1或2的用途,其中所述非消化性固定剂选自由以下组成的群:(聚)四氟乙烯、(聚)偏二氟乙烯、聚苯乙烯、交联聚苯乙烯、聚丙烯酸、聚乳酸、聚乙醇酸、聚(丙交酯共乙交酯)、聚酸酐、聚(甲基丙烯酸甲酯)、聚(乙烯-共-乙酸乙烯酯)、聚硅氧烷、聚合二氧化硅、乳胶、葡聚糖聚合物、环氧树脂、聚碳酸酯、氧化铝、活性碳、硅胶、TiO2、多醣、麸质集结粒、纤维或其组合;在一个实施例中,所述多醣为多醣水凝胶、聚蔗糖、葡聚糖、海藻酸盐、角叉菜胶(carrageenan)、琼脂、果胶酸、聚葡萄胺糖、甲壳素、纤维素、硝化纤维素、半纤维素、木质素、膳食纤维、凝胶、环糊精或羧甲基纤维素及其组合。
7.如权利要求6的用途,其中所述海藻酸盐为海藻酸钠或海藻酸钙。
8.如权利要求6的用途,其中所述纤维来自全麦粉、麦麸、坚果、豆、花椰菜、绿豆、豌豆、马铃薯、梧桐(phoenix tree;苹婆属BP(Sterculia BP))或药炭鼠李(Rhamnus frangula;山黄属BPC(Frangula BPC))。
9.如权利要求6的用途,其中所述膳食纤维选自由以下组成的群:纤维素、β-葡聚糖、甲壳素、半纤维素、己聚糖、戊聚糖、木质素、三仙胶(xanthan)及其组合。
10.如权利要求6的用途,其中所述凝胶选自由以下组成的群:***胶、α葡聚糖、β葡聚糖、瓜尔豆胶、海藻酸盐、角叉菜、果胶、刺槐豆胶、蒟蒻、黄蓍胶、加拉亚胶(karaya gum)、***半乳聚糖(arabinoglactin)、三仙胶、菊糖、果胶寡醣、抗性淀粉、回生淀粉(retrograded starch)及其组合。
11.如权利要求1或2的用途,其中所述食用固化剂为亲水胶体、多肽、脂质或合成及复合食用聚合物。
12.如权利要求11的用途,其中所述亲水胶体为淀粉、海藻酸盐、角叉菜胶、羧甲基纤维素、***胶、聚葡萄胺糖、果胶、三仙胶、琼脂、明胶、羟丙基纤维素(HPC)、羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)、羧甲基纤维素(CMC)或甲基纤维素(MC);所述多肽为明胶、醇溶蛋白、麸质或绿豆;或所述脂质为乙酰化单酸甘油酯、天然蜡或界面活性剂;或所述合成及复合食用聚合物为聚乙酸乙烯酯、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)、P(MAA-g-EG)或聚(环氧乙烷)与聚(环氧丙烷)的嵌段共聚物。
13.一种食用组合物,其包含不溶性膳食纤维及液体可吸收性益生凝胶,其中所述不溶性膳食纤维囊封于所述液体可吸收性益生凝胶中。
14.如权利要求13的组合物,其中所述食用组合物中的所述不溶性膳食纤维的重量比在约15%至约85%范围内。
15.如权利要求13的组合物,其中所述不溶性膳食纤维为纤维素、β-葡聚糖、甲壳素、半纤维素、己聚糖、戊聚糖、木质素及三仙胶或其组合。
16.如权利要求13的组合物,其中所述不溶性膳食纤维来自全麦粉、麦麸、坚果、豆、花椰菜、绿豆、豌豆、马铃薯、梧桐(苹婆属BP)或药炭鼠李(山黄属BPC)。
17.如权利要求13的组合物,其中所述不溶性膳食纤维来自梧桐(苹婆属BP)或药炭鼠李(山黄属BPC)。
18.如权利要求13的组合物,其中所述食用组合物中的所述益生凝胶的重量比在约85%至约15%范围内。
19.如权利要求13的组合物,其中所述液体可吸收性益生凝胶为***胶、α葡聚糖、β葡聚糖、瓜尔豆胶、海藻酸盐、角叉菜、果胶、刺槐豆胶、蒟蒻、黄蓍胶、加拉亚胶、***半乳聚糖、三仙胶、菊糖、果胶寡醣、抗性淀粉、回生淀粉及其组合。
20.如权利要求13的组合物,其中所述液体可吸收性益生凝胶为瓜尔豆胶或加拉亚胶。
21.如权利要求13的组合物,其呈多孔粒子或颗粒形式。
22.如权利要求13的组合物,其用作食品、医疗食品或食品补充剂。
23.如权利要求13的组合物,其用于吸收含有有害/毒性物质的水性介质以防止个体摄入其中所存在的这些有害/毒性物质。
24.如权利要求23的组合物,其中所述有害/毒性物质为糖、酒精、酸、咖啡碱、碱或重金属。
25.如权利要求23的组合物,其中所述水性介质为体液(诸如消化液)、酒精性饮料、啤酒、咖啡或可乐。
26.如权利要求13的组合物,其用于吸收酒精以避免醉酒。
27.如权利要求13的组合物,其经脱水、干燥、冷冻干燥或粒化。
28.一种如权利要求13中任一项的组合物的用途,其用于制造供降低食品或饮料消化率或吸收率用的药物中。
29.一种如权利要求13至27中任一项的组合物的用途,其用于制造供防止个体醉酒用的制剂中。
30.一种如权利要求13至27中任一项的组合物的用途,其用于制造供降低体重用的制剂中。
